I want to cancel my PAC request

I send my PAC number from my old network to ID mobile but now want to withdraw that request and keep the new id mobile number. How to do I cancel the request made earlier today?

I am unable to pay my bill until next week but need my services unrestricted before then. Is there any way to do that?

Hi, my services have been restricted as my bill is due to be paid, however due to a recent marriage breakdown my finances are a little up in the air.I will be able to pay the bill on the 28th of this month but really need my services to be unrestricted in the meantime as I use my phone for work, and it's the only way I am able to contact my children and their school and college if needed. I have done a live chat with an agent about this but am still not any clearer on any answers! Thanks in advance for any help.

issues with number swap on WhatsApp

Since switching to ID mobile and awaiting my number transfer, which is now completed, I’ve had a lot of issues with the switch over. Messages not automatically changing and now cannot receive my verification code from WhatsApp to access my account. (I’m now locked out for 2 days for trying to send myself a verification code again)  has anyone else had similar issues and how did you solve them?

Lost phone number

I bought a phone from idmobile but have been using another sim card to maintain my number. I now want to switch over to use the idmobile simcard. I have a PAC code to switch my number across. However, I cannot access anything as I don’t know the idmobile number I was given and therefore I can’t set up account. There seems to be no way of contacting idmobile without knowing your phone number.I’m probably being really thick...Help!

how to pay a bill

I get error messages when using the telephone automated system and the in app system and the web portal system whilst attempting to use several different cards from several different banks to pay an outstanding bill. Web chat people can’t take a payment either so does that mean I don’t have to pay my bill anymore??  cos 5 days of trying this is getting out of hand.  I mean does ID mobile not want my money???

Line rental Increase CPI

My line rental has increased and the information on the website states:“The April 2023 CPI +3.9% adjustment will apply if you've upgraded to or purchased a new iD Mobile 24-month handset plan on or after the 1st of November 2022 & before the 1st of February 2023.If you are affected by the 2023 price adjustments, you'll receive a text from us in March 2023 confirming the exact adjustment that will be applied to your April 2023 bill onwards.” My contract started 03/11/2021 so should mine have increased?

mobile wifi

I put my pay as you go sim into this device. I  am connected to it using the iPad but on the device the signal bar is red. Sometimes yellow. Is this sim not comparable in my area or is there an issue with the sim in this mobile Wi-Fi

Ordering a replacement sim when I don't have access to my ID account

I had my phone stolen yesterday and I need to block it and order a replacement sim.  However, I don’t have my password for my ID account so I can’t access it.   What can I do to order a replacement sim without access to my account? I am still abroad, so am I able to get a new phone and activate an e-sim in the meantime?Thank you in advance for your help.

charges??

My bill this month is nearly double what it should be! I can’t see anything to explain this other than some ‘charges’!! I have not been abroad or used my phone in any unusual way..this was taken automatically by direct debit. I need to get this sorted otherwise I will leave IDmobile asap.

Cancelling my disconnection request

Hello, A few weeks ago, I made the decision to cancel my rolling month contract. although now, i want to cancel that disconnection approval. I’ve been trying to use the live chat app for 2 days but every time I go on there it says that they are experiencing high volume numbers.many thanks niall

Where is my sim ???

I ordered a new payg sim on 28/3 - ive had an email confirming the order but nothing has been delivered. Ive tried contacting cust services through your various online channels but they all need a mobile & cust ID number which I dont have yet - I only have an order number (REDACTED) - absolutely hopeless system.Ive now had to get a sim locally so want a refund.

Hello. I am a frequent user of atypical internet services (e.g.: communications outside of typical ports for web 80, 443 or email IMAP 993,143 and SMTP 465,587,25)I connect regularly to servers (computers used to serve web and other internet services) and i often make remote connections to individual’s desktops to provide on-the-spot assistanceI have found that since using iD mobile, those connections are repeatedly disconnected making them painful to use. No such interruptions exist during web-based audio/video streaming, although it’s possible a sizeable buffer would cover for any interruptionsI cannot completely rule out my PC or hardware are at fault, or that my location relative to nearest 3-network transmitter is the cause, but the evidence i have suggests otherwise:a Lebara SIM (Vodaphone) using the exact same set-up does not exhibit these issues my signal strength is at maximum, as the coverage here is excellent speed tests such as netmeter.co.uk indicate very good PING and tra

Change ID mobile recorded voicemail greeting back to automated?

Hi, when I joined id mobile the voicemail was an automated message greeting. I then recorded my own greeting. However I want to change from the recorded voicemail greeting back to automated one (I don't want my own voice on there). This option does not seem to exist on the voicemail settings. I've tried asking id mobile years before but they were not helpful. Can anyone assist? Thanks

I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I wish to cancel my SIM only contract that I purchased on 26th March 2023. The SIM has not been used.Order Ref: 125917304I have cancelled my Direct Debit.I have tried to contact you via your 24/7 chat which doesn’t work. I have been into my local Currys store that could also not get the chat to work and suggested that I set up an account in order to cancel the contract I can not set up an account as the security number required has been sent to the ID mobile number that I am not using You have no email address You have no contact phone numberPlease could you arrange for my contract to be cancelled as I am within my 30 day cooling off period (today being 09/04/23)Kind RegardsD

Hi. When connected to my car. Any incoming or outgoing calls come through the phone and not the car. I have to select car on phone call screen every time. Please help.

I was waiting for a live chat for 40 minutes and then kicked out. I have rejoined the queue but waiting time changes from 26 minutes to 39 minutes. Can you tell me how long I need to wait and also can you ensure I won’t be kicked out again?

New SIM card not working - help please

My new SIM card arrived today (I’m a new customer, so it isn’t a replacement, etc) and according to the instructions, you just pop it in and away you go.  I’ve tried both of my phones and it doesn’t work.I’ve even tried it in my my partner’s phone.  She is already on IDmobile , so I know the network is okay on her phone, etc.  The message she gets when it’s in her phone is “SIM not registered on network.Any suggestions please??
