Got a letter from CARS for an outstanding balance of £15. I paid through the id mobile website which worked fine but now a few weeks later I receive another letter from CARS with the same outstanding balance of £15 which I already paid!! Doesn't id mobile and CARS communicate with each other when a debt has been cleared? I don't want to end up paying twice! Can anyone help?

Hi, I bought a second hand Iphone 6s on ebay supposedly unlocked. I have put my sim in it and it shows as locked to another carrier. I have asked the seller who his previous provider was and he said ID. Can anyone help me unlock the phone please? I don't have an ID contract. thanks

I have ported my old number in but am unable to change the number on messages on my iphone as it is doesn’t allow me to overwrite it- any ideas?

When I try to connect, I get an NOS message on screen. I am using my SIM in a TPLink Mini Router 4GLTE and it works perfectly in the UK but I have brought it to Portugal and I cannot get connected. Roaming is ONn in my account and on the router but all I get when trying to connect is NOS on screen. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong? Thanks, David

hi. I took a SIM out with car phone warehouse. the said it is all working and I went home. I put the SIM in and it was not registered on network. I called id they said they could not find an account in my name. I went back to car phone warehouse and they gave me a new SIM with temporary number while mine transferred. I got home again not working. I call id they can't find my account. I go back to car phone warehouse. they ring there main branch and the guy said it needs activating manually. they did that and sent me home saying it will work in 2 days. 2 days later I go back and it's still not working. however I did revive an 8 digit verification code from I'd on it but all numbers I try to call at not recognised even 7777. I return to car phone warehouse. he calls id and tells them the story. id said I must register on the I'd app to finalise the number change over and it will all work and send me off again. I get home and try to register an account only the 8 digit verification number

I've had a Samsung Galaxy S8 on i.d. for 2 months. Wi-Fi calling (the reason I took the contract due to intermittent reception at home) hasn't worked very often from the start. Sometimes not at all (despite having Wi-Fi calling turned on and being next to a Wi-Fi router). I've been in contact with i.d. on chat and phone. They directed me to Carphone Warehouse who directed me to Samsung who directed me back to i.d. etc. Finally, I seem to be able to have Wi-Fi calling more often, but in order to get it working I need to manually turn the mobile network mode to 3G only (not 4G/3G/2G auto connect). This means it is not a seamless transition and involves pressing - settings/connections/mobile networks/network mode/ 3G only. Does anyone know how to make this a quicker process or, even better, know a better more seamless way to have Wi-Fi calling without it being at the expense of 4G because this 'work around' obviously means that when I move away from an Wi-Fi connection I don't have 4G to

I order a phone to idmobile Huawei p20 pro but I order dual SIM is it dual SIM or not?

I have changed mobile phones from iPhone 5s to Samsung Galaxy S6. I can receive text messages but not send them. Tried a different network sim and it worked so it is not the phone. IOS FaceTime and iMessages have been turned off. Phoned support and changed message centre number number to the default +447782000800. After reboot was able to text myself. Still unable to text any other number and texting myself not working now either. Can anyone suggest any other setting to change? Thanks Steve

Can I use this number to register the ID iPhone App and then update it once I’ve ported my old (current) mobile number over from EE, or should I wait for the port to happen and use my old phone number to register on the App? Hi, My plan will end beginning of December, so i have been offered to upgrade my phone/plan. I want to move to a sim only for now, so can i go ahead and order a £10 sim only now? Will this stop my current plan and can i use the new sim in my current iphone? Just to add... i dont want to change my current plan, as that would cost me more (i want more data per month), hence the question whether i can upgrade to the new plan...

So one of the phones I have been looking to upgrade to is the Samsung Galaxy S9. I noticed at first the S9 was [b]£23.99[/b] monthly and has a [b]£49.99[/b] upfront, which was understandable. Then the monthly price of the phone went up to [b]£25.99[/b] and I wouldn't think I could go beyond that. So I waited, it came back down. That was nice, until it went back up again. I don't upgrade until November 3rd 2018. I'm hoping the price for monthly will go back down to [b]£23.99[/b]. The upfront stayed the same the entire time. I think it was [b]£25.99[/b] when it originally came out though. [b]EDIT: I joined iD Mobile on the 29th December 2016 and therefore can upgrade up to 60 days before my contract ends.[/b]
