Currently in USA and am unable to use the phone. How do I make it work so I can call uk and use data?

Hello Alljust switched to Id mobile brought my old number from other provider using the pac code after switching I can make the call but can’t receive the calls and no internet any idea ? I have tried sim out, clean,  airplane mode switch on and off 

Recently upgraded to iphone15, i can send i message’s no problem, but when i try sending text messages it keeps saying message failed to send.ive done alot of the tips i could fine and it still did nothing.thankyou for any help

Having contacted phone supplier they've asked me to check the id sim is compatible with gsm and WCDMA frequency bands, no idea what this means! Any help much appreciated 🙂

I have been a subscriber of ID MOBILE PAY AS YOU GO for more than a year, and I always have problems with recharging. In the last two months, I haven't been able to recharge at all. This problem has been going on for so long. Does anyone even care about their customers? I had the option for automatic renewal, and that way, the plan would somehow renew itself, but I removed the automatic renewal because I had a trip outside the United Kingdom, and tomorrow I am traveling back, and for 5 weeks, I haven't been able to recharge my phone and prepare so that I can make calls when I arrive. This is just a tragic situation. Until when? Not to mention that I had a registration, and then it asked me to register again. In other words, it went from bad to worse. Will the problem be fixed, or should I switch operators? I have friends who have the same problem. Are people who are not on a contract not important to you? Do we not deserve attention?

Hi,  I’ve registered on the iD app and I’ve input my phone number to get a registration code sent to my number.the only problem is that I have no signal and no bars so I can’t receive texts. What would the next steps be?

Can I use a PAC code to start a new contract with ID when I'm already with them? The phone I want isn't listed on my upgrade options, and this might be a good opportunity to put my account into my name rather than my Dad's who originally set the iD account up several years ago.

So earlier I had lost my SIM card and blocked it just in case but I have now found it again. How do I get it unblocked?

I have recently changed contracts and now have a sim only contract. Despite my contract ending in May, in June I still paid the same. Why? 

Cannot top-up my number from Mobile App. Tried last month - unsuccessfully. ( Luckily have enough to pay for next month) Now, Already paid but information is not updated. Is ID mobile service going down? 

We have 2 new sims and have the existing PUK codes to transfer over to you. Not quite sure if we do that on the phone or online? If there's a number to ring is this possible as one user has severe accessibility needs and would prefer to talk. Many thanks 😊 

I have lost my phone, how can I transfer the phone number from my old phone to my new phone without my old SIM? Both my old phone and my new one are with ID mobile. 

My signal is absolutely shocking I can t speak to family or friends because of this my dad couldn't tell my he was ill and needed my help it's disgusting My brothers and family get really frustrated and angry because when they call me they just can t hear me or I can t hear them I had to walk all over est in rain today to try and get signal !!.I m sending phone back and cancelling my contact WORST company I ve ever been with

I've updated the new ID app and my plan is now showing 500 mins and 5000 texts whereas my plan was unlimited mins and texts. 

Hi I need a SIM card for use in my tablet to use data only, would I be able to use an ID Mobile Sim Only deal sim in one?

Has anyone else had this happen?  I changed my direct debit instruction, namely a change of bank, in ample time, with 3 weeks until the next installment. All seemed to go normally, with the money taken. Then it was immediately repaid back into my account as unpaid, even though the funds had been successfully taken. The bank account was funded, in credit, with more than enough to cover the DD.I contacted my bank the next day who said the problem was at ID mobiles end. Im not sure how true this is, as they seemed as confused as to why the DD would fail as I was, given the funds were there, and probably just didnt want the hassle of dealing with it. I do not want to pay in any other way than Direct Debit. That is what I set the account up as & this is the only way I intend to pay, however it says I can only change my DD instruction once every six months, so cannot change the instruction again & am thus denied service.   

I have two contracts with iD…. Contract one is now outside of contract… is there anyway I can cancel my contract 1 and move my number to contract 2?  

I started a new contract with ID mobile through my localCurry's and the monthly bill was £45.99I decided I didn't like the phone and put in for a return within the 14 daysI'm a very busy person and couldn't send it back for another few weeks but it's been sent back and confirmed now and curry's have sent back my deposit of £19but today l've had ID mobile try to take the full bill of the phone which is close to £1000 when surely this should be cancelled by now I sent the phone back over a week ago and it was confirmed as returned the next dayI also only used a small amount of data within the first 14 days and have been billed £45.99 a second time when I wasn't even using the sim or phoneI obviously had to change networks and keep my number because I didn't know how long all this would take and I need to use my number and phone but I shouldn't see that being an issueI'm confused with the whole ordeal and would like to know where I stand

I’ve had this option disabled on my phone since I got it at the start of the year and had full access, everything was fine.However, over the past week, it sporadically blocks me. It’ll work in the morning and when I go there in the afternoon the page comes up saying that the filter IS enabled but when I check it quite clearly isn’t. this page keeps coming up even though filter is disabled Content Control | iD Mobile NetworkI use this for work and its infuriating trying to access sites and being denied.I’ve tried turning it on and off again, restarting my phone, contacting customer services and it still doesn’t work.Anyone else had issues with this?Customer service can’t seem to help so I’m at a loss what to do.

What is UK charge on my bill? Why am i being charged over £70 for Data when im on an unlimited data plan? and why cant i access my voicemail all of a sudden? 

I need to change my direct debit details and I’ve tried everything that app won’t let me do it. Help.
