Hi,Just like the title says, really, Can I downgrade my SIM Only Plan While I have 4 Months remaining?I took out the £12 100GB data plan and have so far not used more than 12Gb.Just seeing if there's a way to reduce my cost?

New SIM Card - Emergency Calls Only

I've recently purchased a SIM card and so far have successfully used within a 4G LTE device. However I would like to register the SIM card so that I may access various facilities. When I put the SIM card into a dumb phone to receive the verification code, the phone seems to indicate "Emergency Calls Only". Please advise ASAP.Thanks.

RPI increase - can I change to a cheaper plan

I had a plan that was ideal for me 12 months ago. Now I am on a fix income with no use for the plan I’m on but can’t get hold of a straight answer, I need to reduce the amount of Mins, Texts and Data I have in the plan but have been told I can’t. I understand that I am still subject to the line rental to cover the cost of the phone but I need to reduce the cost of the monthly tarif or I will end up in debt. Can someone help me as there is no customer service number to call to discuss this problem with?

999 Operator couldn't hear me

I just made a call to 999 and it was clear that the operator couldn’t hear me, she just kept asking questions, asked what number I’d dialled, didn’t respond to anything I was saying. Luckily this was not a situation where there was any immediate danger but it is very worrying that I was unable to make the call on my phone. I’ve never had any problems making calls to any other number.

Refund duplicate payments

I tried to may a payment online yesterday twice and the website came back with an error message. I have subsequently made the payment via the ID automated phone service, which was acceptedThe next day I have checked my bank account and the online payments have now both been taken, which means my bill has been paid 3 times altogether.I will need a refund on the 2 extra payments. I have accessed the live chat but it is not working/available. Await Id’s ResponseRach

My messages won’t work after changing to ID

I have recently swapped to ID and my messages won’t send correctly, I see this issue has been spoken about for over 2 years now and I see there is a work around. However this settle for a workaround is not good enough.I say it’s not good enough as the workaround doesn’t even work in my case. I have turned off iMessage (which I shouldn’t have to) to send messages.  This is the exact issue I’m having:I send a message, the message goes through, however I get a Green bar as to say it still sending, in this time I cannot send any more messages and then get a “cannot be delivered” notification after every message I send. Along with this messages can take up to 10-15 minutes to send!Any help would be appreciated as I’m considering dropping ID after only experiencing the services for a day, which I ideally don’t want to have to do

Wifi calling not working on s20 plus 5g

It was working fine a few days ago, but not anymore. The only thing that I’ve done differently is to use a VPN to connect to turkey and other countries via a hotspot tunnel all traffic through that VPN for the hotspot. Not all the time of course. Could someone please check why it’s not being enabled?

Cannot login to change Direct Debit

I cannot remember my password for my account and when entering the mobile number, name and year of birth, I am repeatedly being told the credentials are wrong and to try again.  I can’t change the password, nor can I reset the account or log in. Is there a way a member of staff can reset my password on the account? I’m not sure I’ve ever logged into the ID account website before and picked this mobile up in 2018 for my business.

Bill problems leave me unable to use text calls or data

“Urgent reminder. Please pay your outstanding balance of £0.00 You can't set up a Direct Debit until you clear your outstanding balance. pay your bill” This is all that comes up whenever i try to sort this problem out, i just paid the usual amount on my bill and nothing changed. im currently trying to upgrade my account and i cant add a direct debit because of this issue, i am unable to text or call anyone (any call i make instantly takes me to the id “finance helpline” thing and my mobile data does not work at all...

Not received my SIM Card

This is so frustrating! I haven’t received my SIM and I know that it is delivered by Royal Mail but I just need to report it because I don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts (old and new). Why can’t I email or speak to someone. The robot thing is rubbish and navigating the help and support is frustrating.

Sim card stopped working

Hello, my sim card has just stopped working, when I'm outside I can't use anything at all it says no sim and can only make or receive calls with WiFi calling, my text messages aren't coming through and my data doesn't work, I haven't changed anything at all it just stopped working a few days ago. I have looked at all the help things and done everything it says will fix it but nothing works, I can't get hold of anyone just to get a replacement sim please could someone from Id mobile message me

final bill but my direct debit is now cancelled

Have recently left id mobile recently due to the price increase I have received my final bill but have cancelled the direct debit as don’t get paid on the day the bill is coming out , I’ve spoken to various people and no body is able to help me, trying to get someone to cancel the payment on there end so it doesn’t bounce and I get charged  all I want to do is pay my final billl

why arent my addresses the same?

My card and account are both registered to the same address yet when trying to upgrade my contract at the final stage of payment it tells me I am unable to continue as the bank card and ID mobile addresses are different when they are not. Just wondering if it’s an issue with the place I’m currently living (student accommodation) or if there is something I have missed. If anyone can help I’d be eternally grateful. thanks.

Cannot register and cannot process PAC and error on system. Live Chat doesnt give access to a human

Hi, I am trying to register as a new customer and also submit my PUC to pull over my existing number but the system says that I am entering the wrong information. I am definitely not! I can’t get through to Live Chat and have also tried Facebook Messenger as I think that a human needs to process this. Help as iD systems and lack of being able to speak with a human is tying me in knots!

why does ID mobile suck

trying to update my services on the app, nothing changes, i also can’t use live chat as the url keeps getting blocked so can’t even speak to anyone, is there an easy way of sorting this out or am i doomed to suffer this awful provider till the end of my contract?
