Travelling to India. Do I get 30gb data for roaming, but would get charged for calls, although have my cap at £0

i purchased new plan of 60GB, 4 days before expiry the old plan, but Wrong data allowance showing on app and online, it shows me 7.7Gb instead of 60Gb

I am the account holder on my daughter phone, although it is registered an her address and she now pay the bill. There are two points: 1st - My daughter switched to a new plan last month which should mean her bill comes to £10.99 a month; however, a payment of £20.23 was taken on the 22nd July although she did not go over my plan. Though this payment was successful, when she tried to change my direct debit details on the 26th it said a new direct debit could not be set up unless she paid the overdue amount of £20.23. She didn’t realise at this point she had already paid for this month, so she paid the £20.23 manually. She received no confirmation of payment so thought something had gone wrong and paid it again. However, now when she goes to my payment history it says that £20.23 was taken on 22nd July, and two payments of £20.23 were taken on the 26th. So, she is unsure why her bill has come to almost twice the amount it should be and she doesn’t know why she had an overdue payment whe

I get an error message when adding surname, dob and mobile number online and on the app - is there a fix for this?

I purchased a new sim on Monday. Haven’t yet received any dispatch information and I used a PAC code from my current network so that I could keep my number. I selected today as the day my number gets transferred to the new sim meaning my current sim would stop. However I haven’t yet received my new sim. Can I delay the transfer to next Monday from current network to ID in order to keep using this number on my current network or can you advise when I am likely to receive the new sim. I am away for the weekend so ideally need to delay the transfer of my number from one network to the other unless the sim arrives today which I think is doubtful. Please advise. Thanks

Hi, I am using ID mobile on my iPad and have no signal when in Germany. I have checked all the settings and followed the points in the app so am sure roaming is switched on for the ipad and my ID account. I have tried manually selecting a network but it will not connect to any network. I have tried rebooting as well! How do I fix this please? Thanks

I have been with ID mobile for about a week and the app shows I have used 2.5 GB of data. I don’t understand how this can be since that would normally be about what I would use in a month. If I check the data usage on my phone settings (pixel 7a) it shows the same amount, but if you add up the data used by individual apps it only comes to around 300 MB. Can anyone explain this? I have seen a few threads from users on various networks reporting similar issues but there doesn’t seem to be any solid info on what causes it.

I have been looking at the upgrade options and it seems that every available plan I look at is listed multiple times at different price points. Why is this? There are no differences at all in handset, allowances or contract term, but they all seem to have 2 or 3 listings that get progressively more expensive. What am I missing?

My phone contract is due to end on the 22nd September this year. I’d like to continue with ID but SIM only. What is the best way to handle this and key dates? I don’t want to get into verbal discussions as I have an hearing issue which is not helped by speaking to someone with a strong accent P.S. Generally available deals seem to be better by just starting again as opposed to “upgrading” which is odd Many thanks

Hello, I have 3 Contracts at the moment and want to keep 2 numbers, please offer solution how. 1st Contract on 3 UK, cancel contract keep number and move number to ID Mobile 2nd Contract on ID Mobile, Keep contract as 16 months remaining, move the 3UK number over to this one, move the current number to EE contract 3rd Contract EE, keep contract, move the ID Mobile number to this contract and loose this current number. So how I can do this without cancelling the ID Mobile contract? Regards Sunny

I've been with ID mobile for a few months now. I live in the central belt of Scotland near Edinburgh and my coverage is almonst non-existent. On the campus where I work there is zero reception apart from small pockets here and there. The coverage says I should have excellent indoor and outdoor 4G coverage. It says the same for my home address and I have the same problems. The only reliable method of communication is when I'm on a wifi network. Absolutely disgusted with this abysmal service. Unfortunately I have to put up with it for two years but will not renew after that.

Hi all, Been experiencing this after starting a new contract with id mobile, maximum speed in center harrow on the hill st ann road, is around 4mbs, even though the 5g signal is full. I encountered this problem couple of years or so ago when I had a contract and the speed was reaching more than 200mbs in some places was reaching 750mbs, however after few weeks of this good service the speed became less than 3 or 4 Mbs at ha11hl, when I checked the coverage it was saying the network is aware of problems in the network in the local area and that their engineers are on the case to fix, I screened shoted the network coverage status and for nearly 6months was exactly the same message, due to my low income I had to cancel with 3 the contract, because I moved to them from O2 network who had the issue very identical and also for many months the message on their website was the same, one response was that they aware for the network issue and that a mast in area is having issues and that they re

Hi I have seen similar posts but I wanted to double check one thing. If my contract already ended and I want to leave by using a PAC to transfer to another provider with my number, I understand I will be charged only for what I used from last bill to the transfer. SO to clarify, out of 30days bill I pay only for those days I use ID: so if my plan cost e.g. 12 pounds a month , 12 pounds is divided per 30 days > 40 p a day?Thanks

I have not received the welcome email from I'd mobile I have just received a sim with no number on it, I need the welcome email to explain how to set phone up and keep number as it asks for transaction ID and ID mobile number which are apparently on the welcome email that I haven't received

Fairly recently moved to ID Mobile. Had an iPhone 12 and found that in most circumstances and locations I can’t make calls . The phone says it is dialling out, but there is no sound my end or the other person’s end Have reset all settings and now upgraded to a new iPhone which has the same problem. I am getting spam no caller IDs and I’ve been told I can contact my network provider to track the call so I can take it to the police, is this possible? It’s gotten to a point where I have to keep my phone on DND to stop these calls coming through throughout the day and the night. When I say spams- I mean about 30-50 calls per hour. When I answer, it’s silence. I feel like I’m being harassed and I don’t know what to do. I can’t block unknown calls because I need to take work phone calls so I’m completely stuck. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. I just need to know if it’s possible to trace these calls so that I can take it to the police. Thank you!
