Id suspended my account I paid my balance due.. how long to put me back on please?

Can anybody internet savvy ou there, tell me why id’s mobile app is still useless after trying for two months to give the faceless company a chance to do better, and miserably failing each and every time. i know the fault is in the part of the auth.idmobile web page, but it is really gutty that every time I try to log on, this page comes up and forces me to tick on touch and notifications.  Despite it informing me time of notifications and also my phone logging me in by touch in the first place!!!!    Uuuuurrrrghhhhhh ………. Dot

I ordered a new phone as part of my new contract but it was missing in the delivery. I am not able to register on the app without the sim and phone number and the chat function isn’t working on the website?? I need customer support help from a real person as I think my old number has been moved to this non existent sim so I don’t know how I will keep my number if send a new sim!  

I did not get the welcome email so do not have a transaction number to change to my old number 

id mobile did not take dircet debit. so i pay my card. but they have still cut me off .why 

I was able to text competitions but can no longer do this.  I have set a cap and have premium turned on.  Please can you let me know what I need to do to sort this out? 

Hi I have moved to Australia and I’m not receiving any SMS from my ID UK number. I’m locked out of my emails and other accounts and need to receive a text to my uk number. I use an iPhone and have an e sim. Can you help with what I need to do? Do I need to ask someone in the uk to get me a sim and assign my number to a new sim and then will it be able to just be put in another iPhone to receive a text or can I get a sim and put it in a simple phone you don’t need to log in to? It’s urgent my emails locked and need access to my accounts through it 

Hi, if my phone is lost or stolen I want to be able to block the number in my online account. However, the online guidance says to go to the account online and then go to “my services” - however this no longer seems to exist on the iDmobile website. Effectively  there is no way to block your mobile SIM or number via the iDmobile webite. Does anyone know how to do this? Looks like they changed the website but forgot to leave a way to block ones number via the online account...the online literature however still says to go to “my services” which no longer exists... Thanks 

I requested to keep my old number when I switched from Vodafone to id mobile on 06/06/24. But when I ring or message people it comes up with the new number that I don't want. So many people have my old number that id like to keep as requested could this be sorted please?

I've been trying to change the details on my direct debit for a couple of days now. I recently changed bank accounts and wanted to change the account that the payments are taken from. Every time I try the app gives me 'Oops something went wrong, try again later' message. I thought I'd call them. They don't accept my PIN even though I'm 100% sure it's correct. So I thought I will change my PIN in app, easy right? Surprise, I can't because 'Oops, something went wrong!'. Still fighting so I thought, online chat is the answer! Alas, no agents there to help. I am sick and tired of being send to FAQs and help section as it doesn't cover my problem, yet it's impossible to contact ID Mobile. Please help.

My mobile number should be switched on Tuesday but it’s Friday and not switched yet. Asked for eSIM, they sent me eSIM but it didn’t activate. 

If I pay a 1 off lump payment does it just get taken off the direct debit deducted. I'm not wishing to pay my contract off early or change anything just want to stay ahead. 

Hi, since joining ID Mobile my iPhone can no longer tether my laptop or tablet. If I change SIM card to my partners O2 it works straight away. What am I missing? Is there an account restriction I need lifting? 

Dear ID Mobile, Is there any underlying problem with the SN8 4HR area on ID mobile network? I’ve had awful reception for voice calls and intermittent sms text messages since the middle of last week. Is there maintenance on our local transmitter or just the new normal for my area?  

Hi,I requested a transfer to ID on Monday morning, entered my PAC code from my old provider etc online. My old network stopped working but when I put my ID SIM in it's not working at all. I really need my phone to be working as I'm missing important calls. Can anyone help please? 

Hi there. Looking to join ID on a sim only deal, I've read after 6 months of 0 missed payments I'd be able to upgrade to a handset plan? Is this correct?  I don't have a perfect credit score but it is improving but just wondering so long as I make the 6 payments on time and have a good payment history with ID id be able to upgrade to a handset plan? Despite my ID App telling me ‘We lock the price of your SIM only plan, so it doesn’t go up mid contract with annual price rises’, my monthly bill has gone up from £24.99 to £26.96, why is that?

Hi, please can anyone advise me how to speak to someone regarding the following problem.I ordered a 12 month contract SIM on 2nd March. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered it twice. Neither SIM has arrived yet,I tried to speak with Live chat to cancel one of the orders but they need my customer service PIN. I need to register online to get this but when I go to register, my old phone number is not recognised and if I enter either of the new numbers it sends a verification text to those numbers which obviously I am not receiving as I don’t have the SIM cards. Is there any way to speak to someone without needing to be registered and having a customer service PIN please?

Hi, I gave ID mobile my PAC code last week, they said my number would be transferred by Tuesday, but it hasn’t been transferred and my old number has been disconnected, what should I do?

I am in Corfu and my phone ran out of charge. When I recharged it says No SIM. Everything was working fine previously.Tried switching phone off and back on again but it doesn’t make any difference

 Hi there, sure I'm panicking unnecessary...... I am porting my number from 3 - my 3 number is now disconnected but has not come across to ID yet - how long does this usually take?? The ID number supplied with sim is still showing. Obviously very important I don't lose my number..many thanks 

How do I get a copy of my final bill as I can’t login anymore.  Going round in circles with Live Chat.

I’ve been here for 6 days and for no reason at 11pm, the 4g stopped working, nothing has been changed on account settings and just out of nowhere i’m not getting any internet. I’ve woke up the next day to hopefully internet back on but no. How can you claim roaming in these countries if it’s faulty. I still have 160gb left.
