My mobile app does not work properly, when I log into the website it does not work properly either. I can log in but other than that it does not work. The live chat is supposed to be open but I can’t find a working link to it. When I phone they tell me to use live chat. How do you get help from ID when you need to speak to someone please?

Simple question: I received new phone and sim yesterday to replace my old phone. I have taken my old phone sim and am using it in the new phone. Everything seems fine and I have previous contacts and am still using my previous number. Do I need to do anything more?Brian

Took a Sim only contract out with iD online , on the 21-07-20, never used it, due to personal reasons. Now wish to cancel it.  I already have another Sim only contract which i want to keep using.  How do i cancel the unwanted Sim?.

I have lost my sim and need a new one but I can't get in contact what should I do ? 

My mother is elderly and relies on her mobile to feel safe out and about.  She received a letter saying her minimum contract period is ending and giving various options - one of these was to do nothing and the service would effectively carry on as normal - this is what she did.  However once the date past her services have stopped and she can’t use the phone anymore.  She doesn’t have access to internet or apps and can’t get through to speak with anyone using the phone line as she can’t get through the menu.  I have tried to help her (albeit from outside her flat as she is still worried about Covid) but the customer number she needs to input is not being accepted. I’ve been on the website but the live chat doesn’t seem to be operational. I need to speak to someone to get this rectified as she will now not go out at all because she has no way of asking for help if she needs it. Please can anyone suggest how to speak with someone at ID Mobile??

Why do my calls only last 2 hours 1 minute before cutting out every single time. This happens every time with incoming and outgoing calls.

Hi, I was out today walking my dog in the kilpatrick hills, Dumbarton (Scotland). I found an iPhone, took it home to charge and seen it was locked down. I popped out the SIM to see which provider it was with, I seen it was iDMobile.  I would like to return the phone to it's owner, I was hoping someone could help me with this? ThanksGordon

Can anyone confirm that wifi calling will work with this phone please.

Hello, I need to cancel my SIM only contract. It’s within 14 days. I have been unable to reach your agents. I haven’t received the SIM so don’t have a number to register on your site for cancellation. I sent a message via your site, IG but no response. How can I unlock iPhone 5s for ID sim?

Hi,I have been part of ID mobile with a sim only contract for the last year. I recently wanted to upgrade and did this as directed on the ID App but now it is not letting me keep my new number and I dont have a PAC Number as previously with ID. How can I keep my number and why isn’t it letting me keep it when it’s been my existing number already on ID? Please can I have guidance ASAP?

So I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S8 to an iPhone 11 and want to use it as a backup in case my iPhone is flat and I need to contact someone or if my iPhone is sent off for repair. Will i be ok just simply getting a Three SIM or do I have to get an iD SIM?Feel free to move it as it is an odd question!

Hello I need urgently a proof of purchase that is showing I’m currently using my number with the email phone I have upgraded from I’d mobile. please email me a proof that is stating phone details and my mobile number together with my name. 

I have re entry set up an I’d mobile account and direct debit and all was well with good connectivity.however for reasons I do not understand my DD payment was not taken a FPS my account frozen as I had not paid my account. Paid despite DD bit now my mobile access keeps recertifications g to WiFi only and my calls and texts fail. I keep turning off my phone/ going to airplane mode but I have to do this every few minutes to get a signal for less than a minute. No issues in my area.I am getting really fed up and will be cancelling my account unless someone can kindly help me sort this out. Thanks in anticipation of a resolution.

HiIm getting really frustrated now, why can’t I speak to a human! I’ve filled in the form on my ID Mobile app to transfer my number twice now and it’s not gone it. I  have had my phone since 5th Sept and still not transferring my old number that I want to keep. Please help. I’m worried I’ll be getting 2 bills. I was with 02 before.  I contacted them & they said to contact ID Mobile. 

I've just ordered a sim only upgrade (via app), as my current full contract ends in a few days. What happens now? I'm guessing I'm being sent a new sim card, do I need a PAC code to keep my current number? Do I need to cancel my current contract or will it be automatically updated once I activate the new sim? Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

Hi,  I'm looking to change from Giffgaff to a new network that can offer unlimited Internet.  The £18/£20 bundle says it has unlimited Internet, I've read all of the pages and can't seem to find the answer. I use a fair amount of Internet while out, can I ask, is the speed of the 4g slowed after an amount, with Giffgaff it is slowed to 386kb after 80gb of 4g. Thanks, James

I have a fire alarm auto dialler machine which has its mobile sim card and a separate account phone number registered with ID mobile in addition to my ‘usual’ account phone number which I can access online using that ‘usual’ account telephone number.My problem is that I cannot see my autodialler account online as it will not let me use the same email address as my normal number to access it.I need to set up a Direct Debit mandate to pay for the fire alarm autodialler service but cannot do so.Any ideas?

I’m thinking of leaving to join another provider. I’m on a one-month SIM-only contract. If I end my plan will it let me finish the rest of my month or is the cancellation immediate? And will I lose my number if I suddenly cancel? I wish to keep it but not throw away unused days of my ID mobile monthly plan.

Hi, I am unable to pay my phone bill in October due to lack of funds. I set a cap of £75 which I have used and can't afford to pay my £66.78 bill all at onceIs there anyway I can pay the bill in small installments. £30 on the 5th and £36.78 on the 15th.

i need proof of purchase for my galaxy s20 5g which i purchased 3 days ago. Nobody is answering calls through the phone and the live chat service is not providing any help whatsoever.
