    Call cap reached on 0844 number

    I was in the middle of a call to an 0845 number when I got cut off and the message said I’d reached my call cap limit. How do I amend the call cap when outside of my unlimited call plan. I understand there may be a charge for using 0844 and no idea why I would be at the cap as never regularly use numbers outside of my plan. I’m unable to make calls now and the call I was on is urgent !!!
