Apple TV offer in not in the email all other offer are there. Why Apple TV offer is missing??

My plan says I have unlimited text and calls, and data remaining until 23:59pm today. But when I try to make a call it says I have no credit. The call is to a UK landline.

I have selected an upgrade via the ID mobile website. I made it all the way to confirmation page and the upfront payment has been taken but no confirmation email. Normally I would expect an email confirmation for most web transactions. When I log into my account I am still being offered upgrades despite an upgrade in process. If somebody on ID mobile side could confirm the order was fully successful that would be great Thanks

I’ve just joined ID Mobile, last Thursday. During the setup process I was asked if I’d like to port my existing number, which I did. I filled in the details with the PAC Code etc. I received my new phone on Saturday but the contract summary states that no request was made to switch. I have tried once again to fill in the required details but was unable to do so. I have had no text or email verification that the porting is in progress. Help would be appreciated.

My monthly bill is slowly creeping up from £10, £11.60 and now £12:20… Why is this? As I've not used hardly any of my data and it's rolled over? It should be £10 every month.

Texts saying not sent but they have been. Looked up what to do on here, gone into iPhone settings - phone - number is showing as new ID number (I’ve kept my old number) but it won’t let me change and save the number.

Second time this month I've received a call/text about me calling random numbers. However, I know for sure I did not make these calls. Does ID have any phone number protection systems in place so my number cannot be stolen for fraudulent activity? I want to enable caller ID authentication or any existing spoofing protection. Please advise.

Hello I got my phone contract back in September 2024 with ID mobile £44 a month with the device. Recently, I realised that there's 3 networks charging me around £18 every month. Last week, when I rang them to inquire about the charges ,I have been told that the money I'm paying is for the device. They told me to contact ID mobile & they will sort out ,but there's no contact number to contact . Please can someone tells me what's going on. My phone number Thank you Muhammad Asif

Why I was charged for roaming offshore on the vessel if my bill cap was on 0£,please maybe someone had same issue? Doesn't look right.

Any calls, texts, or data will not come out of your standard UK allowances and will cost between 30p and £15.00 per MB. To keep track of your spending or manage your bill cap, simply log in to the iD Mobile app. For more details on out of plan charges, visit idmobile.co.uk/roaming” I have roaming switched on. Am I going to be charged, and if so why? The info in the link says my allowance can be used while roaming.
