Hi there, I ordered an eSim about 5 hours ago.  Everything seemed fine and the browser gave me a confirmation screen and I have an order number.  However, I have received absolutely nothing by email relating to this.  I am being impatient?  How long should it take?  Thanks, James

I have been with iD for a year and just referred my wife who has taken a SIM only deal. She has received the SIM but I can’t register the number port from her old provider (Vodafone) as she doesn’t have the transaction number as she didn’t get a welcome email

I have been asked to update your web connection app you sent a six figure number to provide access and now want my mobile number surely you have this?  I am writing from my home computer.  can you confirm this is a general update. 

How do you access my services on the app to be able to reactivate a sim card after reporting lost or stolen

I have successfully ported in my old number to my ID mobile sim but recently it has stated to show my temporary ID mobile number when I send a text to anyone. Why is this?

I missed a bill and paid it it but my services have not resumed. It has been 24 hours 

Dear sir thank you for great help now I got my sim and working perfectly but I ask you if I use it in my mobile 4G it's any different amount or same unlimited data or something else.

Want to upgrade from one sim only contract to another sim only contract that's cheaper. Can I do it without leaving and rejoining ID mobile?

I’ve mentioned in other threads that I’ve not been able to make or receive calls on my Moto G5 since Mon 6th May (that’s when I noticed). My phone has 4G data and 4G calling capability. I’ve not seen mentioned elsewhere the menu that can be brought  up by dialling *#*#4636#*#* but I’ve attached screenshots. The big thing that stands out is the “IMS service status” which states I’m not registered. Can anyone spot anything amiss? Is the SMSC number right? I have an option for “Select Radio Band” of “Automatic” or “United States” which bothers me a bit. Do others see the same on their phones (accessed from the 3 vertical dot menu) ?  There is some debate about IMS and provisioning. My phone is listed as compatible with VoLTE on the Three website, but not on iD or Smarty’s website; they could all use different IMS service providers...it sounds like the Wild West, but I did see this post on Smarty that states “Be rest assured, if your device supports 4G and 5G then you will be able to use s

I’ve just got a new SIM. It’s my first time with this company. New number and all and it’s working with everyone else except this ONE person. I can’t see any of his texts and he can’t see any of mine. It’s so frustrating since it’s working with everyone else and nothing with his settings are different to theirs. He’s not blocked or anything either. My messages aren’t coming up with an error to say they haven’t been sent so I’m really not sure why this is happening 

How do I turn voicemail on and off using an iPhone? Seems I can no longer do it on the app. 

Trying to get into a chat is impossible you claim its due to high number of chatsbut i assure you thats a lie and your staff are just lazy, randomly asks for my name i get up to the number and then it just repeats so yeah its a lieweeks ive been stuck with a damn issue

I’m thinking of getting a new iD contract (24 months with phone) through MOBILES.CO.UK,if i did would i still keep my number from my current sim only monthly contract ??

I paid my phone bill yesterday today they have switched my phone off but yet the money been taken from my bank 

Alright so, my old number was ported over to ID. Everything works fine, i can make and receive texts and calls perfectly fine. However, when trying to sign into PayPal, I needed to complete two-factor authentication, through the use of an OTP. I didnt recieve the OTP so i kept trying yet kept failing to recieve the text. I tried with other apps too, showing me it wasnt PayPal that was in fact playing up. I've searched the forums and seen that I may just need to wait up to 48 hours for everything to be sorted (which it has now been). Ive tried other methods such as turning off Chat Features on samsung messages and RCS but all have failed. Ive also tried taking the sim in and out, turning my phone on and off but all to my dismay it doesnt work. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Folks I have approx 16 months to go on ID mobile contract and unfortunately the areas I'm in i don't get a good reception especially in the evenings. Ideally I would like to transfer my number to another provider as they have better coverage where i am. I'm more than happy to keep the ID account going with a new number and continue contract, but I was told by my last provider that to request a PAC will automatically close the account, is there anyway to carry this out.Apologies in advance for the poor explanationPS i read there was an admin fee which is fair enough but how do i enquire about this.

I’ve received a  text message about my account from LCS however the last time i got one i was told by ID that my account was up to date and i had no missed payments. Is this legitimate ? 

I'm currently on the 3 network if  I get an ID Mobile sim only deal can I still port my number

@Heather Dauccia My wife has anew S24 with ID Mobile.WE got the PAC code from EE and on Saturday 25th May 2024 and called ID Mobile and gave them the PAC code.Yesterday (Tuesday) was the 1st workday. Today (Wednesday Morning) EE cut off the old phone. So effectively that must mean ID Mobile have ported the number.QuestionWhat happens now please.ThanksLes

Hi I paid my bill but when I try to make a call I get a messaging saying I have called the id payment line but records show I have nothing outstanding?

I want to know if I can make calls with WiFi calling when traveling international e.g - south Africa Kind regards Jade
