I gave my PAC code and was given today between 8am-6pm to transfer but nothing has happened yet. I also haven’t had an email confirmation that I submitted my PAC code, but I can’t resubmit as it says it’s already been used.Please can you help? I don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts.

I’m trying to follow these instructions (below), but I can’t even find any ‘services’ option on my app, where is it please? Ensure Data Roaming is Enabled in the iD Mobile App Open iD App > Select Services > Check that ‘Roaming’ is turned on by toggling button to say ‘On’

I'm new to IDMobile.Had no welcome.Have no number.Old number not transferred.No way of logging in without a numberNo way of contacting IDMobile (live chat, email, phone or anything).Paying for contract with no number, or access to messaging, data or calls.No way of getting help for 72 hours.  Just managed to create login for hub, now. PLEASE WILL SOMEONE ACTUALLY HELP!

so basically I’ve got my wife to transition her phone and old number over to ID Mobile on a Sim only deal. Now she needs her phone constantly working as she gets loads of business calls through all day long. I recommended to her on the day of transition (with her phone number being temporarily unavailable) that we do call forwarding on her phone over to my own mobile number. That way she can just pick calls up from my phone while she is being transitioned over. Does that sound like a sensible possibility…or am I getting into a mess here because presumably I cannot “un-forward “from the old provider…as she will be with ID Mobile.😵‍💫😵‍💫thanks in advancepete

Finally after having been asked to re-register for the new app every day for the last 3 days I've actually got into it. What a waste of time tells me my plan - I know this. Tells me how much data I have left - OK helpful Does not tell me how many minutes I have left for calls. Why? I need to know this. Fix it ASAP 

If I change my plan am I tied in for another 2yrs as it’s cheaper to go on unlimited on all than what I’m paying now 

Having just joined ID from o2, my switch was completed today. Since I have put my new ID sim card in my iphone 12 I have been unable to use any data, e.g. internet won’t load. I can make calls and send text messages. I have reset the phone and the network setting but it still will not work. Any ideas?

I have just set up a contract and started up my phone and done the initial set up and it says I am not allowed to connect to this number with every number I try to ring including your customer service number, this also applies with texts

Hello, my plan was suspended last week but I have since paid the balance but my plan hasn’t been reinstated. Help?!  

Issue: phone will not connect to network for sending/receiving calls Google Pixel 3xl  Signal is okay - 4G data connection is fine Working fine for 4 years until today Google phone software (latest) goes through the motions and shows “calling” (but no connection) There are no “alerts” as to connection issue Cannot receive calls Have restarted phone and removed  (dusted) reinserted SIM All other phone functions are as normalSuggestions appreciated…  Thanks

Hi,On 6 February 2024 I became an ID mobile customer and was told I would receive a £30 gift card after 3 months, I have not yet received it. Please can you help.

I took out a 2nd contract with ID and wanted an old number ported over. The contract is now active but the old number has not been ported and the old number is now inactive.  Why has this not all happened at the same time

Every time I make a call to someone I get connected to an ID Mobile message saying my bill is up to date. This happens to anyone I call. I can receive calls. I can make calls via WhatsApp. I have restarted my phone but still the same.

Hi,  I reported my phone as lost recently but it has now been found. I reported the loss to ID mobile  so the phone was blocked. The phone has now been recovered.  Please can you tell me how I   unblock my phone.   Thanks.

I have failed my credit check for a phone contract despite currently having a good enough credit score to rent a property. I don’t understand how this can be the case and would appreciate some advise. I am also able to pay the full contract amount up front if that would be possible.

i recently received a new phone and sim. i’ve successfully transferred my old number across. when i put the sim in the phone, i get an error message or a ‘no sim’ message. i’ve tried with an alternative sim, which works fine. i need help as this was supposed to be resolved yesterday.

How do i get past the error message “Sorry, your account details do not match our records. please try again” which I consistently get when adding my phone number to my new account.  I get the same error whether I’m using the App of the web.  How do I access my account? The number of frustrated one star reviews for the current App fill me with dread!!

I am travelling to Shanghai on 14th June, from there to Hanoi on 19th June and will stay in Vietnam till 9th July. I need to get roaming for these destinations while I am away. What do I need to do?
