Getting Started.

I ordered the Samsung galaxy flip on the 28/11/25. I received a text to say I would be sent a email but haven't received anything. I've checked my junk and spam like it say but there is still nothing. Has anyone else had this happen? 

I wasn't home when phone was delivered and now my account has been switched to new sim so I have no access to any phone. How do I rearrange delivery quickly of phone?

I have an existing contract and I’ve just got another one (Iphone 17 pro max). I want to give my old phone to someone with the new sim coming with the new phone. Is the person able to retain his old number while he uses the ID mobile sim coming with this new phone with the old phone and I will put my existing ID mobile sim in the new phone

Good afternoon,I recently upgraded my phone through my ID Mobile contract. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G to a Samsung Galaxy S25. The deal included a free Samsung watch that you could claim through Samsung Offers.I have tried to redeem it, but am just missing an order invoice, which needs to have:Product purchasedDate of purchaseRetailer name or logoPrice paidSince my mother takes care of the contract and it is done through her name, I asked her to check all of her emails (including her spam) for an invoice, but was unable to find one (apart from the 'Congratulations on your Upgrade' email and delivery progress updates). I also could not find one in the ID Mobile website or app.Please could you let me know what information you need from me to send an invoice, or let me know where else I could find one.Thank you.

Hi I've been trying to upgrade for 4 days now . I've been close a few times but I keep getting cutting off from live chat . Around 30 times and around 7 hours I've spent trying . The signals very poor with id mobile in my area for the last few months .They said due to a outage . As I was told to phone which I did but they couldn't hear me properly and wouldn't offer me the same deal as online they requested an additional amount £50 . So I'm back to live chat been a hour so far . Not even been able to get through to anyone I get cut off before now .Anyone else experiencing these issues ? Your conversation has been disconnected repeatedly As this is the worse customer care via live chat I've ever experienced.  Many thanks 

Hi, I’ve recently changed network provider to iD mobile and I am not able to receive authentication codes to my number from any of the apps I’m trying to sign in with so essentially I’m locked out of a lot of my apps. My number is correct on the phone and message functions in my Settings and I can receive SMS, iMessage and calls fine from contacts but not from any businesses (apps) attempting to send me authentication codes - very frustrating as I need access to these asap. Please help! 

I got my contract through Mobiles.co.uk, I have received my esim but no welcome email. I ordered an esim by mistake and need a nano sim. In order to make the exchange I am being asked for my phone number but I don’t know what that is because I have not received a ‘welcome email’. Please advise me on how to get a welcome email or an alternative was to exchange my esim for a nano sim. Thank you.

Hi, I am new to this network, only swapped over a few days ago but feeling like I want to leave already lol. I have been having issues trying to go on some websites but they're not adult content so I dont understand why I can't access them. Like the gov.website to renew my driving licence and a shopping site. It says "error 403 forbidden"

When someone rings me and it goes to answer phone they get the message “The number you have called is not recognised. Check the number and dial again.” The answer phone number on my phone is +44 7782 333123 whicj I understand is the correct three mobile number. Please help

I have followed all advice in chats but still cannot make or receive calls. To confirm I am on 4g, iphone is on latest updates, have switched on and off, switched provider temporarily, tried airplane mode off and on, removed sim. Have never experienced this with any other provider but this is second time with Id mobile. Have missed a very important call because of this problem.  Anyone else having this unfixable problem?

If I upgrade to sim only will it cancel my current plan? Or how do I leave?

Hello I have a email saying I need to send in 90 days worth of proof of paying my previous contact to be able to open a new one how do I do this? 

Can anyone please help me. I have signed up, given all the details, completed the purchase and have now lost/closed the website without signing the contract🫣 I downloaded the contract and am now unable to to return to sign it so unsure how to progress.

I have an ID mobile SIM, I've been looking to switch because my Internet connection is so poor, and I was sat with a friend whose 3 internet was working brilliant, so thought I'd take a look at 3, only to remember that ID mobile is on 3 network.So why would her phone get great data reception where I get none?

One for myself and one for my daughter.  I want  to check how I can transfer one to my daughter's name whilst still retaining the number.Sim only needed.  Secondly,  would you  conduct a hard search if I  were to switch my contract over to a sim only contract?  Thank you 

I currently have an ID SIM only plan and looking to take out a mobile plan for my daughter. I've only had the SIM plan for 1 month but the mobile plan I applied for got cancelled as they needed 3 months of payments is that correct.

I’ve just upgraded to a Samsung from an iPhone and hate it. Is there any way I can go back? 

As per title recently joined and received faulty sim. Can’t seem to get a replacement as I need to register with the app but I can’t get the verification code by text as sim faulty (no sim inserted). Been to carphone warehouse store to get a replacement sim as that’s what I was advised to do on phone. They gave me a sim but can’t activate it for me which I need to do through the app which I can’t do as I can’t get the number registered with the app due to the original fault 🤦‍♂️ can’t seem to find any way to speak to someone directly from id mobile. Chat bot doesn’t have my specific fault listed so just returns to the same questions over and over same with automated line.  starting to wish I hadn’t bothered switching over from my old network now as I don’t know what to do next and neither does anyone else.  any help would be much appreciated appreciated.
