Thought I would come here for help seeing as customer support is non existent and the live chat AI is terrible.I bought my Pixel 7a last week (20th June) from Carphone Warehouse on a 24 month iDmobile contract. l paid an upfront cost of £59 and it said I pay £14.99 each month thereafter. I set up my direct debit, pay what they ask and await my phone. Everything seems normal.Today I get an email saying my direct debit had been cancelled and that I need to set it up again through the app (it hasn't because they never put one through according to Lloyds Bank). I log onto the app, go to billing and see a big red banner saying I have an outstanding £14.99 payment a week into my contract. Below it it says my first months bill is due 3rd August (date I selected for direct debits). I paid the £14.99 as the email basically threatened my credit rating and I can't set up the direct debit it asked me to because it's telling me I owe money.A few minutes later I go back on the app to see it still sa

Hello, on the new id mobile app, i can not check when my contract ends. I have tried everything in the app but there is no option to see the date. How can i do so?

Hi all,Just a quick question, I am on pay monthly and was due for upgrade for a while.As there was no DD set on my account, in order to be considered I had to set a fresh DD.I’ve done it yesterday with a first DD payment due on 27th July.  Thing is the website is still returning  ‘Sorry, you can't upgrade right now as no active DD’.My question is, how long wait is required for this to be completed? Will I have to wait until the first DD is collected on 27th July or perhaps earlier then than that.Been with id for 4 years now and this is my second contract that just finished. Cheers guysRaj

Hello,For the past couple of days I have had really bad reception on my iphone 15. My phone displays having good signal. I can make a call, but no-one can hear me. My workplace have been calling me and report they can’t get through. I have reset my iphone and force restarted it.I have erased all network settings. I have tried my SIM in my partner’s iphone and it is the SIM which is the problem. His SIM works fine in my phone suggesting my ID SIM is the problem.The id coverage checker for my area shows good 4G inside and out. I have tried it all over the house, outside and at other addresses with no luck.Would anyone have any ideas? Hi, I am currently on a £10 a month sim only contract with ID mobile and have been a customer for a few years. I tend to upgrade my sim when a better upgrade option comes along and today, a sim only upgrade recommended deal appeared. £10 but instead of 100GB like I get now, it was an unlimited data sim. I decided to upgrade to this, however when i click on the deal, it takes me to the upgrade page and is nowhere to be seen. I've scrolled through each of the upgrades to see if i have missed it but it is not there. How do i get this deal?Thanks,Will

I am looking to leave Id mobile but I wanted to keep my number when switching , I accidentally cancelled my plan before letting my new network know that I wanted to keep my number  , will I still be able to keep my number as I still have a month left when it cancels my id account , if so can get my plan back to then make my new network cancel the id plan for me when I’ve sent them my pac code ?

I’m in Greece, roaming support by Nova - showing I have 5G and good signal, however nothing is loading and I cannot make calls or text. I have roaming activated and unable to use phone unless on WiFi which isn’t any good if I’m out and need maps. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?..

Hi, I’m pulling my hair out and frustrated at not being able to speak with anyone!!New to iD. Tried to set up my voicemail box, got the 3 steps to do. Did step 1 and set up my pin. Set 2 to set up my mailbox name, I misunderstood this and recorded my message and saved it. When i realised that was the third option I hung up, hoping it would cancel. I now can’t reset my mailbox name. I’ve tried 123 and it says my mailbox is not set up but it only takes me to part 3 to record my voice message and bypasses the first 2 stagesI’ve logged on and turned off my voice mail, waited and turned it back on. It still takes me to just the third step. I need iD to reset it so that I can do all 3 steps again correctly. Can anyone sort for me please?

I have tried to access my account using both laptop and mobile, including using the link in my billing email.  Two days trying.  Nothing works!  I get an “oops” message at every try.  ID… sort this out soon or I will be forced to move to another provider after many years with you!

I haven't received my £30 Amazon voucher yet, no emails or letters with a code etcHow do I get it please ?I might stop my direct debit for my phone if it doesn't arrive soon !!

Can't make calls when I leave the UK , keeps saying number not recognised, once I cross the boarder I can call the same number no issue , all my roaming is on both my phone and in settings ? Any idea 

Have tried multiple times to input a new PIN number during the automated set-up proceedure so I can hear my voice messages.  The automated voice fails to recognize that I have used the phone’s keypad to type in the number, followed by # as directed.  Keep getting to request to enter the number, I keep putting the number in with the #, in the end the system gives up on me.  Have even tried using a landline, but the automated voice says I have to use my mobile. Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong and how I can move this forward.

Is anyone having issues topping up? I have tried for 4 days now and keeps saying oops something went wrong! Happens every month!

Hi I tried to upgrade my phone this morning to Samsung 24 with double memory and a galaxy watch. I could not get my trade in phone page to work. It would not find my old phone. I had a three hour drive home from work and have logged on to try again. Please can someone contact me as I can't find the deal with the watch. How to transfer number from old id phone to new id phone

Ported over from O2 almost three months ago, and been having this issue in varying degrees since day one. Basically, incoming callers are either hearing nothing as the phone is ringing at my end, or sometimes it sounds as if I'm abroad.  Today I discovered the problem has worsened and all callers are hearing silence as the phone rings. This is leading to a lot of missed a calls because callers assume there is a connection problem.  This renders the service effectively useless.  I have asked the 'technical team' to investigate on three separate occasions and I have submitted two complaints to ID which have both been closed down as unresolved.  The problem was even escalated to Three without success.  I've been extremely patient so far, I just want a little bit of customer service, which has been worse than poor so far. If ID are unable to provide a fully working service then I would like to be released from my contract. I've never even been offered any kind of bill credit.     

I tried changing email address but seem to have amended the billing email , not login emailso when I tried to login with new email address it doesn’t let me register with my phone number and I can’t delete that account either, or change the login email as that email is used I need Customer Services / Support to delete the new account, or help me make the swap.Why is there no way to reach Customer Services? Thanks

Hi in the last two weeks ive gone from having 5G at home to little or no signal at home if i dont connect to my wifi i cannot hse my phone at allIs this a an going issue or normal ? Its almost like everything is good for the 1st month thendown hill!Ive checked the signal and its showed issued on day 1 but doesnt now. Ive rebooted phone reset it anx still the same!! Any assistance would be appericated.
