Cancel as service unuseable I posted the message below 10 months ago with 0 help from ID Mobile. A few weeks after that, I was diagnosed with leukaemia and had to stay between hospital and home since then, both of which have good wifi. Now I am recovering and getting out more, I see the terrible ID Mobile coverage persists and I am still not receiving a useable service which I have been paying for. I would like to cancel since you are not delivering what you charge me for. —- Previous post, 10 months back: I signed to an ID mobile contract a few months back to reduce costs after many years with EE and find the ID Mobile coverage is so terribly bad, I am not getting the service I signed up and paid for. I can not use anywhere near the tens of GB of data I signed up for since my phone is permanently next to useless now unless I am on Wifi. When I was with EE the coverage in the same phone was always excellent. ID Mobile, this is not good enough. I’d like to cancel my contract since you are not delivering a useable
