change of plan and money lost

My monthly payment of £15 went out today to id mobile for unlimited data for a month.  Since I'm going away, I switched to the £6/month 4gb package.  I expected, since I already paid the £15 that I'd have a month ahead of unlimited and then the following month it would drop to 4gb. This flexibility is why I signed up with ID mobile.  But it seems I've been switched to the 4gb package immediately and that data is used up already. What happened to my month of unlimited I just paid for? Getting to talk to anyone to sort it out seems impossible so I think I'll just have to find a new provider. Support from this company is non existent.

Paid My Balance – Still No Service

Subject: Paid My Balance – Still No Service & Conflicting EmailsI’m posting here out of frustration with how this company handles billing and support. I missed a payment recently because I changed banks and my direct debit didn’t transfer correctly – fair enough, that was my error.As soon as I received the ban notice, I paid the full balance immediately. That was over 24 hours ago, and yet I still don’t have access to the service.To make things worse, I’ve just received another email saying I still owe the money – even though the payment has definitely come out of my bank account.Frankly, I’m starting to question how professional this company actually is. You take people’s money but don’t restore the service or even update your system properly. There’s zero communication unless it’s automated messages demanding payment.If anyone from the team sees this, please get this sorted. I’ve paid. I’ve waited. And I’m not going to just sit quietly while you mess people around.

Charge to Bill / Mobile Deposit query

I am looking a simple answer. Having already spoken to live chat and being informed it would be passed to technical, I have done some research and now have a question. Is 'charge to bill'/'mobile deposit to site' etc available on ID Mobile?  After looking into it myself it appears as though any site, game or app I try to use this on it fails, giving various errors relating to operator system or mobile provider. I am assuming this is because they all try to charge it to 3/Three rather than ID. Many thanks in advance for any helpful answers.

Morocco - roam beyond added but high charge shiwing?

My wife is currently in Morocco. She purchased a roam beyond add on before but her current bill is showing over £100. Does anyone know what may have happened? She’s trying to use the contact us link but it won’t load.

How can I update my billing adress when it sais postcode is not recognised?

I moved adress and need to update my billing adress to match this. When I use the App I'm given a message saying that my postcode does not exist. I have tried using the website, but this doesn't even give me the option to view my billing adress for my current plan. How can I get around this?

Monthly payments

My phone will become useless when the 3G network is totally swithed off by the end of 2025. My contract expires April 2026. Why should I have to pay my bill when ID cannot provide a service

Hi I currently have an outstanding balance of £10, am trying to see if it’s possible to repay this on the 19th as I start my new job on Monday the 9th and will have to work 1 week in hand before being paid, I will also pay the month of July on the 19th so I’ll deposit £20 on the 19th is that possible?

unfairly charged in Corfu

HiI arrived in Corfu, and was sent a text message saying I was allowed to use my UK data as per normal  2 hours later I get a message saying I’ve got over 80% of my bill cap.  turns out my phone automatically connected to an Albanian network and now I’m 42 pound in the hole.  how is this my responsibility as I wasn’t informed until after the fact?

being charged but not working

I’m really not happy. Had an email to say I’m being charged for £33 , but my E sim hasn’t worked once. I do cabin crew so always in different EU countries , but 4g has never worked. It doesn’t make it easy to find how to even cancel this and not even find help and support with an agent. What do I do?

Data Roaming Dispute

Hello, I have had my data roaming on for a maximum of 5 minutes today whilst in Morocco and now I have a charge of £45 on my bill. I mainly only used the roaming to try purchase a data plan however the app would never load so was a waste of data!  please can this be reviewed as this is crazy charges!  Thank you

I have just received my first bill since switching to ID and I have noticed that the bill is for a period starting on 27/5 but the switch didn’t happen until 2/6. Can someone explain as I am confused?

I understand the subscription policy very well. I got a phone and I pay for it with a subscription. However, the call rates in the EU disappointed me. If you don't change this, I'm leaving you as of February 1st, 2025. I'll go to giffgaff.
