iPhone 17 Pro Max - Now in stock?

Hi All,


Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange was ordered on 23/09, and I received a confirmation email on 24/09 stating a delivery date of 09/10.

However, today (30/09) I received an email saying the order is still being processed.
I contacted ID Mobile via live chat, and they informed me the item is now back in stock. They said the status of my order is at the ‘picking stage’—it is being collected from the warehouse and prepared for shipment.


I am cautiously optimistic because the ID Mobile website still shows as out of stock with an estimated delivery date of 16/10.


Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Have u had any updates? I also had an email yesterday that said my order is now being processed and it does show in stock on the site, I was going to ask live chat but it was shut by the time I got chance lol I ordered it about a week ago. 


Hi, so i went on live chat this morning so i just thought i would update this:

They said my order is complete (iphone 17 pro max deep blue 256gb) and should arrive in the next 24-48hr. So hopefully i will get tracking etc today, fingers crossed.

Hi ​@Yelhsa202290  we are expecting more stock from the 16th October. If we get any sooner we will let you know when your order is dispatched.

@Magicalunicornmummy  it would be the same as above, we will let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched, so please keep an eye on your emails.


@Siân W the guy on live chat said id be getting it within the next 48hr?

 


on live chat they have told me its coming in the next 48hour and it did show in stock on their website so maybe your referring to anyone that orders it now, ours was already ordered.

I got a reply from id mobile live chat saying it would be 23rd October for me even though I made the order over a week ago. Is this right? I just got a DPD tracking number today and my e-sim download. 


If you have a DPD tracking number then DPD have it and  it’s on the way, Iv got mine aswell so expect to get it tomorrow.
