phone contract ending

My payments for my phone will be complete next month and I am not planning on upgrading until later in the year. I plan to move to a SIM only plan. What do I need to do for this. Currently I am only offered phone upgrade plans that I do not want.

Once you’re eligible to upgrade, and if there’s no upgrades you wish to take out, then please call our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, as kindly suggested by ​@JoeKing.
