Hi,I’ve just joined ID and want to keep my old number from Smarty.I’ve requested a PAC code from them and inputted all the information correctly on the PAC form but am getting this message when I fill it in:“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.” I didn’t submit the PAC code when I purchased the phone nor have I entered any of the information incorrectly.can someone please help me with where I go from here or what I do next? As I’ve never had problems porting my old number before and am desperate to keep it.I’ve tried asking the live chat but that isn’t very helpful.Thanks in advance.

I've just checked on the id mobile app and it says my data is 771/500 and it renewes in 25 days. I know i have 500 i a month but no way have i used 771 in less than a week. I use 20 a month

Does anyone else have any issues accessing Instagram on data, when I open the app it gives me a "couldn't refresh feed" ? I'm able to access everything fine on WiFi and all other apps. I’ve just bought a sim only and is switching to ID Mobile from EE, my phone is currently unlocked however to switch to id mobile my sim is getting delivered on Friday and have been given an id mobile number on my invoice, do I use that number to create an account for id mobile or wait until I put my new sim in?

Righty ive just received my simcard, however sim only contract doesnt start till mon 24th as thats the only date ID mobile would let me start. My current ends 21st midnight, however am assuming that will be able to keep using or will the new IDMobile be allowed to activate early? Anyone gotta clue?

Switching from 02 to ID. - eSIM nonsenseHave requested a switch date of 08/07 and that has been accepted after giving PAC code today. Downloaded ID eSIM onto iphone and have physical SIM for 02. Currently, 02 number is set to primary and ID number is secondary on iphone settings. I can see the two networks there as active at the moment. Have I done this the right way round or should I have waited until the switch had taken place to use the eSIM and just taken the physical SIM out and cut it in half? Worried now that the number switch won’t happen, as I have two active numbers and I won’t be able to switch them round from primary to secondary when the switch takes place. Any advice / knowledge would be welcomed. Thanks 

I've seen an offer for a better sim only plan deal with ID and was woundarnig how I can get it as I can't see the option with in my list of available plans

Hello, I have 3 accounts in my name (me and the kids). Can I share my data allowance? One of my kids is in hospital and using lots of data. I've upgraded once but can't do so again until the next month (and there's lots of unused data allowance on the other 2 phone numbers!).Failing that, is there a contact number to speak to someone who can help? I have an id mobile sim, since around January time I haven't been able to log in. I've raised this issue alot - people have told me to make a new account since the app had an update, but my information isn't being recognised.I tried to install my mother's new id mobile sim today, but had the same issue of 'not recognising information'. What should I do?? I need a solution soon since we both have big things coming up. Not to mention I've tried logging in multiple times since January and have reinstalled and deleted the app numerous times.PLEASE HELP

Hi, the “View Previous Bills” & “Upgrade now” “View all upgrade plans” buttons are not working in the ID App.  Any resolutions ?  Additionally, who’s idea was it on the coding team to have the Face ID launch Everytime re-enter the app?! 

I have just switched from EE to ID mobile, I still have £16 payg credit on my EE sim card, will that be transferred when my phone number switches? Any help would be massively appreciated!! 😵‍💫

HiI just joined ID Mobile and the sim I have received  is my working. I have been using a Three sim in this iPhone fine for a year and a half so the phone is compatible/unlocked.  It did bend a little when popping out of the plastic card as well. please can a replacement be sent asap as my three sim will be cut off soon

Once again bill paid and no service for a second time, 14 hours last time no service I had to use online chat to reactive its unacceptable, your company needs investigating as there is no terms in contract that states 2 days after bill due you'll.disconnect, 2 days!!! Not weeks,You have breached terms of agreement multiple times I want my contract voided and compensating for lack of service and costs to my works and business ontop of this you claim to support vulnerable yet I have multiple health conditions and your leaving me without means to call doctors or anything else  totally illegal 

Why is my next payment on my phone taking out £27.99 even though I'm on a £8 a month plan? 

Hi I was overdue on my direct debit and paid the direct debit that I owed twice and it says I still have an overdue balance even tho it has taken 2 payments out of my account 

why is my coverage so bad? This problem has been happening for the last month, We upgraded our phones to 5G to see if this helps, have checked the coverage checker-full coverage and still having problems with it. please help and advise, We are paying 2 contracts for something we are not able to use

I originally had a 3 year contract with phone. When that contract ended I upgraded to a 1 year sim-only deal, costing £8.00 per month. I recieved an email reminding me that the contract was ending and that I could upgrade again. I picked out a sim-only plan costing £7.00 per month on a one month contract and signed up for that. Or at least I thought I did. But it seems now that I am being billed £8.00 per month as well as £7.00 per month. When I log into my account all I can see is the £8.00 contract, with no sign of the £7.00 contract, but I’m definitely being billed for both. I’ve no idea what’s going on and no idea what to do about it. Whether me being 80 years old is anything to do with this, but I need some help please. 

I’ve reported this at the end of June. I’ve contacted ID with the action fraud number and I have been given a fraud number by yourselves. I have still not received any response from yourselves. I have tried countless times to get this removed from my credit score, as I am now now able to take a new contract out. I tried to get a new contract with yourselves and it have been deniedcan any one help as I’m fed up of trying to call with no resolution thank you 

Can someone plz tell me how to speak to a human from id mobile my acc has been suspended but my account is all up to date . I need my phone for work
