I keep trying to contact the guide Dogs helpline. I have called them many times before without problem. It is an 0800 number but I have enabled premium numbers in my account. The number is not blocked in my contacts. Each time I try to call it is immediately cancelled. I have tried turning the phone off and on again- makes no difference. I have no problem calling any other number which is why I’m dumbfounded by this.

I’ve just joined iD mobile and my old mobile number has transferred over.  I am trying to set the app on my phone but it won’t accept my original mobile number from my previous provider and when I input the iD mobile number from my order it states it is sending me an text message with a code that I never receive.  Can you please help me get the app set up?

“Please ensure your card is registered to the billing address and name you entered on the details page.” They are correct. They match. I have been trying to sign up to this network for over two months and it fails every single time. I have tried every combination of title, name, middle name, surname you can think of with no success. I’ve noticed a distinct lack of comments from support staff on this message board so I don’t expect a response but maybe someone else will see this and be able to help.

Hi. My wife’s Moto G4 PLUS phone has stopped handling voice, since the 3G switchoff. But the phone should be VOLTE capable as far as I can tell. She’s been with iD for many years, so is there any chance the SIM is not VOLTE capable and should we request a new one, before we give up and have to junk the phone?

Hi there,I’ll be heading to Macedonia and was just wondering how the roaming system works and if I needed to notify beforehand or do anything before I travelled there next week. I’ll also be visiting Bosnia which isnt on the list so I’m assuming I wont be able to roam there but once I enter Macedonia it should be fine and I’ll be able to use my normal plan without any fees/charges? Thanks,Haris

I've just ordered a new phone but had to do it through ID site as I couldn't do it through the upgrade link on app. I've got a brand new number with the plan but I wanted to keep my existing number. Can this be done? Any help please.  

I had two phone numbers on a single EE plan, one for me and one for the missus. We got PAC codes for both numbers and set up separate id accounts for each number and submitted the pac codes at about the same time yesterday.My id account is working fine with my old number but my missus account isn't. She's set up her account and added her id mobile number but her old number hasn't been transferred yet. She's tried to login to the id community but it says invalid user or password. When she tries the 'forgotten password ' link and enters her email address the email never shows up. How can she get this resolved? 

I took out my mobile contract on 19 April. When will I expect to receive my £20 Amazon giftcard which was included in the contract?

my monthly bill is £12.00 however my account is saying my next bill is over x3 this at £37.00. My billing period only started on 19/06/24 - why?

I bought a £20 top up yesterday, 1st july but its not showing up on my account.  I can see the purchase in the purchase history but my credit shows as £0 and I can’t buy a plan. Whats going on???

Last night I tried to upgrade my plan but ordered twice in error. Today I cannot access livechat to make sure the duplicate order is cancelled. Can anyone advise?

I have not been able to receive any 4g or 5g connection the past 2 days. All I get is H+. I had come back from holiday and had connected/disconnected to airplane mode and restarted my connection and separately, my phone. My Internet was fine abroad receiving 4G. Since coming back I have only got H+ and this is in multiple locations I.e. airport, travel and now at home. Anything obvious I'm missing?

The other day I was sitting on the beach at Cley in North Norfolk and my phone gave me an alert saying I had left the EU and could be charged for roaming. Today I received my bill and I see I have been charged for International roaming even though I haven’t even left Norfolk this month. What is happening and what can I do about it?

I am a new customer to ID Mobile and I recently visited an EU country. When I got back home I noticed I had been charged for roaming. My roaming tab was turned on on the ID Mobile app on my phone. I spoke to someone at ID customer service and she said that when I arrived in Italy I should have “linked up my phone with one of the ID Mobile partners” - but I haven’t got a clue what she meant, and she did not explain it very well. Could someone please explain what I need to do when I arrive in an EU country to ensure that I don’t get charged for roaming. Thanks. 

I've just switched to id from Vodafone and have a pac code that I want to use but cannot find how I make contact?

I was with another network started with ID with 2/3 days ago I gave them pac code still different number I wanted same how long does it take to transfer ? 

Recently returned from Germany and had been using EU roaming… But just checked my bill and there is an additional charge for Rest of the World Roaming (£10). How can I contest this? I see no obvious way of contacting ID Mobile - seems to be a virtual loop you get caught up in. Any help is much appreciated.

I am a new customer, My mobile data is not working but I am able to make calls, 

I upgraded my SIM plan on 22 May and went through allowance renewal around 13 June, but the data rollover isn’t showing in my account. Do I need to wait for another allowance renewal to see the rollover?

Hi, I recently transferred to ID Mobile but since then I'm unable to receive calls from my other phone number. This number is on the same network I transferred my number from. I can make calls to this number from. My ID mobile phone  and send and receive text messages from it. The number I can't receive calls from is able to call other numbers.  I spoke to provider I transferred from and they done a SIM refresh but it didn't make a difference and then advised I contact ID Mobile which I have done but was told they would look into it as unsure why having this issue with 1 number only. I have checked and number isn't blocked I just get a beep noise when trying calling l.  Any advise appreciated 

My wife ordered a new mobile on ID, we where sent the phone and no sim. So had to visit curries to pick up a new sim. How do we activate the new sim as we put PAC code in on purchase and that has switched to the sim she never recieved.  Whenever we try and log in to the id app it says it has sent a code to her number....which is activated to the sim she has never received 🤷‍♂️. We are stuck
