Hi, I keep getting texts from LCS (a debt collection company) requesting that I call them back. I've checked my ID Account and have no outstanding / unpaid bills or debts.Is this likely spam? I've seen others claim that ID Mobile does use LCS so wanted to check what others thought? I'm reluctant to call back due to the risk it may be a scam

Hi I switched my number from o2 but my calls are not working. Data and text are working.

I bought a pay as go plan a couple of months ago (£10 for 6gb) and ported my number over to my ID e-sim.I couldn't login to the app for over a month because it wouldn't recognise my details. After a back and forth with chat support I was able to get in a month later. But when I log in to the app it tells me I'm not on a plan. So I bought the plan again (£10 for 6gb) figuring it might have just have ended. Now the £10 has been taken but I have no minutes, no texts and no data. And the home page tells me I'm not on a plan but the plan page says I am. I'm at my wits end it's been a total disaster since joining. I just want things to work. ​​​​​

Hi there.I am paying a phone bill for my daughter. She is now old enough to pay this on her own so I want to cancel this contract so she can have her own. However she wants to use an ID contract but can’t swap the number due to them both being on the same network. Please help 

I've got a new ID mobile SIM which doesn't work in my phone. It's a compatible handset and I've tried turning phone off and on and using flight mode. I can't activate my ID Mobile app as I can't receive a code to my ID Mobile number and am stuck with no way to contact support. 

We are also awaiting the refer a friend reward for new customer referral, we’ve passed three bills and checked the spam folder.Where do we escalate the issue for resolution?  To anybody, kind enough to answer please do not post terms and conditions of the offer. I know we have met them. I don’t need to see that anymore. I just need to escalate it. ID Mobile is proving exceptionally difficult to navigate for this and I am wondering if it is a scam in terms of this offer as I am yet to find one person who has received their vouchers.  Everything on here just seems so frustrating and slow to resolve

Hello, I have an offer for sim only upgrade on my profile on the app.  But when I click on the offer I am taken to a different not as good offer.The offer advertised is unlimited data, unlimited minutes and unlimited calls at £10 a month for 12 months.But when I click on it, I get sent to a deal that is £6 per month but only 8GB of data, unlimited calls and texts. For 24 months. I'd love to know how to get the first deal that is advertised on my account please?Thank you

Hi I’ve got 30 days left of my 02 contract . I’ve got the pac code and purchased a e sim from ID. I’ve managed to install it on my phone under e sim but I haven’t been asked for the pac code .im not sure what I do next . I have iPhone 13

Hi I bought a sim only package this evening when doing so I inputted the PAC code given to me by EE so I can keep my number however I have just been given a “new” number from ID? I really need to keep my old number please help me.I did not select a switch date I believe I chose send PAC after purchase.Regards  

Hi ID Mobile Team,I am due to renew my contract in the next few days. Attempting to doing this today, i receive an upgrade deal of 12 Month Sim Only for £10 a month, Unlimited data, Unlimited  text & Unlimited Minutes, however, when i select upgrade, the page bring me to the basket with another plan.How can I receive the plan that has been recommended and advertised on my home page when i log in as an upgrade deal? 

I ported in to ID about three weeks ago. Everything works fine and I can receive calls on my ported in number. When I make outbound calls, it shows as coming from my ported in number, however, when I make outbound text, it shows as coming from a different number.How do I get this fixed? 

I was late to paying my bill but I am still blocked from using services even 24hrs later. Even when I try call somebody it says that I am up to date with my payment. Please help

Whenever I try to make calls it goes straight to IDmobile who say I have no outstanding bills yet it doesn’t let me make any calls send messages etc can anyone help?

Hi, I will be travelling for 2 months in Australia which I see there are listed AU network providers that can be used for text, calls and the 30GB data allowance.  My question is could I be connected to an Australian network provider while I am there that is not on your partner list and be charged without realising?  Thanks. 

When I open the ID mobile app all it says is get started and then tells me to enter an email address and then tells me to create an account, there is no other option available to just simply login in to your my account.

So I'm in an area with good coverage (inside and out) and my phone generally shows 2 or 3 bars of 4g however the internet very very seldom works. I've visited the same area over a different periods of time and it's always the same.

Hi. I joined ID mobile about 3weeks ago, after a week or so. My wife wanted to change to ID mobile , so I used the link refer a friend. the both of us hasn’t received a curry’s voucher, how long does it take for them to come. thanks Gareth. 

Does anyone know the original monthly and upfront costs for the Google Pixel 8 Pro?Currently it is at a good deal for me but I think that’s only because of the sale Google has thats dropping it to £759 sim free. The plan I am looking at is a Google Pixel 8 Pro 256 GB with 50 GB of data. What was the original price of it? I can’t get the phone for at least another 2 weeks

I have tried to order both a phone contract and sim only contract with ID mobile and on both accounts has my order been cancelled due to failed credit check. They have advised my card address doesn’t match my billing address. However it does. I double checked with the bank and also made sure to input my address a second Time letter to letter paying close attention to make sure it read exactly the same however this did not happen.  Can someone help out?

Hi my wife’s phone keeps showing emergency calls only.  When I ring her the phone does not ring.  She is using a pixel 3a.  Two things through reading about this are to update system but it says she is using latest available.  On this site it says try a new sim.  How do I get a new sim from idmobile please any help appreciated
