Hi has anyone noticed on the upgrade offers or extra plan offers that receive extra cash on trade in which applies to one of the phones I'm looking at doesn't actually have this offer when you click on any of the Google pixel phones even though on the header all the pixels have extre cash on trade in and the Google pixel 9xl says extra £200 but click on the phone then the offer isn't there.I have looked at all other phone makes with the same extra cash offer and it's clearly on every phone when you click on them so do you think the offer is an error or something else? I have also looked on the list of offers on ID and the pixels aren't listed so if I buy one of them with the xtra trade in value have I been misled by ID and how can I contact them? Thanks Brent.

Why I can't see anymore my upgrade date

I signed up with IDmobile and received a IPhone 16e on Friday. I’m wanting to exchange this phone as the camera will not be good enough for me. I’ve looked online and it says I can return it at my local Currys store. I spoke to someone on live chat and I got mixed answers. I've already traded my old phone in so if I’ve got to post the 16e back and then order another phone I’m going to be waiting without a phone. I’m classed as disabled so I do need a phone because if my health and mental health and as I don’t have an another phone I can use. I’ve moved onto an ESIM. any ideas or advice please. thanks

On the app and online it said I can early upgrade from today. So I have logged in to have a look at my options and now it says that it is too early for me to upgrade?

I bought my ex an id mobile but she swapped sim and I don’t have the original number. How am I supposed to pay the bill as I can’t logon without the number?

Hi, so i am in India for a month or so and I will need to be calling people for my business, cold calling people. I just wanted to ask that I have £45 cap in place so I do not get excessive charges in place but what is included in this does this give me unlimeted call and text or does this work with the £2.40 per minute and once I have used my £45 allowance I cannot get it extended unless I ask it to be done so. Is their a way for me to not pay this £45 cap or should I just use my india number.

Is it possible to cancel a contract early and start a new one . i got a samsung flip 5 last year but it developed screen issues after 9 months and is now unusable samsung have refused to repair it under warranty saying it has been dropped which it has not. my contract is not up untill november and im stuck using a old mobile which is outdated and im not gettting the benefits of my data allowance
