Hi just moved over to ID network no problems with it at all compared to others. I listen to radio via streaming, with O2 the app Absolute Chillout worked with no problems at all. Since moving to ID it's stopped working no setting have been changed. I removed the app still same problem when reinstalled.Can anyone help missing absolute chillout big time 

I put my PAC code in when purchasing my new handset/ contact which got declined for some reason. Then I went through the process of purchasing it again but wasn’t asked for the PAC code. Will it still go through and change my numbers over?

I had my phone stolen and have cancelled my sim and got another through curry’s. However I can’t log onto my account to activate it as it sends a code via text which obviously I can’t receive, I’m stuck in a horrendous loop going nowhere

I have put my new sim in gone back to my old number, however anyone who phones me goes straight to 02 voice mail

I cannot auto connect at all to iD mobile on my phone Motorola Edge 20 Lite. I've checked all my settings and they are all set up correctly. This is incredibly frustrating as I can't use my phone when out and about and I can't be contacted. What is the issue? I have recently upgraded to 4 to 5 Gbs data a month, SIM card only and the problem has started since then.Sincerely  

I can not receive calls, going direct to VM, tried online chat, waited 20 mins kicked out twice. Only just joined, want to cancel but now a charge of over £70. How can I get calls on this crap network 

i ported my old number over to id but sometimes when i message the original number from the sim that was new appears as a message why is this 

Will i need any bolt ons to use my mobile, mostly data, in Northern France, thanks

I have entered pac code and transaction number and it says there’s something wrong yet all information is correct?

Since the Web and app closed over night for many days maintenance I'm no longer able to use the app just continually loops “somethings wrong try again later.” even the Web page is hit and miss.I've read other place Re register app if so how it immediately asks for email and starts log in process.Greatly appreciate a solution!

Hello, yesterday I installed an esim from Saily on my Google Pixel 6. Since then my ID SIM has disappeared from the SIM section in settings. Does anyone know how I can recover it?

Since swapping to iD recently using a Pac  ,some of my old contacts do recognise my original number and some seeing new iD number of this new  phone before PAC transferHow to rectify please ?

Hi, has anyone had difficulty registering their account again after the new App? I can no longer access my account anymore! 

Since installing the “new and improved” app, I am unable to use Touch ID to login. The app says ‘let’s get started’ and I have to enter my email and password EVERY time I login.the app then says ‘do you want to use Touch ID ?’ And I click yes, in settings the tab for ‘use touch ID’ is ‘on’ ..then next time it’s the same as before ..SO FRUSTRATING 😣😣I’ve tried reinstalling and updating the app, but to no avail’ .,Anyone else had this issue 

I cannot access my account anymore. According to the bill charges received in my email, this (the email) is good. The last name and/or DoB must be wrong in my ID Mobile account, and without accessing it I cannot change them. Or maybe they’re correct, I have no idea as I don’t remember last time I’ve logged in. I cannot even delete my ID from the app so I can make a new account. An “Ooops “ message appears every time I try to. Furthermore, I’ve waited 60 minutes for chat support, only to be offered a survey after that hour, and not a human operator. There is no contact phone number or email support to help customer. In a nutshell, ID mobile is a joke...but that another topic already. So, can someone really working for ID look into this and fix it? PS I’ve tried the instructions sent to the other people asking for help with the login issues. My father recently passed away,. I’ve tried using the chat function to talk with someone and send a copy of death certificate. The service keeps kicking me out after waiting for ages (upwards of 10 mins).can I speak to customer relations in a phone call, or email them?I’ve tried 5 times now and wasted so much time, very frustrating!

Please help I am abroad and stuck with no  reception from ID mobile! I travelled form UK to Greece - my roaming worked perfectly, then Greece - Albania, I had additional SIM card plus some roaming from Greece, then I went deep into Albania lost reception all together for 3 days. now I travelled Albania - Italy my card is still not working tried manually turning on ad of, removing and inserting again, it does not connect to the career. Please help, what to do? I am in Italy for 7 days, needed to get a temporary e sim and pay for it because ID mobile which has roaming in Italy does not work at all!

I have been with ID for around 9months now and switched from EE but over the last 2/3 months my data coverage has been awful it always says I have 3/4bars of 4g but it never works, I work outside and I always need to use data for several things but it never seems to work

I’m looking to get a sim contract I was wondering if anybody knows how long id have to have a contract sim before I can upgrade to a mobile as I’v not got the best credit score I was with o2 and I had a sim contract with them I had to wait 6 months before I could upgrade to a phone 

I thought I had to give 02 30 days notice to transfer over to ID mobile . I have set it for later this month . Can I change my transfer day to this week ? I have given the PAC code ? Is there a way of speeding it up ?  wrightyred
