Landed in Beijing yesterday, cannot get WeChat, WhatsApp or messages to work. I had a message from ID mobile on power on saying I’ve used 80% of my bill cap. I added £10 but still nothing. What do I need to do to be able to send/receive messages from my UK ID mobile SIM card in Beijing? 🤔

Hello, I am switching from a physical vodafone sim to an ID mobile esim. I have received the esim QR code and scanned this however to switch my existing Vodafone number, along with the PAC code (which I have), I need my new ID mobile phone number which I cannot find anywhere?

I bought a roaming pack to Morocco before leaving UK. I received a text saying it's activated, and my ID Mobile account shows the pack as active. I turned on data roaming in my iPhone settings and also in the ID app. when I arrived in Marrakech, I switched on the phone and soon received a text warning me that I'm connecting to the Morocco network and that I will be charged unless I've bought a roaming pack. However I don't get any connection on phone, sms or data networks.I've tried all the suggestions including iPhone network reset. Nothing works. I can connect via WiFi and that's what I'm using now to write this. Help please!

Hi, posting on here in the hope that someone from ID Mobile sees it… I purchased a Roam Beyond add-on for Morocco yesterday, I can see it on my account. It is not working; though I appear to have a strong 4G signal most of the time, I am completely unable to connect to the internet (except over wifi as I am now). I was previously in Spain and roaming was working fine so there’s no general problem with roaming per se. I’ve tried restarting my phone in the hope that would fix it (3 times!) but it made no difference. Can someone from ID mobile investigate and fix please? I wanted to use live chat but couldn’t get it to work 😡

Hi, I have roaming activated in id and phone settings, but have been in India for 3 hours now and still am not able to access the internet (other than by WiFi from my hotel)

I have an Apple Ultra Celluar Watch. Now iD Mobile has eSIMs when will we be able to add an eSIM to a celluar watch? I appreciate iD Mobile do not sell celluar watches but those of us that already have one might want to use the additional functionality.

I am currently in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and had pre paid £35 for 10 day add on. I'm currently using a Google Pixel 8 Pro. The phone connects to either AT&T or TELCEL but immediately says 'You may be out of data' and will not allow any Internet usage. The iD add on still says I have 20gb left. Can someone help please?

I came over to ID from EE the worst decision I have ever made? I need to have internet connection because I have to keep an eye on my invalided mother but withID I could never get any coverage, no matter where I was in the country. i have now gone back to EE because as mentioned it’s a life or death situation with my mother NowID want to charge me a lot of money for their service even though I had no service. i will be publishing on Facebook groups and reporting to Trading Standards as they are robbing me because the service is crap and all they will say that it’s on the contract but it’s also on the contract to supply unlimited internet, calls and texts but they never supplied the full service so in reality they owe me money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have been travelling in Aus and NZ with family over Christmas and the 10GB / 5 day data add on I purchased for £20 to use in Australia wouldn’t work at all - I tried all the trouble shooting - roaming on, bill cap to max, restarting phone etc. Very frustrating and £20 wasted. For New Zealand I have ended up buying an e-sim from a different provider which is working perfectly fine, but a shame it wasn’t with ID. Anyone else had this problem?

Why is my data not working in the USA? I need data to be able to navigate around the city I was able to purchase a data pack which hasn’t worked I have had text messages confirming the pack and costs calls and texts are working fine but yet no data

I just need to turn answering machine off so no messages can be left.

Roam beyond not working in USA, how do I get a refund from ID mobile, after reading previous threads its obvious ID mobile are having problems. I do not have time to contact them and then spend a day messing about.

Hello ive had a letter from complaints team asking to get in contact - but no one picks up the phone it just rings / on hold for 30 minutes the complaint is around having very bad coverage and speed of network in KT5 and anywhere I use the phone away from home, clearly an issue with my phone or set up. please send me an email address so I can contact the complaints team

Hello, I have bought the travel add on to Mexico for £35 but doesn’t work after all the troubleshooting steps have been carried out. I’ve read on here that other people have had the same issues recently and have requested a refund. I have now bought an eSIM from elsewhere so I’m just wondering how I go about getting a refund?

As title says since the tree network went down calls drop, I can be talking to someone for say 8 minutes or 14 minutes and then instant cut out as if one of us hung up. Doesn’t happen on my sons phone which is 02. This started after the three network went down where at the time when it was down my IDmobile phone couldn’t even make 999 calls. I tried 999 when no calls were working and 999 failed too. So now I have a phone that cant handle long phonecalls it cant seem to last in a phonecall much longer than 15 minutes.

I bought a 10 day data roaming package in South Africa but it is not working. I have data roaming activated on my phone and the ID app. When I click on the link to idmobile/roaming I received by text there is a screen that states “Invalid SSL Certificate” and Error Code 526. It shows my browser as working, Cape Town Cloudflare as working but Idmobile.co.uk as Host Error. The network is shown as VodaCom SA and I have tried the other networks like Telkom SA and MTN SA.

I’m currently receiving around 2mb down and 0.5-1mb up. This is unacceptable for the price point. Is there any way I can sort this issue? I’m afraid I will have to cancel my cancel if not.

Hello admin, Aussie roaming doesn’t work in-spite of buying the full 10 day package. Live chat told me they fixed it, they didn’t. Can you sort our a full refund please - especially as it seems from the id community that others have been told there is a problem with roam away in Australia

Hi All, just wanted to check if anyone has had the same/similar experience to mine. I have requested to port my number from my previous provider, obtained the PAC code and submitted the form. IDMobile says they are still waiting some file exchange that needs to be submitted by the previous provider. I have contacted them and they said that my number has already been ported out and there’s nothing else left on their side to do. Basically I am now stuck between IDmobile and the previous provider telling me different things and I am not sure what to do. I just need my old number to be ported in ID Mobile and that’s it!! Has any of you experience any issues when porting out/in your old number? Thanks!
