I cant log into my ID mobile account please help

I haven’t registered and it keeps saying my last name is wrong. I really need help logging in to my account and I don’t understand why this happening please help.

numbers haven't transferred correctly

Soo I PAC over to ID from EE, I have the Google pixel 7.I can make phone calls and it comes up with my number and I can send texts but it comes up with another number But I can not make calls or texts at all. I really need this sorted asap

ID ARE BLOCKING SECURITY VERIFICSRION CODES FROM 3RD PARTY SITES

ID are blocking very important very important security verification codes you're a verification codes that are being sent to me by my bank my email provider and a cut log and a catalogue I bought from I badly need this restriction you need this restriction removed and it has only happened youth and it has only happened in the last 2 weeks

Samsung s22 ultra £150 cashback still not paid

Hi, in November me and my partner ordered two Samsung galaxy ultra s22's which was on the "trade in want phone in any condition and get £150." My partner sent in a working Samsung S20 and I sent in an old HTC. She has been paid the payment for the value of her phone but neither myself or her have been paid the extra £150 each as per the deal. She has tried to resolve this many times and had just been ignored so what should I do? We are owed £300...

registration

Question on behalf of my mum who is trying to register and keep her number from another network.We now have the SIM (although no number was provided) and I also have PAC from old provider. I am trying to register and each time, there is an error that says that something isn't quite right. I've checked the details and they are correct. Any idea what I can do? Live chat doesn't seem to be working. I am also trying to keep my mums old number. Again, when I fill in the form I get the same error eg that something isn't right. Help!

new sim

I have just upgraded to a new tariff and was sent a new SIM card. This has a new number and I want to keep my old ID number. I have tried live chat but it could not help. When I tried activating new sim it says already activated. Please help to keep old number

Used STAC instead of PAC

Hi,   I was an idiot and accidentally used a STAC code instead of a PAC code when leaving ID. Do you know if my old number is now completely irretrievable?   Thanks

All forms filled in but still no phone service

For ID Mobile Staff I have filled in the form to transfer my old number: VRG55…..etcIt is a new ID pay by month SIM card account for me, but porting my old number.I have an ID account number, a PIN, and a Transaction Number too.  I can provide these.But I have tried to register using both my old and new numbers, with the right email address and my correct year of birth, only to have all attempts at registration rejected.On 24/2/23 informed that my portage had been accepted and that my phone would be connected on 27/2/23, with email notification. But this has not happened.It would be great if ID Mobile could get my account and phone activated. Thank you,KW

I haven't received a SIM with my new phone

Hi        I got a contract with ID and received my new phone next day , brilliant . But I am still waiting for a sim card which I need to download the app .It has been nearly 2 weeks now of waiting . I am keeping my old mobile number from bt and have given the pac code when I purchased the new contract . But without the sim card I can't do anything . Please help

VAT

I have just upgraded to iphone 14 £43.99 a month.I have two separate contracts and viewing previous bills the total includes VAT it also states this when you sign up that monthly price includes VATMy first bill on the new contract came in at £49.57 and my next bill is £61.35. I have my usuage cap set to zero so there are no other charges! Anyone else encountered this problem? Obviously my bill is incorrect and as you cant speak to anyone i am at a loss what to do.

Signal problem

I have service when I am connected to my WiFi but the second I am no longer on WiFi my service is gone and I cannot seem to connect via my mobile data.  Why is this happening and what can I do?

Wi-Fi calling keeps dropping out

I have a Huawei P Smart 2019 which is on the list of supported phones for Wi-Fi calling on ID Mobile. Wi-Fi calling also worked flawlessly on Asda Mobile for me.However I have been on ID mobile a few days now, and Wi-Fi calling regularly drops out every few minutes to airplane mode. It usually re-connects to Wi-Fi calling within 30 seconds, but why does this keep happening?I have posted an example video below of one of the shorter drop-outs. I keep airplane mode enabled at home to force WiFi calling (bad mobile reception area).

Lost old email address, can't get sign-up bonus

I recently lost access to my old email address, and I have had to change everything over to a new one. I was able to do this with my iD Mobile account itself fairly easily, but I am not sure if I will be able to get my sign-up bonus. I only joined iD because, with the sign-up bonus factored in to the cost, it was better value than my previous mobile provider. However, I have not received this bonus - a £45 Amazon voucher, which would bring the “real” cost of my 12m plan down from £8/m to £4.25/m. I’m not sure how this bonus will be given to me, but I remember being told that I should receive it within a couple of months of starting my plan. However, it might have been sent to my old, inaccessible email address. I’m also not sure if the bonus will be provided by iD themselves or by some other third party. Can anyone help?

can't log in to my account

Please help! I cannot log in to my account so I can’t see bills or understand when my contract expires.I Have tried to reset my username and password but it doesn’t recognise my details (phone number, name and D.O.B). I really need to speak to a person but that doesn't seem to be an option. Today, I got an email saying my direct debit ahs been cancelled but I have not done this. Please help, I am stuck.

I want to change plan - will contract restart?

There is no option for me to upgrade yet as it is still too early, but in the same section it says I can upgrade my plan for more data. I want to do this, but I wondered if my contract will restart if I do so? Thanks

sim suddenly stopped working

I'm new with you and have had no SIM trouble for the last month but now it suddenly no longer works. I've turned off and on, removed SIM, restarted my phone and followed all instructions. Can you send me new SIM please? Thanks

Faulty phone?

I've had my Google pixel phone for about 9 months. Over the past few weeks the screen has been freezing and I have to turn the phone on and off again to get it working. Tonight a vertical thick green line has appeared down the screen. I've tried restarting my phone but it's still there. Any advice? Not happy to be paying for a phone that doesn't properly work, have never had any issues with phones before

iDmobile SIM in a mifi abroad

I want to use my iDmobile SIMi n a TO Link mifi abroad. I have roaming switched on in the mifi but still do not have internet. Has anyone had any success and have recommendations? I have looked at APN settings for iDmobile but they seem only to apply to mobile phones (android and iOS) not mifi. Many thanks for your help

Request to change PIN number

My wife has just changed from O2 to Id mobile - much better value. All went well (almost) but today she received an email from iD mobile saying that she had to change account four figure PIN number. Contacted Live chat, but agent said just to leave number as is ???? anyone else had such a request from iD mobile - very confusing, mor especially since you cant actually speak to a real human...

Price Rises for 2023 and poor coverage - Can I cancel?

My bill will be going up significantly and I don’t want to pay for it when I’m receiving horrendous service, an average of 10mbps. I’m wondering if I can cancel without paying the early termination fee’s due to a mix of the price rise and service speeds?

stolen Android

My Android device was stolen yesterday I cannot remember my Google password I use my partner's device for my recovery code after receiving my verification code it is telling me to wait 48 hours I tried again now it is saying 30 days I have all my apps payments wallet etc open I cancelled my SIM card but I am not able how to log out of any other Google accounts due to forgotten password other devices that were used I always have logged out I can't even log into PayPal it is saying password incorrect I managed to access my Hotmail which previously was showing me Gmail emails however that has also been removed how do I change my password as soon as possible please
