My main resolution for 2023 is to act more consciously, in terms of my lifestyle and habits. For instance, making a conscious decision not to buy products or invest in services (where possible) which I know are unsustainable and environmentally damaging for the sake of convenience.

My resolution is to work towards qualifying as a physiotherapist, something I wanted to do 12 years ago but was told I couldn't achieve. This would go a long way to helping me ready for going back to University

To get back on my bike and fit my jeans again.

My resolution is to really start my photography business and get where I want to be

Be more present for my children; and also take time to get fit and healthier. I did a couch to 5k course at the end of last year and my next goal is to run 10k!

Keep a close eye on my budget

I have 10 goals for this year - all achievable goals as I don't want to be unrealistic. Main ones this year to travel to 3 new countries and to continue with 10,000 steps a day this year. In June I will hit 3 years of atleast 10,000 steps everyday!

Exercise and improve my health.

I want to be less wasteful in all areas. Not to waste food, my money, personal items, clothes (recycle), resources and not to waste time I could be spending with family and friends.

To get out and see the world more, take every chance for adventure

I hope to regain my level of fitness as I’m awaiting knee surgery and my steps are depleting ! I’ve taken to my exercise bike as that’s easier on the knees.

My New Year 2023 resolution is to cut down on annual electricity, gas and water consumption to save the Planet and save money. I feel that although successful already in 2022 I can continue the same approach in 2023. It’s a challenge helped by our new Electric and Gas Smart Meters installed in 2022. We now understand ‘fully’ what we are using and how we are saving both now and continue in 2023.

My new years resolution for 23 is to be entering into a body building competition.
