Hello, I'm trying to edit my home/billing address in the app. I've managed to change all other lines ( postcode, town, etc ), but the street name box is totally unresponsive. The cursor will appear in the box but I can't delete the current information, nor add any other text. Please help!

The only things I can suggest are to firstly make sure the app is the latest version. I was aware of an update a few days ago. The latest version is 6.2.0

It states:
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, simply contact us to update your Billing Address.
