How can I get my £20 credit back after leaving last December please, do not have bank account now, can it be sent to my home address ?

I have accidentally locked my SIM card and its asking for a PUK number. How do I go about it?

I’d like to change my plan but I’m due to upgrade in October. If I do this would it affect my upgrade? Would I still be able to upgrade as normal or will my contract restart?

As ID Mobile uses the 3 network, can my friend move from 3 network to ID mobile and keep his number?

I've just joined iD and only put my SIM in yesterday evening. I have wifi at home and work and on the bus and only sent a few whatsapp messages and checked the bus status while outside of WiFi. According to my dashboard I've already used 50MB, whereas my phone's own meter is clocking 1.6MB (I know it's not 100% accurate but it's always lined up pretty well with how 3 calculated my usage). What's going on??

Can anyone please tell me if I call a mobile number when in Spain, will it come from my own or will I be charged extra? My husband is taking his phone too but he is with a different network and also thinking that the holiday rep will have a mobile number we may need to call if we need them. Thanks

On and off over the last two months I’ve been trying to contact ID mobile as I still ahvent received my new SIM card but getting billed. Can’t use the app without a mobile number, can’t use the chat function as no one ever seems there and the same with the phone! Provision of an email address as a last resort would be great. Anyone have any ideas? Guess I’ll keep trying ....?

Search: "I phoned carphone warehouse, where I purchased iD mobile and got the sim from them, I called but got no answer!!, so I hung up.. So why then I get charged 52pence!?, and I asked that day, can I phone any number!?, was told yes, so I guess that it is not!!!, sad thing is I called them who got me onto id mobile, I think this is wrong, even if there number is.. 08435380883, I can't blame carphone warehouse in a way, as even in shop it didn't say unlimited texts, £3.99 bundle... Surely id mobile should recognise carphone warehouse number, especially when I called for advice, then onto the number sequence, then waited for 1min, so even as well technically I was never spoken too still get charged 52pence, it's not a lot it's the principle of the matter, I called to a place who gave me id mobile what they sell in shop!?, and I get charged.. I'd mobile sort that problem issue out, I can see then the point, if its a business number not related!?, I wouldn't be bothered about 52p... Tha

Hi all, I was in south Africa with work last week. I rejected a call on Thursday 10th May from the UK (+44020...), Now I see on my bill for last month a charge of £2.40 for a 3 second call with details for the exact time I rejected the aforementioned call. Anybody else experienced this? Is there anyway to contact iD directly about the issue? Thanks! Steve

Just joined and have a problem but cannot contact agents, live chat constantly busy! Have I made a big mistake joining this company if its impossible to speak or chat with someone? Got 3 family members to join as well so they are not very happy either. Cannot use the app the sims have not arrived so cannot register, another issue it seems, especially if the sims never arrive and someone else starts using them. Any advice from experienced members welcome, might just stick with GiffGaff at least the agents answer your questions. :rage:

So, I am going to follow the instructions to Keep my Number https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/keep-my-number The first step is to register with Idmobile but do I register with the number that has been allocated by IdMobile or do I register with my existing number I would like to keep? I ask, as I am guessing in the future, I will use my number to login. Many thanks
