For 4 days I’ve had no connection to ID mobile on my phone and I can’t log into the app to get assistance.  I don’t know why it’s suddenly disappeared, I’ve had no problem for years.I can’t log into the app.  I’ve tried to register for the new app but have only received one text with a verification code.  Unfortunately I couldn’t log with it as I was away from my phone.  Despite repeatedly requesting verification codes I’ve not received any others and I’m getting a bit desperate about how to resolve this, especially as I can’t seem to phone and talk to anyone about it either.  Please can someone help me resolve this?

Hi,Has anyone had issues requesting a transfer from a physical SIM to an eSIM? The reason I ask is that I asked for one & never received an email. Went on ‘Live Chat’ today, supposedly sent another & still no email with QR to scan has arrived! Checked my junk / spam folder, nothing there either. Received plenty of other emails to my address so no idea why iD support can’t get such a trivial thing right!Guess this is more of a rant than a Q but just wondered if anyone else had experienced similiar? Regards,Mark

Hello,I received a Physical SIM card today, but I had already used eSim before receiving a physical SIM. Now I want to use physical SIM on my Phone. Can I deactivate eSim first or what? What should I do about that? Help Me !

I do not have a welcome email or my invoice. Please confirm how I can obtain my transaction number as I want to transfer my number from O2. Thanks 

Apple has the voicemail section on the calls app which allows you to see your voicemails and play the recordings without having to call your provider. With my old provider this worked fine, now with ID mobile there is no access to this and the only way I can hear my voicemails is by calling. Is there a way to set it up so it works as it should on an IPhone ? 

HiI have a sim only contract in my name for my son.He is now 17 and earning his own money so would like to have the contract in his name and pay from his own bank account.Can I change this online?Thanks

HiWhen I click the Apple TV free trial link in the email I received, it takes me to a separate page to redeem it. When I click the Redeem button, nothing happens - it doesn’t load up anything for me to actually sign up to the trial. Clicking the banners in my order confirmation email doesn’t work either - please can you advise how I can access this trial?Thanks

I’m going to be using an eSIM while working in China for 4 months. Should I take my ID Sim out of my phone to avoid accidental & avoidable charges from ID during this period?

Every time I make a call to any number in my phone it diverts to a recorded message on the ID Mobile Customer Payment Helpline - this is happening which ever number I dial so I cant make any phone calls. I can receive calls though. But I cant send texts.There is no amount outstanding on my bill - I have tried switching my phone on and off etc.PLEASE HELP

Mobile app saying not Android using samsung s9 with android 10.

I have just joined ID mobile and transferred my old number, I am having trouble sending text messages so checked on here to troubleshoot and found that the number that came with my new phone is still showing against the phone even though I transferred my old number. I have tried to change this but it will not accept my old number. When I call or my old number does show correctly so not sure what is happening.Can anyone help please. Thank you

I have paid my monthly bill have been billed twice still not got phone service back but yet can speak to anyone as this is all done online I'm starting to think I should change provider as this unacceptably bad service

I am trying to put in my PAC code from 3 but it is saying it will run out before it can be transferred. I've rung 3 and they have confirmed it is still in time for use and won't give me another PAC code.

I ordered a SIM card for my wife on the 29th May 2024 still hasn’t been delivered  (10th June) and I can’t find a way of checking if it has been sent? and appears to be no way to speak to anybody at ID mobile and Chat bot is rubbish

Normally good mobile data signal in BS48 1 area (Nailsea, north Somerset) has been poor since significant power outage in area on 1st June 2024. Phone and SIM card working well in other areas, seems to be in issue specific to this area: is anyone else having issue?
