No new year resolutions for me this time. Always end up breaking them one way or another by about now 😊 I’m just going to try yo be better at something this year, haven’t found the thing yet 😁

My new years resolution is to prioritize my health! I always work hard to keep my family healthy and letting myself go.. this year I will work both on my physical and mental health.

I will also try to escape somewhere for holidays as I deserve a mini break.

You are born once.. I want to explore the world and the wonders! Don't want to die regretting not doing things I could while I was young

I don't set resolutions as it puts pressure on you, but my goals this year are to continue on my journey with my trauma, trying to slowly heal little bits at a time, to continue losing weight (did well all over Xmas!) and to keep practicing yoga and meditating. My health and wellbeing are important, and so are yours so look after yourselves.

Living in Scotland, I'd like to climb my first Munro, despite being recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis to prove that it will not restrict my lifestyle.

This year I've decided not to make NY resolutions.

It's sort of a challenge to see if I still challenge myself without having set goals.
