Hi, I  have been unable to make calls from Italy to UK landlines and most mobile numbers.Roaming is switched on and some mobile numbers are perfectly ok. I can see no pattern. I had this problem in March, went home and am now in Italy again and still have the problem.(The numbers have the appropriate +44 prefixes)Any help would be much appreciated.  

I have just joined but I have not received the new number which is required to PAC to my old number. How long does it take? The account is complete.

Hello,I recently purchased a new phone and SIM card contract with ID Mobile. Unfortunately, I’ve had to to return the device within the 14-day cooling-off period due to reception issues. I purchased the phone online with Carphone Warehouse and have now returned the phone to them in the post as they suggested. I have received DPD confirmation they have received the return. I’d like to now confirm cancellation of my phone contract with iD mobile and request a PAC code so that I may keep my number.I don’t want to receive the automated PAC message with the final contractual bill.Many thanks

My phone keeps showing emergency calls only. I have a TS17 0LS postcode and this is happening whilst I'm at home and need my phone. I haven't been out as I'm unwell so I don't know if this problem occurs in other postcodes. How do I get help? 

Hi,I had my confirmation message this morning from my previous provider to say my service with them had now been cut off. I can see that my phone number has not ported across yet and its been almost 5 hours, is this normal?

Change payment date, does any1 know how to do it??

I have received 2 return calls where someone claims my telephone number called them.   I have not made any calls and my phone been near me.Is this a possible scam, if so how can I prevent it.   Can my telephone number be used elsewhere?

Can’t make calls or texts (SMS’s). But can receive them.  No idea what’s happened with my daughter’s phone.  I set up the transfer online so have no idea what’s happened.  And I’m currently being charged by both ID and my previous supplier. Can anyone help? I’m disappointed I can’t pick up the phone and speak to someone.

after going over again and again trying to purchase this sim deal, it won’t complete the last bit and finish. is it worth me pursuing?

My 24 month contract ends in 2 months and I have been notified that it is time I upgraded.Before i upgrade now, how does it work with the existing 24 month contract?.Do my payments for this contract automatically stop and transfer onto my upgrade or will I still be billed for the final 2 months of the exisiting contract?.I am confused as I am being told to upgrade.

Yesterday I activated my iD mobile eSIM and I want to transfer my old number from O2. I’ve already got my PAC code, however I need a “transaction number” to use the switching form. I’ve not received such a number in any of the emails from iD, other people say I’m supposed to get it in a “Welcome to iD” email but I’ve not had that either. I also signed up to the app and don’t see any mention of a transaction number anywhere.  I was hoping to be able to transfer my number pretty quickly so I’m not having to pay for two separate plans at the same time, but it seems like this is a common problem here and I’m not sure what to do now.

Why can’t I send texts or make calls when I’m in Spain 

I changed my email and it logged me out now when I try to log in I forgot my password so when I press forgot password and i put my email and it asks for a verification but it never comes to my email no matter how many times I resent pls help

Signed up for ID mobile account and requested to port my old number to ID. This was set to happen on the 7th June. My old number stopped working on my old sim, so I checked to see if the number was now on my ID sim. It wasn’t. Spoke to someone on 8th June who told me that my number had ported to ID, but it just needed linking to my account, and that it would take up to 48 hours for this to happen. After 48 hours the number had still not been linked to my account. I got in touch with customer care again, who told me to wait another 24 / 48 hours. They couldn’t explain why it had not been done in the initial time frame I was given.When I asked to speak to management about my complaint, I was disconnected from the chat. The next agent I spoke to, said they were working from home and couldn’t pass me on to a manager. At this point I gave up.So as it stands, at the moment, no one can contact me on my main number. I can’t receive OTP codes etc..ID’s answer to this is to offer me £10 credit o

I have recently ordered a pixel 8a which should have come with the Google buds but I haven't received them and there is no option to claim them as gift. Can someone help?

I need to check why I can’t text 70085 (a charity number)The text will cost me £2. I have a bill cap of £25 and have not exceeded this Premium messages and calls is enabled in the app I’ve toggled the “Premium” setting on and off. I’ve increased my bill cap. The shortcode lists on IDMobile suggests this number is available to text.  On https://www.short-codes.com/codes it suggests this number is available to textEvery time I try, I get an error back from the provider of the code saying “we cannot process your donation”How can I find out whether this shortcode is actually available through ID Mobile?

My new sim and phone came with no welcome email or phone number. Sim does not work in the phone ….looks like sim has not been activated but can’t activate it as don’t have the phone number for the sim

Yes, thats about it regarding my issue, I have been with ID since 2016 without any problems, however, since March this year, I have been unable to log onto my app on my iPhone or log on using the desktop version on my MacBook, I keep getting told my details are not found. This seriously needs to be fixed because my contract runs out soon and I wish to upgrade my phone to a newer model. If this cannot be fixed soon then ill visit my local store and get them to cancel my current plan completely and pay the difference upfront, as I cannot be doing with the aggro of not being able to simply log onto an app!

Since switching I noticed a weird issue with connecting over to 5G. I am able to connect in only a few places, but the three coverage map is much wider than that. I checked and even on full 4G signal, when the "NR available (NSA)" flag is set to true (*#*#4636#*#* > Phone information) the device is still not switching. Any chance this could be a configuration issue?

I’ve just joined ID mobile and now realise they do not do USA roaming. If I buy a sim or eSIM to use in my iPhone 15 will it work if my phone isn’t unlocked. Thank you

Hiya, I’ve just joined IDmobile a week or two back and have had trouble with data not working. My app is saying I have none left even though I haven’t been able to use any of it, and texts being marked as ‘not delivered’, anyway I can resolve these problems? 

Can someone please get in touch about my transaction ID number for porting my physical sun to esim? I don’t have a welcome email with it nor an invoice generated with it, as the help button infers.  thanks
