Hi, I have been using physical sim card but I want to have the esim setup in my iphone 15 pro max. It gives me option to add esim only which needs the QR code. Can I please have the QR code for the esim?

hello i’m just setting up a new phone but cannot connect to the network. i’ve tried inserting the old sim card but that hasn’t worked. i’ve looked in the documentation sent as part of the upgrade. Please advise, thanks

I couldn’t find an option to transfer my existing esim onto my new phone through the idmobile app, so i activated a replacement sim onto the new phone instead. Now i am stuck with this new esim that has a different number. The live chat feature has not been useful in resolving this. Thanks

Hi, Id really like to have a sim and an esim with separate numbers one for work and one for personal on the same plan. Ideally I'd like to use the sim in one phone and an esim in the other so I would effectively have two numbers and two devices on one plan. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I got a call from an agent from ID saying that they are updating the SIM and eSim because ID got a lot of complain about bad signal. +443330147831 they offer me 5 pound for limited data. they was asking me how much I spend at the moment and how many giga of data also my address which I didn't have to them because they want to send me door to door document. I closed the call as so much suspicious without give me detail… anyone else about this. I believe is a scam.

How do I download my esim

I have a Samsung S23FE. Have scanned an eSim QR code to install an eSim. Now my phone does not detect my physical sim and the eSim hasn't installed either. This is not the first time this has happened, I tried installing an eSim on a previous S23FE which did exectly the same thing. I returned that phone as it was only 4 days old. I had a second physical sim installed on this phone for a trip to the US, which caused the phone to fail after 4 days of using the 2nd sim. Again, phone lost data and would not recognise either physical sim. Took this phone to a Samsung repair centre when I got back from the US. They replaced the sim carrier and the motherboard. Question:- does this model of phone actually work with more than 1 sim installed or do I have a 2nd bad phone??

Hello, I currently have a UK mobile number with another provider on a physical SIM, but I am abroad for a few months, and it has stopped working. I am considering transferring my number to your service so I can generate an eSIM, as the current provider does not support this. Before proceeding, I need to confirm: will I be able to activate the eSIM from abroad, or does activation require being in the UK? I’ve just bought a pay monthly contract but the eSIM qr says it has no data and the option to manually add it doesn’t appear in my settings. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max, model MQ873ZA/A that the id mobile list said was compatible with esims but as it isn’t working I’m guessing the list is wrong. Can a physical sim be sent out or do I need to cancel the contract and start over?

I am looking at buying an eSIM for Australia. I will be going via New Zealand so will want the eSIM to commence about 12 days after leaving the UK. How would I activate the eSIM, before leaving the UK or when arriving in Australia. If it is activate in the UK can you put a date for when you want the eSIM to commence?If it is when arriving in Australia will that be possible as I will not internet access until the eSIM is activated?

Here is are the problems - Brought new cellar iPad Air (doesn’t have physical sim slot only eSim) Purchased new SIM Only service from ID - This is delivered by way of email with a barcode to load the eSim Installed eSim on to iPad using issued barcode (all automated config loaded) I have cellular service (data is active and working) but can not make or receive calls or Texts (which is the more important bit here) PROBEM NUMBER 1 - I need to be able to receive texts from this service on this device!! I have tried to add the number to my apple ID but this requires a OTP which I can’t receive as the device doesn’t seem to have enabled this - HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS?? Hiya me again, I not long made a post but if you had read it you’d know that I’m totally new to contracts. So I have an eSim contract with iD, of course which is why I’m posting here aha. But I still have my old sim card in which is set as my secondary number as I want to use my old number for my home business to put on social media. Anyway, I got a call earlier and I’m used to some usual spam calls. Now I’m not sure if it’s the same on android phones, but when you have two sims on iPhone, you have this little symbol next to the name/number calling you which is P for primary and S for secondary… Anyway, upon checking this spam call came through on my primary number? What makes this odd is, I haven’t given this number out to no one, not even family yet as I’ve been carrying on using my secondary (old main) number as I have a monthly package on there that is unlimited and I don’t want to waste. I haven’t even used my new number on any sites either yet (such as updating numbers on my emai
