I ordered an S21 over a week ago which I found out after was out of stock. Credit checks been done and upfront payment taken but not heard anything since. My existing contract runs out soon so I need to make alternative arrangements if I'm not going to recieve it soon. Tried pm but no answer yet.
Tried to use my STAC, haven't received an invoice from carphone warehouse with the SIM delivery. So I haven't received the transaction number.I was told if I registered on ID, and go to 'my services', it wouldn't request it. It says 'ALL fields must be filled' including the none existent transaction number and invoice field. Very frustrating after having the exact same issues after registration despite the hour of messing around.
Hi there,I would like to request an unlock code for my iPhone SE 1st gen that I purchased on a 24 month contract on 11th November 2017 if I remember correctly. I am switching network to another provider and have already alerted iD of this cause. Please could you reply as soon as possible? Thanks a lot,
Hi. The PAC code provided by EE is not being accepted via the ID app or via the web form.I have just spoken to EE and they have confirmed that the PAC is valid and has been”accepted” by another network.Am nervous that I will be disconnected from EE but not connected to ID Mobile. How can check if the transfer has indeed been accepted by ID Mobile despite what the app says? Thanks
I got a PAC code text from id stating I had made a request to get one. I informed via on line chat that I didn't request this basically nothing was sorted . The agent typed I will leave a note on your account that it wasn't your request I also left a message on complaints line , no call back. The next day my phone is blocked no service, on line chat again , no answers as I was on the chat 14 x £100 debits were pending to go out of my account to some online betting company, my bank confirmed it was most likely through my phone Who have id been in contact with to cancel my contract and still after numerous failed attempts to resolve nothing has changed no contact at all. What a shambolic outfit and now they want £280 for them cancelling my contract and letting someone attempt to empty my account.
I reported my phone lost/stolen so had my sim card and phone blocked. I explained this 2 ID and asked if I could get a replacement sim to put in my new phone (ID Compatible) as I still had to pay for the contract. They sent a new sim but it did not have a new number or anything with it so when I try to activate the new sim I put the number in that had been blocked? Now my ID app says my sim has been activated and I can now use my calls texts and data but I still have no service? I don't understand? Thanks for any advice.
I've sent my PAC code to ID but got a text message saying ' We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services'I've double checked all of those, but they were all correct. Could you help me please!
Hi there. Am hoping you can help me. I requested a PAC code after transferring my number to iD but then realising the signal is not good in my area. However, the PAC code I have received (with the prefix TEL) is invalid according to my new provider. Also, I requested the PAC code on May 8, but was told in the PAC text message I received that it expired on May 5, so I’m thinking maybe the previous PAC code has been sent to me.Could you please arrange for me to be sent a new and valid PAC code? I will try to access the Live Chat tomorrow morning but wanted to post on here in case I can’t get through. If this is resolved through chat then I’ll post up on here accordingly.Many thanks in advance
I need to speak to a human person regarding my contract with ID but its impossible! Never had this problem with any other phone company I have been with! I can't seem do to anything with my phone contract at all and to top it off I can kiss my credit scoring good bye all cause a I can't talk to a human being!!!
A few days ago I filled out the online form to port my number over and I've had nothing. I've tried again through the app and it tells me there's an issue with my pac number or mobile number. This is driving me nuts! I've no idea what to do, the pac code was only generated this week.
The fixed term contract is fully paid off, but money still leaves my account every month. Without the number/sim card, I have no means to register or log into an account to end it.The email address and the phone line have been dead ends.The live chat never returns any operators or solutions.Thank you in advance.
I have cancelled my contract back in April 2021 (within the 14 day cooling off period) via the live chat with an agent. Passed all the details to them and confirmation of the contract had now been cancelled.So why am I being billed each month ?You are to stop taking money out of my account immediately. I have informed my bank via the fraud department, informing them that the contract was cancelled and no funds are to be released. I will be contacting the ombudsman in regards to this awful service and what iDmobile are doing.I will be discouraging others not to take business out with this company. I am very unhappy dissatisfied customer. Please cancel account no.12375437 and DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY!!!
Hi there, we have two new sims for our phones. I have been able to register mine fine and am using it. The other one is not working - I don’t know if we have the correct ‘transaction number’ - we are using the ‘order reference number’ that cam with the email. we don't have the piece of paper that arrived with the sims. How can we fix this? thanks for your help
Just received a letter from ID Mobile for a final demand notice of payment. I have never dealt with ID mobile or set up an account. Approximately one month ago several phone contracts were taken out in my name. I have rectified the issue with the other phone companies who cancelled the accounts and updated my credit file appropriately. I believe this account was set up at a similar time to the other accounts 28 April 2021. I have filed several reports on action fraud as well as one for this. Ref Number:XXXXXXXXXXX I tried contacting IDmobile customer services over the phone which was unsuccessful and can not find any other route of communication, hence this query. I tried Carphone Warehouse customer services who said I should contact IDmobile. Therefore, I have a letter asking for payment of an account that was not set up by myself and no way to flag this fraud. Please can someone set me up with the appropriate fraud team to get this sorted. Poor service if you ask me, all other compa
I placed an order as a new customer on 13th June, got an email from you on 14th June saying phone wasn’t in stock but you are expecting it soon, here we are 2 weeks on and…...Nothing, not an email, no contact, nothing!!!…...hate to ask, as I’m only a customer (potentially a new one at that) and I’m sure you’re busy letting existing customers down, but any chance of informing me whats going on with my order? Hi so I thought I'd successfully submitted a form in the app to keep my old number from O2, I've just had a message to say that it was unsuccessful because the transaction id was wrong. I used the transaction code off my carphone warehouse receipt. I have no other transaction codes anywhere from my packet that came with the phone and sim card. I use my number for my business so it is imperative I keep it .
