My calls are going to a payment line however I just payed my bill. And network issues on the app. 

Hi, I’ve paid my bill immediately as it was cut off, as I forgot that I hadn’t had my direct debit set up. But Still nearly 24 hours later and whenever I try to ring anyone I just get an automated message saying This is customer service and your bills are up to date, Thanks and hangs up? What’s that mean? And this is very frustrating as I have Epilepsy and can’t be without my phone, it’s very important and I need to ring my doctor over an hour ago, and still I can’t? Please can someone help asap? This has never happened to me before. It’s so annoying that you can’t physically talk to someone! I’ve been with ID for about 6 years or more! Thanks for any help, much appreciated.  

I purchased a bundle plan 15gb data and unlimited calls and txts on Tuesday 25 yet it's still saying I have no credit and won't let me make calls or use data? This has happened to me twice before and I've had to pay again to get the bundle working 

Hi I am trying to get some errors of missed payments which were not missed as two accounts were set up in error to be taken off my account from 2022 as it is affecting my credit score. Please can you advise who I can contact about this please?

I've been trying to set up a direct debit but it's not letting me. I've tried on the app and different browsers but it still won't work. 

New phone, asked to keep old number but it switched between primary and secondary!! Want my old number but not sure if it’s kept it. How do I find out and can I delete the other number. So confused. Wish I’d stayed with 02 now!

Please can someone advise on this? My son is in Amsterdam and cannot access the interneThe has lots of data left and has roaming switched on. He can make calls and texts. I got him to try this but on his phone set, under the settings for mobiledata, there is no option to select id as the directions below suggest. Any ideas? Thank you 🙏🏻  

My old number went live yesterday with id mobile, after doing the pac code, etc. But the number in my id account hasnt changed.

I am upset and appauled  ID mobike do not have human customer service so stucked without essentials apps in europe.I am on a contract with ID mobile  with 30gb roaming allowances. When I entered france, ID mobile send me a rate advice roaming text althrough when i looked at my account, it show my service was served by the id mobile network and the unused datas was 69 gb in my credit. No issue accessing my datas, calls, text. 6 days later i received the same text, no issue again again large data credit on my account and cover under an ID mobile network in France, datas worked perfectly until even in remote area until ID mobile send me another roaming text 10 days later and decided to block only my data,  my account now showing 25Gb of roaming credit, texts and calls worked which i cannot used.The complaint is : it is impossible to connect with an human at id mobile to ask for help. Either in App or online, ID mobile send you to Ai automated services and put barriers for help. There is n

Last week I started a new SIM-only plan. I have now decided that this is not for me and I’d like to consider the following options:Cancelling my plan - is there a ‘cooling off’ period Moving to a new handset deal with one of the offers from IDmobile.  Is it possible to change without penalty?

As like so many chat messages on here, I referred a friend, both registered and both still have PENDING status on our referrals. This was in January and they have paid every one of their bills since. Before you ask, we have both checked all junk mails, both have the congratulations emails, but but received no voucher or final confirmed status. Please sort this and honour the deal that was in place. 

I recently amend my direct debit details via ID app, but ID seemed not collect the monthly fee successful with my new direct debit and suspect my phone service. Then I did the many payment, how long my phone will be back to service and why the direct debit is not working? What should I do?

My phone now operates with an eSIM.  When travelling abroad can I insert a local physical sim and use that  in conjunction with the eSIM 

I am unable to port over my current number from Vodafone as it keeps saying I have entered invalid information but I have entered everything correctly as I have checked multiple times. My original ID SIM card was faulty so I got a replacement sim from Curry’s. I have entered the transaction number starting with the digit 4 but it is not accepting it. The current PAC code is valid till 16/07/24

Does lanzarote come under Spain when roaming? 

My transaction number is not in any of the 10 emails I received from ID mobile since joining, it is not in my junk mail and I no longer have the paper receipt. Please can you send me my transaction number so I bring over my old number. Thank you.

Hi, i have an ongoing contract where my sim isnt recognised so i dont have access to the number I am receiving letters demanding i pay but there is no way to pay this bill without the phone number Please advise

Hay everyone I'm a bit puzzled on why I can call one person and my actual number comes up but when I text them a totally different number showed up on his phone I also have a problem just with one other contacts where I texted him and called him and it never rings just goes onto his voice mail and the texts don't go through I even stood next to him and called his number and it still went into his answer phone so if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it my phone is a Google pixel 8 cheers.

Hi - I had my number from EE ported to ID when I bought a new phone with them.  I didn’t like the phone so returned it minus the sim card.  I bought a new phone which had a different contract so was sent a new sim.  I wanted to transfer my old number again to the new sim but was told you can’t do that from 2 ID mobile sims.I decided that I’ll jsut continue giving out my old number as it’s really easily remembered, ie consecutive numbers (I’m getting on as well).  Anyway,  I jsut haven’t put any credit on the old sim as it’s purely for receiving calls.  I’d prefer if ID could jsut change my number but that’s not happening anytime soon if at all.  Is it possible that as I’m not paying anything they will remove my original number and put it out for distribution?

I signed up for a 12 month contract with iD mobile through an advert which offered a £20 Currys or Amazon Gift Card after 90 days from purchase. I made the purchase on 24/01, it is now 13/06, therefore almost 5 months have passed. The e-mail suggested that after 90 days I fill out an Office forms link, but when I clicked on it, it said to wait 120 days. So I filled it out I believe on the 122nd day (25/05) and have not received any reply back from giftcloud.com. They do not offer any direct e-mail. I hope I can get some help from iD Mobile themselves. Thank you.

Purchased a Pixel 8 contract with the offer of a £100 Currys voucher. Voucher not received - how do I claim this? It said it would be sent to me but checked emails and junk folder but nothing to date .
