’m trying to activate my new SIM card but the code isn’t arriving in my email (I’ve checked the junk/spam folder too!) and I don’t have an active phone number so the code can’t be texted to me. Any idea how to resolve this? Unfortunately, the form isn’t helpful as as the activation code requires a phone number to be sent to or an email. For some reason, the activation code isn’t arriving in my email inbox and my phone number is inactive. The chat bot also wasn’t able to give me my activation code, it just kept referring me to the form to activate my SIM card.
hi everyone i recently changed from vodafone to id once my contract had run out. i have a new i phone 11 with id and ive started a new monthly contract. i have entered my new sim but i have no signal and cannot make phone calls ect. i have reset network settings and turned it on or of but theres no change. the i phone settings say “sim not provisioned” i have tried activting my phone online by putting my new id number in which it recognises but when it comes to sending a security code over it never comes through on either the new number or my email. i have tried this multiple times to no avail. i have also tried moving my old vodafone number over using the pac code but it says some of the details are incorrect i assume this is because i cant activate my new sim ?
Please help! So I am with iD, and found a better plan (still with iD) but it wasn’t listed as a potential plan change on my app or the website, so I bought the sim separately so I could cancel my old plan. However, I do not know how keep my old iD number with this new plan? The only help online is for people who have switched from a different mobile network. Thanks!!
New payg sim with £20 unlimited bundle bought from CarphoneWarehouse.Sim appears to have been activated, as can take calls, but no credit has been added. I registered online and no top-ups were shown in the account, If I need to register the top-up from the CarphoneWarehouse receipt, I cannot find any info on how to top-up without buying more credit.I’ve spent 90mins online and on 7777 trying to find out any information, and as the sim was delivered after 6pm all CS is shut for the day. So infuriating. Any help appreciated.
Hi, I cancelled my contract a few weeks back at the end of may, via the 30day cancellation service, and they said that the final total payment which I had left to pay will come out of my final bill at the end of the 30days. However no final payments have been taken out of my direct debit yet and I’m very sure I haven’t cancelled the direct debit! Really unsure of where to go from here?? My contract was cancelled and the old number was deleted and don’t have my old account anymore. I did buy another phone and contract through ID because the old phone broke, hence the cancellation of the contract. I have a new account and my direct debit is now taking out the money for the new contract each month. But still not paid for the remaining amount for the old phone, I’m getting worried!
I have a pixel4a (and zen internet). I’ve been able to make wifi calls over my network no problem for the past 9 months. Suddenly this morning they’ve stopped working. When I try to make a call I get a message "mobile network isn't available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call" ... except I am connected to a wireless network (it's normal for the mobile network to not be available, that's why i need wifi calling). To try and rectify this I have:switched to airplain mode, then turned wifi only on restarted my phone restarted my internet turned wifi calling off, restarted my phone, turned it back on again removed and reinserted my simNothing has worked. Is anyone able to help?
Does ID Mobile have anyone there. I mean - truly is there anyone there actually working who will respond to customers? Having tried the complaint and documents emails, and created a community topic, with no response from anyone options are looking thin. There’s no phone calls (5 day response voicemail is basically saying go away before you even start), no easy way of getting in touch, and the live chat doesn't seem to involve any real humans - or if it does, they don't seem capable of independent thought.Perhaps someone will help eventually, but it seems that what Virgin are able to do in a few minutes ID Mobile can’t even be contacted to start doing and the lack of customer services is a complete insult.Employees of ID Mobile - Where are you? Do you exist?
Just received a letter from ID Mobile for a final demand notice of payment. I have never dealt with ID mobile or set up an account. Approximately one month ago several phone contracts were taken out in my name. I have rectified the issue with the other phone companies who cancelled the accounts and updated my credit file appropriately. I believe this account was set up at a similar time to the other accounts week commencing 21st September 2020. I have filed several reports on action fraud and will file another for this. I tried contacting IDmobile customer services over the phone which was unsuccessful and can not find any other route of communication, hence this query. I tried Carphone Warehouse customer services who said I should contact IDmobile. Therefore, I have a letter asking for payment of an account that was not set up by myself and no way to flag this fraud. Please can someone set me up with the appropriate fraud team to get this sorted. Poor service if you ask me, all other

This is some of the text I have emailed to ID-Mobile with no luck so far, with all the personal details stripped out. If someone from ID Mobile could read this and take pity on a fellow human being and actually do something to help I would very much appreciate it: I had an account with you for about 1 month, years ago. I cancelled immediately as there was no reception where I was living, which was all ok as it was a 30 day SIM type agreement. These things happen.I have recently checked my credit report and you are showing a late payment against me with both Equifax and Experian. Both of these are in error and I would appreciate it if you would contact the agencies to have these removed immediately.The Experian late payment is showing as one month before the account was even opened!! The Equifax is showing as long after I closed the account (even if you were in error still reporting it as open). basically no sim received and on line chat not working and have been billed I rang carphone warehouse who refuse to deal evewn though this is a subsiduary. On line chat just does not work have been billed and no sim had to extend my old contract for a month at icreased rate and pac code expires soon. how do I get through and cancel this fiasco
I am transferring my number from Tesco mobile, I have my PAC code from them & want to give it to ID but can’t access the App or my account online, just says they are not available. I saw there were problems a few days ago I s there still an issue? When I can access my account how do I submit my OAC code to get my number transferred?
Hi, Problem is can't send MMS picture text. phone is Motorola G5, I have been with iD for a number of years on a different contract, but recently changed to an unlimited one. I could previously send MMS, but after fitting the new Sim, I get the message "service not activated on network". I tried your APN setting checker, it doesn't like the G5, when I hit submit, it goes straight back to the first screen and I have to enter all info again. When I enter Moto G4, it gives me settings, which I automatically loaded and restarted phone, still no use. Tried G4 settings, it doesn't do exactly as the script says, leaves MMSC as http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc instead of http://google.com.My extra charge cap was set at £5. When I first changed contracts, you somehow managed to bill me for 2 services for the one phone, so first month bill was £21 instead of £16. OK this might take me over the extra charge limit so I changed the cap to £10. No good, still can't send MMS. Any Ideas, is it
