Hi, I’m just wondering if it’s possible to purchase 8 SIMS on a pay monthly deal so that they’re all being paid for out of one account?

I REALLY NEED TO FIND A WAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE PLEASE. I cannot log into my account and cannot use the the help service because it sends a text to my phone which is not receiving texts. I am effectively locked out and my number no longer in service. The inability to speak to someone to fix this is completely insane. Please can someone help me

I am in France. My phone won't connect to the mobile network I can't make calls or connect to the internet. I have data roaming set on and have checked APN settings. Any suggestions,?

Hi everybody. Why would ID mobile send me a new sim? I’ve been with them for almost a year, never changed my plan. All the sudden I get this sim. Why? What should i do with that?

I change from o2 to id i gave my pac number to keep my old number phone come on wednesday but with id number still i don't have my old number which i want to keep 

I’m trying to upgrade but every time I try & check out it says I need an Email address onto my account. I obviously already have an email address added onto my account so what’s going on here? 

Purchased an ID Sim, got my PAC code from my old network provider, filled in the form on my welcome e-mail link to port the number, selected 12/06 to complete this and its still not done. 'Hi GEMMA, we've got your request to switch your mobile number to iD Mobile. Your switching date is 12/06/2024. You'll get a SMS from us once your switch is complete. For more info, visit idmobile.co.uk/switch.'No text received and still running on the ID number but urgently need it on my original m9bilenumber as waiting for several phone calls for various hospital and nedical appointments. Double and triple checked the details I submitted as per the welcome e-mail and it still hasn't worked. Help? 

Hi, Switched to ID pay monthly with an e-sim. Ported over my old number but have no signal at all, anywhere, unable to make or receive phone calls, even on wifi with wifi calls set to on. Despite this, I still somehow have 4g/5g, running at a reasonable speed. I’m on an iPhone 13, running the latest version of iOS and supposed to be in an area with great signal. Have restarted phone multiple times, reset network settings etc with no result. 

Hi I’ve recently just got a new id account as I was never able to access my previous one. They’ve sent me a final bill but I’ve not got access to log onto my old account. I normally would pay by ringing 7777 as my direct debit was cancelled. As I don’t have access to my account or SIM card now I’m not sure how to pay for my final bill. I’ve spoke to the live chat person and they gave me 2 numbers to call- one says I’m up to date because I’m ringing from my new number/account and the other one 03330037777 - I can’t figure out how to make a payment to a different account. the person said I could pay from a different account but I’ve got no clue having gone through the options so basically how can I pay from a new number/account for an old account.  thanks

Monday 3rd June 2024I am in the process of changing my O2 mobile number to iD mobile and want to keep my number. I  sorted my PAC code and successfully got my iD mobile number. Tuesday 4th June 2024I waited yesterday for the confirmation that my old number would be live by 10.00pm as expected. Nothing happened. I sent my PAC code etc well before 5.30pm on Monday. Wednesday 5th June 2024Now at 11.15pm I am still waiting! Could someone advise when this will be sorted please?Can anyone solve this problem please - I need my original number back asap.  Jacqui Davies

Hi everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto and I'm experiencing some issues with my data speeds on my iD Mobile plan. I've got the 'Unlimited Data' plan and I'm finding that my data speeds are consistently slow, especially when trying to stream videos or music. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I finally managed to migrate to this awful new app only to find the 120 GB data allowance on my contract has been reduced 1.5 GB. If I didn't have a rollover amount left I would be out of data now. Can I please have old allowance reinstated. I've tried to get through on live chat, but that doesn't seem to be working.

My account is barred after paying this month's bill and next month's bill. Tried resetting my phone and it's still not back on. I need my services back on ASAP due to needing my phone for work Saturday.

I am receiving an error when trying to submit my O2 PAC code to switch to ID mobile. I have received a text from ID confirming they have received my request but it still hasn’t been done on the date that was selected. I have tried again and the error is still coming up. I have tried to contact someone via  the live chat but have been told it is too busy  

I’m off to Europe soon and was attracted to iD by the free roaming. I’m now concerned that it may not work as I can’t check the APN settings, as iD advise me to do, as they aren’t available with an iD SIM.Besides making no sense, it’s flippin’ annoying.The easy solution is to go to another provider; any suggestions?

Hi, Can someone contact me in regards to my outbounds not working please it has been over 12 hours?

I wanted to keep my number but the number provided by ID mobile is STILL showing in my iPhone and despite turning off iMessage AND FaceTime, it still won’t let me delete it!!   I’m getting annoyed now that I can’t get to speak to a customer service agent 

New to ID Mobile with an eSim. Now I have 2 options: primary and business. I cannot make a call using primary. I cannot add my number to business. I can get no help from ID Mobile. Any ideas?
