Plans Changes & Upgrades.

Hi there can anybody give me clarification on these sim only price locked deals? 300gb of data, 24 month deal at £14 pm with no price increase for the duration of the term Terms and conditions state that the sim only plans are not affected by price increases, only applies to handset deals. When you order the deal it states at the bottom that it is infact subject to annual price increases? Spoke to a live chat advisor who said there are no such thing as price locked sim only deals, and all deals are subject to the price rise. I asked how they could advertise 'price locked' deals if they wasnt actaully that? The response i got was that they were sorry for this. Stated that this was clearly false advertising but again just got 'sorry i dont know what to say' I keep reading varying bits of information on if the charges increase or not during the fixed term, my current provider checked for me and said it did state no price rises which is why i was looking to swap as they could not match thi

I'm already an Id customer and I got an offer for a new plan with more data, so I go through the process of putting all my details, including payment details etc in.... Then it gets stuck and says there's some kind of error? I've tried different times and every time it stops at the payment page. And now I can't even find how to contact id to resolve it. Can anyone help?!

Suddenly I was left with no data and when I tried to log in on th app had to re-set the details. Now it shows 9 GB and not 63 while I have received no email whatsoever.To be noted I was left stranded with no data (using the phone as map) while driving when this happened - very unfortunate situation.

My 24 month contract ends in 2 months and I have been notified that it is time I upgraded. Before i upgrade now, how does it work with the existing 24 month contract?. Do my payments for this contract automatically stop and transfer onto my upgrade or will I still be billed for the final 2 months of the exisiting contract?. I am confused as I am being told to upgrade.

I have two iD plans each with their own number. Plan A is about to end and Plan B has another 12 months to run. I want to transfer the number on Plan A to Plan B and the number on Plan B to a PAYG plan. I believe this will require triangle portings of both numbers, but how can I stop the Plan B contract from being terminated early while I transfer the assigned phone number?

Hi all, I have just upgraded a Sim only contract, I went from £10/100Gb 1 month rolling contract to a £10/100Gb 12 month contract which had an offer of the first 3 months £0. I have received confirmation of the order (I also took a screen shot of the order). My app now tells me that I’ve upgraded to a £10/100Gb 1 month rolling contract. It has changed because it’s not allowing me to upgrade my sim it’s saying I have to wait 31 days. can someone please help to try and explain what’s happened and what needs to be done to rectify. many thanks, Paul

Hi My contract for ended and I used the website to upgrade to a SIM only contract for £12. Now I am charged both amounts. I can’t activate the SIM for some reason either. If I cancel the SIM I will receive a penalty. How do I put this right? I need help from a company representative.

IF I'M NOT ALLOWED TO UPGRADE TO AN S24 ULTRA DONT SAY I CAN ON THE UPGRADE PAGE! I wanted the S24 Ultra but apparently I'm not allowed/it won't go through. I'm currently on a sim only plan. Why am I not allowed a high end phone? This doesn't make sense. Can someone actually give me a real answer? Because I can't find a reason apart from them not wanting any more money from me.??? Hi there I am wondering if you can help me. I am on a monthly sim only deal £10/month, 70GB data, unlimited minutes and text. I have come across a plan on uswitch on that monthly deal is £10/month but data is 110GB. Just wanted to ask if you can switch my account to that deal or if I request PAC code and order a new sim from uswitch and enter PAC code there to go onto the new plan which is obviously more cost effective than the current plan. I am happy with iD mobile and don't want to leave but would like to go on more data plan with the same monthly DD. Want to upgrade from one sim only contract to another sim only contract that's cheaper. Can I do it without leaving and rejoining ID mobile?

I get 150gb a month for £12 but noticed on their site this it is now 200gb - does this automatically go to 200gb or can you select to change to this plan after a month, I’ve been with iD less than a month so can’t change until next week - also if you spotted a deal on a comparison site that isn’t on their website can customer service change it to the comparison deal if you asked

I was on my ID account webpage and was looking to see if there was a cheaper plan to transfer too. I came across a curious plan that consisted of unlimited calls, texts & data with a monthly cost of £0.00 a month (Zero monthly cost) My phone, a Samsung Galaxy A53, on a two year contract as of February 2022 currently paying just over £21 a month. Is this £0.00 a month a misprint, seems like something for nothing ?

Until last week, I was able to browse the full range of upgrade options online or in app. Or, all I see is a VERY limited range. Eg the only iPhone option is the SE. when I called up, the full range IS available. why can’t I see these online anymore? I want to browse the full range and choose , not go through it on the phone.
