I took out an additional sim only plan on the 10th June 2024 but the sim hadn't arrived 6days later so I went to currys and got a sim followed the instructions in the sim pack and even though I entered the phone number I wanted it linked to it linked it to my work number that ive had for a few months. I went on chat and explained what had happened, and they said I'd have to get another sim and try again as the sim couldn't be unlinked. Anyway, Tuesday 18th comes and the original sim order comes through the post, so instead of going to currys again, I use it. Doesn't work at all, but I was advised to wait for the number to port from EE as this could be the issue. Great.…although  now my work number isn't working and says no service. I go on live chat yet again and get an esim to save going to currys again. Shock it doesn't work. I go on live chat again to be told oh we have a physical sim card registered to that number(gives me sim number) I don't even have a card here with that number.

I gave my pac code on purchase and my number has not changed on the date stated

My 4G didn’t work is ID normally like this as I am thinking of leaving if I can’t get it fixed 

I have three existing contracts with ID, two which I’ve had for about 10 months and another one I took out a couple of weeks ago. One of my other family phones has just expired so I figured I’d move it to ID. After placing the order it was cancelled because I didn’t meet the credit check criteria. After about an hour on the phone and online chat, it appears that because I took out a contract within the last month, I have to wait another three months before applying for a new one and there is nothing anybody can do to get round this! I can’t believe ID are turning down new business. I have a solid record of paying £60 a month for the other two contracts but because I haven’t made three payments of £6 for the sim only contract I took out, they won’t sell me another! Is there anything that anybody at ID can do to sort this please, all I want is all the mobile plans I have under one provider for ease of management.  

Hi, I'm constantly losing data connection when not on a WiFi connection, if i restart my google pixel pro 6 or refresh the internet connection it works for a short time then disconnects, this csn happen hourly. i live in WF6 postcode but have the same issue around the country, please help, tia

Since I’ve been with ID my calls have not been working properly. It’s becoming more frequent now than sparadic like before. Whenever I answer a call it says we cannot connect your call, this is just not right when all I’m doing is answering not making the call it’s very odd and very annoying as it cuts the caller off they keep saying I’ve put the phone down.

Why can’t I make outgoing calls to landlines when I have unlimited minutes. A automated response keeps on telling me that I’ve reached my capped limit but I’ve got unlimited minutes. All very frustrating. 

I purchased my 24 months id mobile contract from currys/pc world that included an iphone 13 pro max and id mobile sim. I recieved my end of contract notification email on 07-06-2024 stating that my minimum contract period for 24 month handset plan ends on 26 June 2024. On the 29th I received an email that my monthly bill is ready which is £48.75. On the 30th june 2024 I bought a new id mobile plan through their app £10 a month because my 24 months old contract had finished. But still on the id app they are asking for £48.75 when I have already switched to a new plan. Just to get rid of the old bill I cancelled my id plan after that I have received an email from id that my disconnection request has been received and my account will be deactivated on 01-08-2024. I wanna cancel my disconnection request and keep the £10 a month contract please help

Hi, I received my id sim a while ago, I got a pac code from my previous contract and transferred my number. It said it would transfer over yesterday but I still have no service and my number isn’t working

I need a SIM for back up purposes  - additional data allowance. So, if I get a new SIM delivered tomorrow, how long can I ‘sit on it’ before activating? Hence, not paying for something I’m not using. TIA. 

Help please, I have just changed my plan, I was already with ID and now I have a new plan and sim.  How can I close the old plan and transfer my number please ?

Payed my phone bill as I was cut off and I’m still cut off after paying it can’t use anything unless in the house on wifi 

I have paid my bill to get my services back one and my services are still suspended after a day.  Why is there no way to contact to get service reinstated?!?

 I’ve seen this cracking deal on Money Saving Expert and given I’m currently on a 1 month rolling SIM only contract for £7 a month for 15GB of data, I’d like to switch over to pay the same price for a better deal. As this isn’t an upgrade which is offered directly through the ID Mobile website, even though the SIM is bought through them, what would I need to do? Do I just buy the deal, then contact ID to have my number moved over to the new SIM or is it even more simple than that?Cheers,Wes 

So I work in the heart of Norwich (St Giles street, not able to say exactly where) my speeds are sub 2mb! on apparently 5g signal. When at home the speed is 2 to 3 hundred mbs (cool but i got a 1gb line at home lol)I am on a rolling monthly contract as I was testing this to see if it was better than Vodafone (who I am with till september) as recently I started getting speeds of sub 4mb… the insane thing is thats better on 4g than ID are on 5g lolNow I am wondering if my phone is the issue (i dont think it is as its a samsung galaxy s22 ultra… not a cheap phone) but i have an old xperia x1… think its an x1 and i want to test that on ID in the same spot at work, but i dont know how you move an esim from one phone to another and back again?

I have been using I-d for over a year with minimal problems but recently I have found my mobile data barely ever works. I live in a city and I have checked for network coverage reports and faults and nothing. Yet still no mobile data. I have reset the network settings in my phone multiple times, the first time or two it worked briefly but now even that doesn't. I'm getting pretty sick and tired of paying for a service that's just not being provided, to top it off I'm 8 and a half months pregnant and find it very stressful/as does my husband when I'm out and I do not receive his WhatsApp calls. Please advise!!!

I know it’s a reoccurring question but when I did it the last time for my son’s phone, they were delivered, back when the 6 was on offer with them. This time they didn’t come in the package but in my email it states that they will be delivered. No talk about having to claim them. I also can’t get anywhere because apparently that promotion has ran out? Any help would be highly appreciated! I only have time to claim till the 29th.
