I have recieved my new number and sim from ID mobile however I forgot to add my wife's PAC code on sign up, can someone advise on the best way to move forward 

I have a new phone that was delivered today, and it asks for a QR code, I have scanned the code on the box and it says 'Wrong QR code'  ask your IT admin for the correct code...I have no idea what to do? I can't seem to get anyone on the live chat?

How do I check my contact 

I'm going to use my phone in Portugal. Is the roaming data allowance 30Gb? A staff at currys told me it was 20Gb. Which is correct? 

Hi, I've just joined ID Mobile and want to keep my number. However, I can't find an option to switch my number to ID Mobile. The links provided only lead to FAQs, and I haven't found any way to transfer my number. Additionally, it seems ID Mobile doesn't offer support.

I bought a new SIM for a different device, but I can't get it to work.  I have an ID mobile number for my standard phone, but I wanted another SIM for a different device. I have tried the SIM in my standard phone, still doesn't work.

Is it possible to get a duplicate SIM card or a secondary one to use for my portable WiFi router when I'm out rather than having to use tethering from my phone.Needing to remove my SIM to do so means I lose the ability to receive or make calls whilst using it. Just wondering If I'm able to get another SIM maybe a separate number that uses the same data allowance for that SIM so it can be used in the portable router.

I have just moved to ID Mobile and sent over my pac- code. They then give me an eSIM with a number that is not my original number that I moved over from.what am I supposed to do or will my old number update? why can you not speak to anybody for help or advice I now have a number and want to check that I am no longer being charged for my old number with my previous provider!!! 

I paid £45.30, which is the amount of my monthly bill, twice in June this year. This means I should be a month ahead. 

Put my wife’s new sim into her phone,  got the id symbol come up but nothing working.tried my id sim in her phone which worked Okdid everything I’d recommend still not working.read that you can get a replacement from Curry’s?

I am on 4gb for £6 a month, 1 month rolling contract, smarty who are also using three are offering 20gb a month, same roaming, WiFi calling etc on a one month rolling contract for £6 a month too, wanted to see if Id can match but there is no way to contact them....any ideas or shall I just jump ship...been with ID for years but no real incentive to stay any more.

Hi,New ID account with number ported from EE on 31st May. Initially unable to receive calls and send/receive SMS  I was ok making calls to all numbersOn first eSIM I was unable to change the handset number. (iPhone 15 pro), on the replacement eSIM, last night, I was able to change the handset number (phone/mobile service)I can now receive calls from MVNO’s which use Threes infrastructure, eg ID, Gamma, Smarty but NOT from major providers such as EE, O2, Vodaphone.  Have been on IDs Live Chat three times (90+ mins) and have been going around in circles.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how was it resolved. Everything I’ve read points to issues at the Three end in porting.  Close to quitting ID and going elsewherethanks in advance

Hi everytime I try to change my direct debit details it says error I am no currently with the bank I was using before how can I change it please 

Why have I managed to use 2gb of data overnight while asleep and my phone is connected to Wi-Fi? 

I have been advised by my bank that you have blocked their access to my mobile - no OTP - please investigate urgently.It also appears id mobile have the same problem with texts to my number .

Hi, my card is in my router and I’ve forgotten my number so I cannot log on to the ID Mobile site to check my balance. Can I get the phone number from the number on the sim? 

why oh why is it impossible to cancel id mobile, now it seems I’m in debt even though I told them ages ago and haven’t used the sim ????????

Seems to be a problem with contacts who are on EE but may be more. I was with Ultility warehouse, then moved to id and transferred my number. The contacts who cant call me are disconnected as soon as they try to call. Any help please Thanks

My direct debit was not taken by you this month. You make it nigh on impossible to speak to anybody. Please get in touch with me to sort this out for next month as I am annoyed about the service I have received here

I won a refer a friend reward months ago. I have now received an email telling me to redeem my reward. This is difficult as I have received no information about how this can be done.Trying to get any help from iD is almost impossible and I wondered if others have suffered the same problem and how they overcame it and claimed their reward?

I'm out of contract tomorrow and have found a deal with IDmobile via USwitch. Ideally though I'd just upgrade through the IDmobile app, but the exact same phone is not offered on the same tariff/price. Can I request PAC and give to IDmobile assuming I buy via USwitch, even if I'm already with IDmobile? Thanks
