Payment debt and billing errors

My account has been suspended because apparently I have two months of debt on my account but in my banking statements I have payed my bill every month except march currently. I have a direct debit too and it doesn’t seem to work all the time either. I am being charged £75 when I should only be getting charge £38.71I am not sure how to sort this out,Thank you

No wi calling after receiving replacement ID mobile sim

Just received a ID mobile replacement sim but now ID calling doesn’t work on my iPhone SE 2020. Wi fi calling worked fine with my old ID mobile sim. I have tried all the fixes, restarting phone, restarting router, reset network settings on phone, turned flight mode on and off, I have anlso tried anfter making annd receiving a call on the phone etc. Yet if I put my wife’s ID mobile sim in my phone the Wi fi calling icon shows in top left screen and it works ok? I have even had ID mobile send me a second replacement sim but I still have the same problem. I have little or no signal at home so I rely on wi fi calling. Could someone please help with more advice.?

No 5G connection

Hi I have just moved to IdMobile a few days ago. I was out today and all my friends had a 5g network but my iPhone 14 showed 4g. I always got a 5g signed with EE. Anyone any idea why I can’t get 5g in Belfast city centre when everyone else on other networks can? Disappointing.

phone colour.

Is there anyway to change the colour of your phone after you’ve ordered it? I got the pastel purple iPhone 14 but I’d love the yellow as my last phone was the yellow 12.

VERY weak or no data in London

Hello, for the past 4-5 months, my signal and data has been absolutely terrible in London. Even though it says 5G, its impossible to load any data, so I often need to use public WiFi if available.It has, unfortunately, come to a point where I consider finder another network provider.Anyone else facing the same, and if so, is there a solution? Thank you.

My first bill has been taken before it said it would be.

I started my contract on February 24th, paid the upfront cost and changed my direct debit to a different date than the 10th March which is today but I have still been charged today.I’m worried I will be double charged this month or something since I was not warned about this payment before it came out my bank.

Upgraded my phone but kept my old sim from my old phone, which died the night I sorted the upgrade. New phone arrived popped in old sim as told but can't make calls or send text or receive either. Emergency calls only and says no network coverage. Tried the turn off turn on trick still no.Any ideas thanks

ID have sent me 2 sims and 2 accounts. i have cancelled the one direct debit but now i have a final deman letter saying i woe them money. i need to cancel this account but when i call to make a payment i cant get throgh to anyone.

i need to ensure this is cancelled as ID wrongly set up 2 accounts for me and i only need to one.  the account number is [REDACTED] and my name is lori-jo hayward. please ensure this is cancelled i do not need the second account you have set up.  i also cannot log into the ID mobile app as i have used a PAC code to keep my old number and it doesnt let me log in with this number. how do i log in can you give me the correct details i need to log in.

Trying to make a complaint -- complaints button is missing

I was stung, without warning with a £25 roaming fee for having my phone switched on in my bag as I took a trip on a ferry. I did not use my phone.I was told by your Twitter team there was nothing that could be done.I want to elevate my case and make a complaint as the fee has caused me to go into my overdraft and has meant that I’ve not been able to turn on the heating this week, which is frustrating because of the snow, and dangerous for my two infant children.I went to your complaints page to try to elevate, but the button does not exist to complain online. I have tried in three different browsers on laptop and mobile.Please advise.

How do I send videos I've saved from Snapchat through WhatsApp ? My old phone was not an issue.My new phone (Oppo Reno8 lite 5G) won't allow me to do this.But I can send videos that have been taken through my own camera but not saved from Snapchat

Hi, I ordered the 30 day transfer and completely forgot to request the pac code now obviously the 30 days are up and I can no longer send texts or calls, is there any way I can find the pac code to move to a new provider? I tried to do it online but the option of doing it there is no longer available too?

End of Contract and moving to another network provider

Hi, my contract will come to an end in 19days (29/03/2023) and I am not willing to upgrade nor stay with ID mobile. I have tried to follow the process of 30days cancellation but I received an sms that if I choose to end your plan today, my estimated final bill will be £58.95. This consists of the line rental for the remaining months of your contract (if any) and any outstanding balance on your account (this does not consist of any unbilled amounts). i would like a cancellation at the end of this contract and I am not ready to pay any extra. I am willing to wait until the 29th which is in 19days and would be porting to another network with my number and would want the direct debit to be cancelled.kindly assist

I need a replacement sim asap

My sim, which is only 2 weeks old, is not reading in any device. I need my phone DESPERATELY for work, as I'm in domiciliary care, I'm not even going to be able to work tomorrow as you need the Internet to use apps for medication etc. It's been iffy with the Internet the past 4 days and now the sim is dead. I have restarted. Tried in other phones. Everything.

Deactivated SIM and broken phone

My phone (which I did originally purchase through an ID contract) has failed to turn on since Sunday (now five days). Originally, I managed to use my SIM in an old phone with limited functionality but the SIM was deactivated on Monday. I have been extremely stressed and inconvenienced trying to navigate London and feel safe without a working phone or way to contact others. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue on live chat, being told that that is the only contact method. I do not understand why my SIM was deactivated but was expecting a new one to arrive today but it has not and I have not had any contact from DPD despite ID saying they offer next day delivery. After being told I cannot terminate my SIM only contract, I've been unable to look at phone options with ID as the chat bot is busy and directs me to my account which I cannot access as I do not know my password and to rest it asks for a code that has been sent to my deactivated SIM. What am I supposed to do?If thi

Can I upgrade my contract early? I have broken my phone.

I have an iPhone SE 2020. It currently has a cracked screen and a cracked camera along with lots of scratches. My contract ends in July and I’m eligible for an upgrade in May. Is there any way I can discuss my options with iD in terms of an earlier upgrade? I would like to stay with iD as they’ve been good and have good prices. This phone has poor battery life and has breaking way too easily. Is there any phone you would recommend as a replacement?

Services does not allow access to this number

I can receive calls but can not make any calls. I get the following message “service does not allow access to this number” even if I try and dial 7777 I get the same message…I’ve got full coverage/signal.I’ve rebooted my iPhone.I’ve also factory reset the iPhone.I took the sim out and put it into another iPhone device and it come up with the same error message. I replaced the sim card and activated it but it still has the same issue. I cannot make any calls!!Any ideas
