Since having the mobile I have had barely any signal at home despite when signing up with them it said 4G is available indoors and out, I struggle to even get a 3G signal in the house it is so poor, the only advice I have been given is to “turn roaming off etc” which frankly is poor. The only way it seems to get out of this pickle is to pay off the contract which is unfair after setting up a contract under a lie.   Does anyone know of a way to boost signal for ID mobile until I can at least pay out my contract, this network and it’s services have been pretty appalling from the start, I never plan on using them again

Can someone tell me what is going on? Our phones are struggling for signal, wifi calling has stopped working, 7777 directs you to the website for Live Chat that is non-existent.

On Tuesday I purchased and set up a direct debit for a new contract with ID, for a Google Pixel 3a. ID confirmed that everything was set up and ready to go and I should get delivery details from DPD the next day. Nothing happened the next day, so I contact ID and ask what was going on. They tell me there is a ‘note on the account’ which says the contract has been denied, and that they are not able to give me a reason. Yesterday I decided to go with a different provider, EE, through Fonehouse and I am getting my handset soon. TODAY I get an email for my FIRST MONTHLY BILL with ID. How is this possible in any way? And of course the Live Chat is down, so here I’m left shouting at the sky. Thanks for a terrible experience with no immediate solution ID.

You have just sent me an email saying my invoice is ready. I have transferred my numbers to another supplier easrlier this year, so you are no longer supplying me with anything. I would prefer to talk to someone but have wasted 30 minutes of my time listening to a recorded message to now discover you have not invested in a call centre. Can you please explain what you are charging for and when this number was last used?I do not know my account number or my password as I have not used iD for a long time.Please reply quickly.RegardsDamian(Martyn Damian Ewer)

Hi, I need to get a proof of usage document for an insurance claim, including the IMEI number of the phone.  I tried the live chat and was told to email documents@idmobile.co.uk but the auto reply from that address says it’s only for sending attachments and calling customer service only seems to be recorded information.  Can anyone advise on how to obtain this document? Thanks  

Tried to look for the option of live chat, can’t find it. Tried to call, got told to go online ad live chat.  How do I get in contact with someone who can help?

Just placed an order through the website which was successful but I then received a message from my bank to say the upfront payment had been declined.  The block has now been cleared but unsure if the payment will be reprocessed/I will be contacted/or I need to re-order?   Any ideas?    

I’m wondering if anyone can help. I can’t get through to anybody to speak to them and can’t afford my bill this month due to having no income because of corona virus and they have now cut my phone off is there any way to be able to sort this out ?

I had a monthly contract that was due an upgrade and used live chat to discuss my options. I chose to change to a pay as you go sim.I now have a direct debit for my old monthly plan and my new pay as you go. The only way I can see to end my monthly contract would be to close it all together, whereas I would like to keep my number and just have the pay as you go plan. Unfortunately the direct debit for my monthly plan was also taken and I would like this refunded please.

Currently in a queue waiting for online support via the team at 0 minutes and 0 seconds for 10th minute. Initially it was 16 minutes which was fine, no issue waiting but I don’t even know if I'm properly in the queue or if it’s an error. Anyway, that's not what I was here about. I wrote before about this. I’ve got 3 ID mobile contracts and wanted to cancel 1 of them as it wasn’t used. We have a busy household and I don’t have all the details for the phone contracts and as such I contacted ID who were able to identify 2 accounts but couldn’t tell me the third one as it was in my wife’s name even though the payments were in from my bank. I was advised she should log in to ID mobile herself. So I tried creating an account but it needed the phone number associated with that account. We have no idea so we can’t do that one either.Next plan, cancel direct debit for the mystery account. I couldn’t identify via bank statements which one was which so I've cancelled them all from ID.Sick of the

Can anyone tell me how to access both my accounts. Up until today I thought I only had one bill but have been told otherwise when I called customer services. When I log in there is nowhere to let you check both accounts. I have been over the website from back to front and can find nothing to help.

Trying to upgrade my phone at the end of a 24 month contract. Once I’ve selected my desired phone and plan it takes me through to a payment stage for £0.01 but when I enter my card details I just get an error message. Tried with both credit and debit cards, neither worked. Any advice?

Recently got a new phone and wanting to keep my old number. It’s a switch from O2 to ID. I’ve got my pac number and when I fill in the form it doesn’t let me submit the form because of an invalid username. No idea what to do please help! O2 will only fully cancel my contract after I switch so I’m loosing money here!!

Call centre closed and no contact available. Is there an email address I can message that may get looked at sometime by a staff member maybe working from home for instance? Can I freeze my bill until I am back working and just pay the balance accrued when I start earning money again?

Hello.I am from Portugal and I am looking to purchase a sim only deal from id mobile. I am moving to the UK in 2 weeks and wanted to take care of this as soon as possible, so that when I arrive there I have lesst things to take care of. When I am in the chekout, it asks me for a UK phone number and a UK address.I was wondering if there is a way for me to purchase one with my current address in Portugal, and if I do not have to provide a UK phone number.Thank you 

why is it so hard to cancel my contract, i’m going round the houses i’m trying to cancel my son’s plan which i’ve now missed the 30 day period in line with the end of his plan as you make this virtually impossible, his phone is broken so I only have my online account which just keeps sending me round in circles. his number is REMOVED I’m also trying to help my 80 year old dad end his but can’t help him as I don’t know hid id number and trying to explain to him over the phone where he might find this is impossible, he doesn’t understand his online account. he lives in scotland i live in cornwall he’s not been able to use his id mobile as there is no service in his area but when we’ve complained about this as i’m not there to help he just gives up and has been paying for 2 years. his mobile number is REMOVED. please can someone get in touch and help me end both of these contracts as they are coming to the end of there contracts. I’ve recently purchased a new, PAYG SIM from ID-Mobile. I’ve inserted it into 3 different phone handsets, all of which are compatible with ID SIMs and on each phone I receive the error message ‘Not Registered on Network’. Since I didn’t receive any details on how to register the SIM, I’ve tried to follow the ‘Activate SIM’ webpage. When I get to the ‘send code’ to phone or email portion of the website, I can only select the phone to receive this code. Since the phone isn’t connected to the network, and I can’t select email as an option, I can’t proceed any further.I’m currently self-isolating due to coronavirus and urgently need to get this phone working. I’ve tried to access the Live Chat function but the page has no link to use the service.

Hi, last chance before i have to return phone under 30 day period. Have spent a lot of my time trying to get a proof of purchase from ID Mobile. I need this to claim the £100 cashback from Samsung. The original receipt which came with phone is of very faint print to Samsung wont accept as they cant read it. Have called ID mobile was advised to call Carphone warehouse who advised i call ID Mobile finally spoke to someone in ID mobile who assured it would be emailed to me that was 7 days ago still no email. Help!
