Cancelling during cooling off... You didn't cancel it A few nights ago I had a lengthy chat with one of your live assistants, I was hoping to get a new sim and do an internal number transfer, they explained I Can not do this so I just went and upgraded my current sim on the same deal. I Explained the Sim package that I had purchased on a 12 month contract had not been used and was within the cooling off period and as I no longer need it can I cancel it. The insisted this had been actioned, however today I have gone on my account and I can still see the package is active, they did no cancel it and I would like to speak with someone to have this cancelled. The live chat is hard for me to get the time to speak with someone due to working hours, I was unable to find a support email so have come here for an async discussion to see if I can please have this sim cancelled as I do not want to be paying for it for 12 months and requested termination during the cooling off.
