I have now paid for a whole year & not once used the ID mobile as it has never registered, (BELIEVE ME I TRIED). Trying to call someone is pointless. Talking on the chat system is a joke. I have replaced the sim card as advised, used several different phones sa advised & the only way to get out of paying for no service is to cancel the direct debit payment when the contract ends. I WILL NEVER USE ID MOBILE AGAIN OR RECOMEND ID MOBILE TO ANYIONE.AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, I HAVE BEEN ROBBED.GO DO ONE ID MOBILE

Normally my bills are from the 18th of the previous month to the 17th of this month, however the last two bills have changed this!My previous bill went from : 16/04/24 To: 05/05/24My current bill has gone from: 05/05/24 To: 17/06/24It’s mucked up the calculation of Mobile Internet Data usage, allowance and rollover and makes it look like I’ve gone over my allowance this month, but no charge has been made! Anyone else had an issue with billing dates being wrong?

Hi all, Hope I can get some help as by now I am quite desperate. My problem is that I'm not receiving the verification pass code after I register on the ID mobile app. Therfore, I can't register my new SIM and further proceed to transfer my old number on to ID mobile and my new phone. It says it's going to send me a text with passcode on the new mobile number but I never receive anything. How can I get over this obstacle? 

I separated from my daughter’s mum in the middle of 2023, who set up my daughter’s ID account in my name in 2022 on a 24 month account, with a tariff whose data allowance she is hardly using. As I am now single and my daughter is living with me in my 1 bed flat, I need to cut my costs as much as possible - I tried therefore to downgrade her plan, but I was not given this option on the ID app - I suspect because her 24m contract does expire until July this year. Given my circumstances, however, is there a way I can downgrade before this date?

Need to know how to cancel my cancellation request please

I’ve recently requested a pac code from Vodafone, and have entered it on the ID mobile website. I have triple checked the info I put in and it’s all correct. However it’s saying the information is incorrect and can’t process it at the minute. I notice that there’s quite a few people with the same problem but I haven’t seen the solution.   thank you

My phone was meant to be delivered by dpd last week. I was in, by the time I got to the door, he drove off! My ring doorbell shows him there for less than 10 seconds.Now I've had no communication from ID or Dpd. The link from Dpd just says 'Returning to Currys'. No numbers, nothing. Really disappointed, anyone have an idea what to do? 

I’m trying to port my no to a new provider but was getting the message that the PAC code had expire or was invalid (it was still in date).  I had not cancelled my plan.  Tried the live chat but keep getting kicked out.  By this point my PAC code has expired! When I try and request a new one I get an error message.  Please help - I am losing the will to live!

I’m travelling to Madagascar for 3 weeks, I’m wondering if there’s any way to add some data onto my account for when I’m over there and cap it at a certain amount. I’ve checked on the website and it’s £15 per MB which is crazy expensive! I don’t want to go way over that by mistake and end up paying a fortune. Any way around this? Thanks.

Hi,I'm currently in Slovenia, and unable to receive calls or texts. I can make calls, send texts, and get data connection with no problems, just cant receive. I had no problems on the way here, in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany or Austria. Any ideas anybody? Thanks, Gary

I currently pay for an ID Mobile SIM but have also taken out a phone contract for 2 years. I thought having logged in when I purchased the phone, everything would all join up but it doesn’t seem to have done.   How do I do this?

Galaxy s23 ultra.  Not receiving texts to my number and when I send them it says it's from my new number.  I used a pac code and when I call it's all fine.  Help :) changed to SMS and not using Samsung messages also changed phone number in the message app and settings.  Happening for a week now.  Tried many things 

 I need someone from ID to contact me or cancel my three contracts with you.

I set up the account yesterday on the 25/6. My plan is not due to start until the 7th July. I’ve not even got my SIM card yet and the app is saying I’m not registered with the company yet, I’ve received an email saying my plan starts on the 25/6? that's 10 days before I can use it! 

Been over a week payed up fully after car accident desperate to to be reconnected been over a week with nothing I can't get anyone to help me need my phone for work and my children.

i have tried the app , online but cannot change to a cheaper plan. I have had emails inviting me to change, but the app says no!! The instructions on here are not matched to the details on the app, or online account.i am thinking just cancel my sim and buy another one ?

I cannot log into my account on my app or on the website, for both it says that i cannot log in because it is not secure. I have tried different devices but get the same message. Can someone please help??

I have been trying to, yet unable to chnage my direct debit with ID Mobile - because I am changing the bank account from which I wish to pay my SIM only £6 (now £7) per month deal. Now apparently I have managed to cancel the DD but not start a new one. So ID mobile service has stopped. Mercifully I had my work phone with me and was able to access Google maps to get me home yesterday as I was visiting another city when ID mobile decided to cut me off!!  I have just gone online and paid the outstanding amount, and have attempted to set up the DD (again) but now it is telling me that I cannot set up a DD because I owe money on the account.Money I already paid.  I posted up a question about this a week or so ago, but don’t know how to find the question to see if anyone has answered it. This is very annoying.

I can see I'm not the only one but nothing for a while regarding solutions.  I joined iD and set up new phone no problems except for santander app which santander says they are sending OTP but not received.  No blocks etc on phone.  Santander says network even though only santander as an issue. No progress so far on iD side either. I can see santander OTP are issues for other networks also. Is there any solution I can progress as it's really frustrating.  TIA
