I currently have an id sim only and just kept my old handset. I want a new handset and I'd is the best deal. For usual I'd just put in a pac code to switch and keep my number but how do I move to this new deal with handset and keep my existing number when it's the same provider (iD)?

New to id mobile..I have 4g signal and can make calls/send texts but will not connect to internet/ you tube / Apple Music which is really annoying. How do I get this to work?

Every time I call a customer service team, or anyone they tell me the linenis terrible and I keep cutting out. It's been going on for months. What can I do? 

I have my PAC code, however I don’t have a transaction number/welcome email so i can’t switch my number over. I am not sure what to do???

I’ve tried to set up a direct debit and it allows me to put details in but the shows an error message 

HiI am new in ID Mobile, and I received my SIM card yesterday, unfortunately mobile data does not work. I checked on another device and reset the settings and the signal was good. NOTHING HELPS....what to do? I want to cancel my contract.

I have signed up to ID mobile and used the PAC code to transfer my old number, however it has not transferred and I am being billed by my previous provider! 

My girlfriend was having trouble activating her new SIM. The sim would not work in her iPhone 11. I put the SIM into my phone to help set up (I am also with ID mobile). This seemed to allow me to activate her SIM using her details and phone number. I then removed the SIM. She put the SIM in her phone which then seemed to be working. My SIM now is not working in my phone. My GF now has signal but she has my phone number. Not hersWe checked to ensure we had not accidentally swapped SIM cards but this is not the case. Her SIM matches the code that came in the post with the SIM card. Been trying to go on the chat for about 2 hours and keep getting kicked off. Any help would be appreciated 

I am very disappointed with Id i have been a member trying to log in for the last 6 months,i haven’t been able to see my bill for the last 6 months due to the app saying “your details don’t match our records”,but you can send me text messages saying i have used 80% of my data i am very annoyed and frustrated.I have contacted customer services they said its a tech error,tech erro for 6 months i want an explanation now or i will be planning to boycott id for there unethical treatment of customers. 

Hey can anyone advise me of what to do next, I signed up last week for a sim only deal, completed all fields inc PAC code went to basket there was no option to add payment, think details were sent but heard nothing, is this normal?? 

Just curious.Of late, the ability to log-in to our iD accounts is offline on a nightly basis now.  Why?  I see no improvements.  Since the ‘new app’ release, I’d suggested the naming ability of multiple accounts, but that still hasn’t happened yet.  So, again, why?  Perhaps the changes are being logged somewhere?Jonty.

Hello, I can’t find my ID mobile number to complete set up.  It’s not on any emails that I’ve been sent.  I’ve seen recommendations to put the new sim in a handset and send a text or call but this just fails.  The settings say “unknown number” about it too.  We’ve tried in two different handsets (apple and samsung). Any more advice?Thanks

I bought a 30 days 50 gb sim only plan for 8 pounds a month and am within 30 days window where I can change my mind and not continue the service.I went to the app to try and cancel and I was told I will be charged 15.10 pounds?Need help, May be I am missing a trick here.Cheers

I clicked on 'Yes, cancel it' a few days ago under 'Leave id' as I've moved to another network. I've received nothing from id Mobile to confirm that I've requested this, or what my last day will be before being disconnected, and I cannot find anywhere on the app either that shows this information.

I've had the message to say my number has been ported to idmobile but all incoming calls go straight to voicemail . Why?

Hi,What is my Data Allowance for Italy?Do I get charged for using my Data in Italy?When is the app going to be working as its still down?

I have just moved two phones to iD, on two contracts (SIM only, physical SIM), one for 120GB and one for 80GB.  The 80GB is showing correct values in the data section, but the 120GB shows 1.5GB.  See screen shots below.  Why is this incorrect 1.5GB value showing?  Why is one contract correct and the other incorrect?
