I’ve tried about 20 password for the new app it won’t accept any of them 

I am abroad in France, Roaming is on. When at the house we stay at, I can connect to the wifi, but it has no internet. We have tested it with other phones / devices, and it is working fine. Why is it not connecting to the internet? I have tried a network reset on the phone. It is a galaxy S10 phone. 

Hi, i need to pay my bill 26.96, but when i put my card details in it says something went worng please try again, i have been trying so many times to pay for this, my bank is closed now so they can't help until tomorrow, can anyone explain why it is not working?, thanks.

The app is showing my account but since I reinstalled it, it is not showing anything about my daughters plan even though I am still making monthly payments of £21.98. Need to know when upgrade due. 

Hi, I have bought a new esim and followed the instructions to scan the QR code. That has added the esim and I have the signal indicator showing for the new sim.  I can't make a call etc because it says 'not registered on network'.  I have set up an account but it's telling me to add my ID mobile number.  How do I find what the number is? It's not in any of the emails, I can't send a text because by phone s22 ultra needs me to add the phone number.  

My iPhone 11 keeps freezing and battery life poor any ideas please 

I've been charged £8.33 for a 'rest of world' roaming charge while on the ferry from Dunkirk to Dover. Unless the ship was briefly transported to the Bermuda Triangle, this seems incorrect. Could I get refunded for this?

Hi, I live in Manchester city centre and the ID coverage seems to have become dramatically worse over the last couple of weeks, so much so that I can’t actually complete a speed test when trying to test the network. Has anyone else experienced this, or has anyone found any solutions?

I am getting extremely impatient waiting for my refund for the upfront fee. My phone was sent back in 13th dec special next day delivery. I’ve been told ever since I’ll be getting my refund in 3 to 5 working days but it’s almost been a month. I keep getting fobbed off by the social media team and customer services but I’m still no clearer when I will get my refund

Hi Ireconnection I paid my bill this morning and the phone still has not been reconnected.

Today I spent four hours in Curry’s attempting to buy a phone. I am told your company has declined me without giving any reason or ways to fix it. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this as I am not happy. 

I’ve moved to id mobile and moved my old number across from giffgaff.When I login to the app it takes me to the “Add your iD Mobile number?” screen, but everything I try and enter for my surname, mobile and date of birth causes the error “Sorry, your details do not match our records.Please try again.” I’ve tried chatting to an agent but they don’t understand the problem and tell me there is an issue with the email address I am using and they can’t access the system to find out what the issue is because of security reasons.The case I raised had this response : “Hi team,We have confirmed the customer is already registered on self care.Please login with the same email address where you have added the MPNinto the plans,you cannot add same MPN again on another email address or the same email address.” I know i am using the right email address because I have had lots of emails from idmobile to that address. How do I get this fixed, getting very frustrated !!!!!! 

My wife has an idmobile sim only account and is very happy with the service. I decided to switch, so i bought a new sim through her account, intending to add the new no to her account. I created a new debit order for the new sim. Now Id mobile has allocated my wife’s no to the new si. If I transer my old no using a PAC, will this affect the old sim as well? I want to end up with 2 nos and 2 plans on my wife’s account.

I have 2 plans 2gb100gbEach one ia connected to the wrong mobile number. How do I change and switch the plans over from one to the other 🙏

I have two monthly sims that are used by two of my grandchildren and I now what to transfer the sims/numbers to their names so they keep the same number rather than cancel and get new sims.Is it possible and how do I do it.

My account was suspended for late payment, I’ve since paid but my services haven’t been turned back on.  my account was suspended within a matter of minutes after I received the text for a failed payment, yet since I’ve paid over 12 hours ago it’s not been reactivated. this is my only form of internet connection, I have no broadband or work wifi. Is there a number I can call to speak to an actual person? I’m currently using a hotspot connection.  

Unable to make calls from overseas back to UKIve got data working fine.Ive verified roaming is on. Both on device and account settings. I’ve increase spend cap too can someone please look into this. Happens every time I travel broad 

My bill has gone up from 26.99 in December when I took out the contract to 29.12 in March.I signed up for a 24m contract at 26.99. Why is going on? 

I've been with ID mobile for a few years but recently I got a new phone through carphone warehouse but still with ID and had to do the triangle port to keep my number. Everything has worked but now for some reason, all I'm getting on the app is "oops something went wrong" and nothing is loading. Is there anything I can do?Thanks 

Hi I missed a payment yesterday but paid it today around 11am it’s now 10pm and my account hasn’t been re-activated I’ve turn my phone off and on I even took out the SIM card and put it back in but nothing works sadly and it is frustrating as I just moved home and got no WiFi here 

I changed the DD over to my sons details a few weeks ago however it didn’t take payment! I paid the outstanding balance and then set up the DD again. I want to look at new plans and it won’t let me! Help!

Hi. Due to an issue with my payroll dept, my salary wasnt in at midnight and my monthly DD failed before i had notice about banking issue, and could get alt funds into account.Payment is showing as successful on bill... but has been rejected by bank. I would like to pay balance now on the actual due date with my card to avoid being late to allow my account to be in credit and never overdue. Can you confirm if balance is paid with card today, is it policy for ID mobile try to take DD again... (i do not want duplicate payment).  Can this be stopped if i cancel DD at bank, or would it be better to wait for the second attempt, or will this reflect as a late payment?  Sorry for the essay. I've just left it too late to speak to an advisor and in 2 minds about duplicate payments... I could potentially have several as I've had several missed payments today and trying to pay them with card  ☺️

Ok strap in folks, this is a saga.  I’ve been with ID for a few years now, other than a few network blackouts I’ve not had major issues. I needed a better phone as mine was playing up and my latest 2 year contract was at an end. So I went through the ID app to look at upgrades and I chose the iPhone 15 pro max. I’m upgrading from an iPhone 13.  The process forced me to select a new sim, even though I was happy with the physical sim in my old phone. I could not progress through the page without choosing one, so I chose eSIM, as I would like to have 2 numbers on my phone at some point in future.  The checkout page said that if I ordered by midnight I would receive my phone the next day, which I thought was excellent service and I was thrilled. The next day I had no contact about a shipping window. And just after midday my SIM card stopped working. I realised that ID had sent my eSIM by email and disconnected my physical SIM. I looked online to see if I could install the eSIM in my curren
