Hi, Id really like to have a sim and an esim with separate numbers one for work and one for personal on the same plan. Ideally I'd like to use the sim in one phone and an esim in the other so I would effectively have two numbers and two devices on one plan. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I just joined iD Mobile with a brand new Samsung A34 5G 256GB/8GB phone on their unlimited everything package; it was an amazing deal, and so far, I am very impressed with both the mobile and iD support. I have started this conversation because, having trawled the Internet, the most relevant question/answer I found was on this very forum about a year ago; however, the 'solution' was a workaround as opposed to a proper fix, and, as an engineer, I like to find the best possible solution to a problem. WiFi calling, together with a solid WiFi signal linking you to a high bandwidth Internet connection, should be the most brilliant solution to a poor cellular signal at home or work, but unless you can keep it locked on when needed, chocolate teapots and fireguards come to mind 😉. For those not familiar, by default, when you activate WiFi calling, it is in 'prefer cellular' as opposed to 'prefer WiFi' mode. What does that mean? I’ve now tried dozens of times 2.) my phone says ‘no service’ I’ve tried all the usual several times - turning on/off, switching airplane on/off, manually selecting provider and since when was no customer call centre ‘in the customer’s best interests’

I got a call from an agent from ID saying that they are updating the SIM and eSim because ID got a lot of complain about bad signal. +443330147831 they offer me 5 pound for limited data. they was asking me how much I spend at the moment and how many giga of data also my address which I didn't have to them because they want to send me door to door document. I closed the call as so much suspicious without give me detail… anyone else about this. I believe is a scam.

Hi guys, I was fiddling around with my sim settings whilst in Morocco. I disabled my ID sim, and now I cannot see it in my ‘sim’ menu anymore? So now I can no longer receive important texts and calls to my number! Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have three mobile numbers, One for me One for my son One for my mum All these numbers are linked to one email address. I can't login to my mums or mine as it says one email only for one number. I've had two numbers for over a year and need to cancel my mums as she's died now and I've just gone over to 1d. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a Samsung S23FE. Have scanned an eSim QR code to install an eSim. Now my phone does not detect my physical sim and the eSim hasn't installed either. This is not the first time this has happened, I tried installing an eSim on a previous S23FE which did exectly the same thing. I returned that phone as it was only 4 days old. I had a second physical sim installed on this phone for a trip to the US, which caused the phone to fail after 4 days of using the 2nd sim. Again, phone lost data and would not recognise either physical sim. Took this phone to a Samsung repair centre when I got back from the US. They replaced the sim carrier and the motherboard. Question:- does this model of phone actually work with more than 1 sim installed or do I have a 2nd bad phone??

How do I use WiFi calling on my ID Mobile Pixel 7? The cellular signal is awful in my house. I bought a Pixel 7 from ID Mobile, have selected WiFi calling in the settings, but no calls are made via WiFi. The Pixel 7 does not appear in the supported WiFi calling phones supported list on the ID mobile self help section. Searching the internet and this forum suggest that ID mobile need to specifically whitelist the pixel 7 for WiFi calling on their own systems.

Hello, I currently have a UK mobile number with another provider on a physical SIM, but I am abroad for a few months, and it has stopped working. I am considering transferring my number to your service so I can generate an eSIM, as the current provider does not support this. Before proceeding, I need to confirm: will I be able to activate the eSIM from abroad, or does activation require being in the UK? I’ve just bought a pay monthly contract but the eSIM qr says it has no data and the option to manually add it doesn’t appear in my settings. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max, model MQ873ZA/A that the id mobile list said was compatible with esims but as it isn’t working I’m guessing the list is wrong. Can a physical sim be sent out or do I need to cancel the contract and start over?

I am looking at buying an eSIM for Australia. I will be going via New Zealand so will want the eSIM to commence about 12 days after leaving the UK. How would I activate the eSIM, before leaving the UK or when arriving in Australia. If it is activate in the UK can you put a date for when you want the eSIM to commence?If it is when arriving in Australia will that be possible as I will not internet access until the eSIM is activated?
