So it says I have 4g and full bars but the Internet speed is incredible slow it takes a solid minute to load a Web page, I can't even watch a YouTube video on 240p with out it stopping every 2 minutes, is there something I am doing wrong or is there something I need to do to set up my mobile data properly. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. 

Hi all,I have just upgraded a Sim only contract, I went from £10/100Gb 1 month rolling contract to a £10/100Gb 12 month contract which had an offer of the first 3 months £0. I have received confirmation of the order (I also took a screen shot of the order). My app now tells me that I’ve upgraded to a £10/100Gb 1 month rolling contract. It has changed because it’s not allowing me to upgrade my sim it’s saying I have to wait 31 days.can someone please help to try and explain what’s happened and what needs to be done to rectify. many thanks, Paul

Hi I have just ordered a sim only for ID and I am in the last month of my ID contract. I would like my final bill please so I can switch from 1 to the other please or can you switch it for me as I am a existing ID customer Thank you Emma Gilbert

Does anyone else find this network absolutely hopeless and getting in touch with them is impossible. Can anyone give me a way to talk to a human please  

Hello,I am trying to switch to ID Mobile maintaining my old number.I get an error: “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”I have entered the transaction number as per email as suggested in another topic, but to no avail. My old provider cannot send me a new one and confirmed that the PAC code has been used by you, but I haven’t received any confirmation of whether the switch is happening, only that I have a new account with a new number.Can anybody check and let me know what is missing please?Thank you

I received my new iD SIM card since yesterday but every time I insert it comes up as no SIM - no service and I have tried everything, restarting my phone, cleaning the SIM with a microfibre cloth, turning my airplane mode on and off, etc.Nothing has worked and I contacted my previous provider yesterday (O2) to stop my contract as I am moving to iDWhat else can I do?

I’ve moved to an island where the only mast is owned by Three, so I’m moving to IDmobile. I have two questions though.1) What’s the difference between all those £12pm plans - apart from 90gb to 200gb? I have a 4g+ router from a previous address that I’ll be using with an outdoor antenna, and my prior usage has been as much as  100 - 130gb per month.2) I had great difficulty at first with GiffGaff’s 2 factor authentication - by default they tried to text to the router, so I had to take the sim out and put it in an old phone etc. etc. Does IDmobile do the same and does anyone have experience of how easy/difficult it is to get them to email an auth code instead?TIAIan I.

Can’t seem to get into my account on the app I’ve put in the right details and it says they don’t match when they are the same details as before I’ve tried putting my last name in capital letters and also tried with just the first letter of my last name in capital letter still not letting me get in 

Myself and my family use iD Mobile, and today, neither of us have any signal coverage at all. I live in West Sussex, on the South coast, and we’re a little lost. Help!

So I am from the UK, fully British. However I was born and raised in Thailand (Asia) my whole life. I'm over for about a month now to visit my grandparents and wanted to get a temporary tourist phone number going like I did last year. However this time I was handed a sim card from IDMobile for free and told to handle the rest online. The problem I'm having is that whenever I try to purchase a plan or whatnot, I have to submit a UK phone number which I can't do because- I don't have a UK phone number? That was the whole point of me getting a sim card. I hear people talk about an app but I looked on Google Play which just says it's not available in my region seeing as I have an asian phone. (Oppo Find N3).I would just like some guidance and help regarding getting a new phone number without the app or an hassle online. I want to pay for a sim card and get the data and calls. 

My mobile does not work for over one month.I contacted the services twice. Twice I was reassured that the issue would be sorted out within 24-48 hours.It never happened.I tried to log in to my account - does not work. It tells me that my details are not recognised.At the same time system recognises my account number and charges me for the service.Services (via ChatBot) promised to sort it out twice - obviously within 24-48 hours. Still does not work.Does anyone know how to move to another service provider? I was with ID for about 4 years, but something gone wrong with their service. It is useless.

What happens if i download the eSim when I already have my existing physical Sim in the phone? How do I transfer my number from my old network?

Anyone else had incorrect / unexpected app interactions ? For example I'm on a 40GB plan but the app has updated as 20GB (shows I have 38.4 of 20GBs left !) Also bills render with gobbledygook text - and even when they're downloaded / viewed ?

Hi, can anyone help please, I’ve been with I’D for a number of years, the question is regarding data roaming, have they cut the limit to existing customers or do we still get unlimited roaming and not the max of 30 gb if we have a unlimited everything sim.

I topped my id mobile pay as you go sim hoping that they'd take it to purchase another unlimeted data but no I'm really annoyed and angry I tried contacting id mobile but wouldn't work there was no message to let me know where its gone too and I was hoping there's a way they'd give the money back so I can get my unlimeted data which I purchased a month before does anyone have any idea how I should go abroad dealing with this as I'm very frustrated and angry that my money been taken and no message as to what's been used or purchased as it can be add on as my unlimeted data has ended last night can I contact someone and see if I can get unlimited data as I thought the top up is were they'd take it for the unlimeted data so it carrys on but I don't know can someone help please and I can't stand those stupid dumb robots AI's as there useless

Hello,I just got a call informing me my sim would be blocked in 2 days. Should I be concerned?The woman said they would send a new sim and started asking for my email address but I was out in public and didn’t want to give it. I said I would call when I got home. However, I cannot find a number for iD mobile.I have reported this call onCan anyone confirm this a scam or is my sim going to be blocked?

I have switched my number today and am unable to make calls. Have re started the phone and the wifi connection is good. Can you please help. 

Hi, Iam trying to switch from BT/EE to ID mobile and keep my number. I entered the PAC code, transaction number and ID mobile number that was provided when I signed up to the contract, but it says there is a problem with the details I entered. Please can you help?  Thanks

My old number hasn't fully transferred, a BT landline says “not recognised”, however my sons iD  sim phone,  can call call my old number and my new iD sim phone rings?Any ideas?
