To stick with my vegetarian resolution, which proving easier than I expected. Also to help my kids eat healthier as well.

My New Year Resolution is to complete the free Martin Lewis Open University Course on Finance - to teach myself everything I need to know about bank accounts, savings, tax, interest and stopping debts building - saving and making money work for me. Then using comparison and cashback sites and doing a complete overhaul of my finances, cutting out waste. Just a few lifestyle changes will save a fortune and keep me active and learning.

My New Years resolution this year to live happily and not complain of anything and just live peacefully.

My resolution is to try and take more time away from work stress’s and spend more time with my family especially my 2 girls whilst they are still young

I'm getting married this year, so my new year resolution is to lose weight so I look nice in the pictures!

My New Year’s resolution is the prioritise my mental health; one of the steps I’m taking for this is creating and keeping up with a bullet journal! It involves all self made pages such as habit trackers, sleep log and “line a day” page to encourage positive thinking. Another goal is to read more; I’m already 200 pages into my first book of 2023. I hope it helps with my mental health this year :)

I'm making a concerted effort to get fit this year, I've joined a gym and I'm making good use of all the countryside walks and hills in my area. I'm also determined to put my phone down and walk away much more than I have being.

To become more organised with work! :)

No resolutions. Total waste of time.

My New Year’s resolutions are to continue to put the most important things first (people and relationships), try to reduce my impact on the environment, … and also to learn how to SketchNote.

None as I can never stick to them

My new years resolution is to be happier this year and to be more open and honest about my mental health with others. Hoping this spreads and we can get more people speaking and improving their mental health too!

My main resolution for 2023 is to walk for an hour and a half a day come rain or shine. I log all my goals on a diary that gets opened on Jan. 1st each year and I get to tick them off from the previous year. Here is to a good year for us all! 🍾🥂

For 2023 I'm decoupling myself from as much material things with a view to keeping things simple and adopting the Japanese mantra of "keeping things that bring joy to life".

Applying this to people, belongings, and my digital footprint.

I'm confident that doing so will make more time and mental space for the things that really matter.

Now time to ditch some more baggage!

My new year resolution is to stop smoking.

I don't bother making New Year's resolutions any more.  I only get disappointed when I invariably break them.

My new years Resolution is to eat more chips. Especially when dipped in ketchup, curry sauce or marmalade.

So scrummy in my tummy!

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in November 2020, when l was taken in an Ambulance being in a critical condition. I was over weight at the time and in March 2021 l had lost about 5 stones was too woried because never in my life had a life threatning condition neither was l hospitalised before. So, two weeks ago on review appointment with Nurse l was told the diabetes is gone. So my 2023 resolution is to teach others to keep the faith in themselves and do it right, exercise regularly, eat well and always watch what you eat, you can make it, l did it. Always reserarch about your condition, its never too late to ponder.

My new year resolution is to not work so hard. I run my own small business and I’ve reduced opening hours and that’s made a bit difference already. Still as much work but over fewer days. Perhaps I’ll have time to do some exercise now!

My new years resolution is to not let my anxiety stop me from living life. For 20 years I have constantly had panic attacks and they stop me from doing alot of day to day things. But this year I'm going to force myself to do the things I would never do because of fear of panic.

New year's Resolution: To get out more with the family and try and do all the activities that they do, biking, running, football, skate boarding, skating and just going for walks. Sadly I'm missing the cheerleading with my daughter as I can bend about as far as my knees 😅

Simple one this year. Appreciate the time I get with my parents, to do more things together for lasting memories for me and for my daughter's with there grandparents.

I don’t make resolutions, that way I don’t disappoint myself 🤣
