Asked for Google 9A , was sent a Google 7A in a 9A box , I have returned the 7A , but now ID refuse to either process the return , or send the proper phone , major dispute now in place, I now have no phone , but ID insist that I continue to pay new contract ,

I continually am losing signal in areas where that never used to be a problem. Do I need a replacement SIM card?

My plan is showing as disconnected on the ID app. Spoke to CS yesterday and they assure me it's all fine and live their end. Spent an hour and a half on webchat yesterday and this is still not resolved. Loaded app again etc. I believe when I've added the plan to my app it's picked up an old account I held with ID as the pin code was also different to what the CS advisor told me. Clearly it would be helpful if I can see my plan in the app but no one seems able to help on their Web chat which seems ridiculous. Any ideas? I've tagged you Matthew as you seem to have resolved this for other ID customers so hoping you can help me. ​@Matthew T

I contacted sales 2 days ago to change my sim provider and opted for an eSIM. No problem so far. A QR code arrived and I downloaded the eSIM. Nowhere did it say I shouldn’t download the eSIM - in fact the message told me to do it when I received it. Two days later I receive a message saying that my transfer will be done in the evening, and that I should now download the eSIM. I eventually found the address for Customer Services but had to go through tons of questions and answers before I could actually speak to a person. All I wanted to tell them was that I had already downloaded the eSIM two days previous, and would I need to do something else. Not a complicated question, but it took more than four hours to get a satisfactory answer. At the end it meant that they had to issue a new QR code with instructions to download it immediately. I had to enter the chat website twice before I got a satisfactory response to my original question. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I moved adress and need to update my billing adress to match this. When I use the App I'm given a message saying that my postcode does not exist. I have tried using the website, but this doesn't even give me the option to view my billing adress for my current plan. How can I get around this?

I haven’t recivex my sim card

I am following the instructions to activate a replacement sim. The activation is in progress and I am supposed to receive a text once it’s complete. Will that come on my new sim or old, in other words should I put the new sim in the phone now or wait for the text?

I’ve several different mobile numbers ringing me telling me they are from ID mobile, one of which sent me an email verification code. Offered me an upgrade and took a deposit but sent the wrong phone. Also said they will wipe my bill of £49! as it was a sim error on they’re behalf. Can someone confirm a number for ID please

Your upgrade is cheaper online than when i try to do it via my account with you.

I switched to iDmobile several weeks ago, opting to keep my old number and even though I have rebooted the phone a number of times, plus put the sim card into both sim slots, the result is the same, meaning the phone doesn’t ring and I can’t receive calls. My phone is a Samsung A70, so relatively old but it was working find before. The old sim (with EE) was in sim 2, but this doesn’t work in either sim 1 or sim 2. “iD” shows up against the sim, so I assume the sim is ok and recognised, just the phone number is not linked. I can send and receive texts, but when I send the recipient doesn’t see a phone number. I can receive texts to my number ok. Going into the phone settings, About Phone, Status Information and SIM Card Status, this shows: Service State - In Service Mobile Network State - Disconnected Hope this sheds a bit more light on the problem. Please can you advise the best way to resolve this.

I recently purchased a new contract and handset for myself. On the same day i ordered a monthly rolling sim for my daughter but it was cancelled and told I had to wait 90 days before I could order. Is this correct? It was a 30 day rolling plan so no real contract involved. Thanks.

I like to give feedback on joining ID Mobile, I am very happy & delighted to change my network provider from ----- to ID mobile, very happy with reception, monthly sim with roll over data, it's good reasonable monthly charge compared to other network provider, good friendly service with online chat but it's long wait sometime, but problem solved, it's easy to join and change over from other network , easy to follow step by step guide, & received new sim as per their instructions, it was happy experience glad I did, after receiving my sim, tried & tested my wife too joined ID mobile, same plan as mine and she is happy too .....looking forward to stay with ID mobile for years to come....thanks.

I tried enabling data roaming and also extra roaming minutes from India so I expected that SMS from my Indian bank (State Bank Of India) containing my OTP should be received. This is needed to register my sim from iD mobile on to my State bank of India account. I keep getting messages from iD mobile saying that charges would be incurred for roaming but still don’t receive the SMS. Please advice how I can enable this SMS being received from India. This is very important for me as I never had this problem previously with 3 Mobile

I went through MSE to gain the £55 Amazon voucher for signing up. However, I never received the email and when I emailed Giftcloud directly they told me I wasn’t eligible ? How do I go about solving this as I’m confident I completed all the steps correctly.

Just been asked how I’m enjoying using idmobile!!!! Had to laugh, at least I was on the hotel network and got it, I’m abroad for a month with no roaming data because it won’t work. Tried everything I can possibly think of to get it to work. Helpline have told me it’s my phone, I’m with my husband who’s got the same phone and we’ve got his working EVENTUALLY with absolutely no help from idmobile, Apple came good with a solution for his. I’ll be be ending this contract ASAP!!!

I wish wish wish ID'd offer me a way out. Ive begged them for months to allow me to cancel, after realising that, due their policies, I had to buy a second phone, and add a second contract, if I wanted to be in touch with my sons cancer team here in England. They admitted it was their poor policies, they agreed that their company does not offer comparable roaming to literally ALL other phone company.. The only advise they had that I buy a second hand set, and I buy a second contract with a different company, as "we are a comparatively new company and still experiencing hiccups", yet any request to reduce the cancellation fees were refused. Thanks to ID i have massive extra expenses to keep up with the cancer team, and ID will only "sincerely apologise". I'm stuck with them for another 12 months..I hope the ID team feel.good knowing that they're making a stressful time (I dont wish on anyone having to endure their child's cancer journey) even more stressful. And that they enjoy the money they insist I pay, despite them "regretfully" advising me to take out an additional contract. As they're "still.working things out" Shameful company. Shameful service Shameful people on decision making level. At over 50 years of age, this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I have negative feedback on a company. Sheful

Contact from ID saying DD failed and asking for payment. I paid by card straight away. Then double checked DD details were correct. Two days later ID accused bank via DD and took payment again. How do I contact them to get credit or will they put account into credit? Account is not currently showing as in credit.
