I have received my qr code for my esim, however no email regarding the phone number, i have a pac code from my old provider but need my new number to be able to do this

Hello. My contract ends in a few weeks and I would like to upgrade to SIM only. However, instead of upgrading I’ve purchased a new contract. Should I activate the new eSIM and cancel the old contract?  Thanks. 

I paid my bill but services have not been restored, tried to contact customer service on the chat but it said it shuts at 8pm and I wrote to them at 7:30pm. Feel like ID mobile has no support and I will definitely be leaving. What a joke.

Trying to add plans to ID app keeps saying not recognised

Hi.  I upgraded my monthly plan but I’m getting emails that they’re sending a new sim. Why?Do I have to use it or can I stick to the one I already have?thanks

I downloaded the new ap and re-registered as instructed. Once I tried to log in the App says “Unable to connect to ID mobile - try again” then it crashes.Last week I was able to log into the website with the new password, once, but since then it keeps going back the “get started screen” and asking me to add a mobile number, even though I must have done that last week.Now when I enter my number, name and DOB it says “SORRY YOUR DETAILS DO NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS”.The details entered are correct.How do I get out of this loop?

I have just ordered an esim and unable to use my phone. I went through the QR code but have no connection at all

2 weeks ago, we’ve set up a new phone with ID mobile and have been unable to register via the App as it keeps saying phone number/name/dob don’t match details. I’ve spoken to customer service via chat and confirmed the details they have match what I am entering. Strange thing is, we could see up the app using the original sim phone number and the old mobile but once ported over to our existing number and using a new phone, it’s saying not recognised. Anyone any ideas. When I spoke to the chat person she just said keep trying as issues due to changeover but it’s been 2 weeks now and been trying at different times of the day. 

I know internet doesn’t come with uk internet but how can I use my internet in turkey. Do I need to buy add ons or will it just bill my account. Also mobile data isn’t working at all any advice. Struggling with this APN settings or how to find them, as only thing I can think why mobile data isn’t working?

I log out of one account to get into another account but it keeps comming up with the account I logged out of would can I do 

I recently just got a new upgrade (pixel 8) which I now wish I got a different versions to the phone u have (pixel 8 pro). How do I go about changing the phone I currently have for the one I want? Also how do I claim my gifts? Thanks

Bought a new phone today - wanting to keep my number I have the pac code but no transaction number I haven’t received an email with it on and I didn’t receive any paper work when I got the phone I’ve been bk into store and she has given me a code starting with 4 but that isn’t working either is there any way of receiving this code without the email or paper work?

I can't switch number as not given transaction number brought from mobiles.co.uk put in that order number but doesn't work

My eSIM doesn’t work I’d mobile have tried a new eSIM still not working I’ve tried resetting my network a few times but still no joy 

I need the proof of purchase for a repair, however I do not have an email for it (I suspect I deleted it), and I cant find the original copy. Is there anywhere I can get another copy without having to go through the live chat? 

After attempting to download the new ID Mobile app several times without success, I finally managed to reinstall the latest version yesterday.  This followed on from last Thursday where I received a message telling me that I had reached my limit for data usage on my plan.I have not changed plans - I currently pay £7 for my plan which includes 8GB of data.  At the time of my last bill I had rolled over approximately 3GB of data, which has somehow been used since the middle of May.  I have not used data any more than normal - I always have data left and yet somehow in a couple of weeks I have used 100% of my data.  I did try to contact ID using the live chat facility however I was cut off.  I am now left having to wait until the 16th of May until I get my next data allowance.  Yet all this seems to have occurred uopn accessing my account using the new ID app.  Please can someone help me.  I am at the point of considering leaving ID mobile for the first time in three years. 

Any one any idea when ID mobile will allow Apple Watches to work when your phone isn’t in reach? It’s driving me mad as before I switched network provider my watch to work as a phone I could take calls , messages and do pretty much anything on it but now I’m with ID and it doesn’t yet support them I am just wondering when this will happen? I contacted customers services and they were not helpful at all and all they kept saying was I will sign post you to our website and here and I can not find anything about if or when this may happen?
