Hi I have 30 gb of data left I've been using my id mobile sim on a sim router for Internet in the house, been working fine for last year, the last week I haven't had any Internet but still have data, swapped the sim into my mobile which is unlocked to all networks it doesn't have Internet on that either only emergency calls? Any idea what the problem is id mobile coverage checker says its been down in this area for over a week ? 

Hi there I am wondering if you can help me. I am on a monthly sim only deal £10/month, 70GB data, unlimited minutes and text. Since about a year ago I can no longer send text messages to short codes. Plenty in the bill cap to enable it- nothing is switched on to prevent this yet when I send a text I get the following message back from Id  Calls or texts to short codes are chargeable and are not included in your standard allowance or Add-ons. See our call charges page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/call-charges why isn’t this working properly? 

I signed up on 4th April and my old number hasn't been ported across even though I sent my PAC code. I've tried to resend the PAC code but it's not allowing me.Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hello community, I want to find out if others have been able to use EU roaming as usual recently abroad? I last went abroad October 2023 to mainland Greece, and I couldn’t use any mobile data, calls and texts were fine, and I had all of the roaming settings on my phone, I made sure. I had to use my partner’s hotspot or other WiFi the whole time we were there.  I’m due to go away to Belgium in April and I’m really worried about history repeating itself and I won’t be able to access any mobile data, I just want to be reassured that my phone will be okay with mobile data otherwise again I will have to rely on my partner’s hotspot. thank you!

Hello,I spoke to an agent three times today. It seems like I speak to an AI.4 days ago I lost my phone in Spain. To report lost or stolen sim I need to log in into my account but because you changed the interface it looks like I need to register again. I cannot do it because I need a passcode from my phone number...I went to currys and I got a replacement but we could not activate it using option “I do not have a number”, it is probably because I do have but when I select this option it asks me to log in. Vicious circle.I spoke to an agent this morning, We went through all questions, I gave my number and sim card number. I was told all is activated and will work within 1h. I restarted my phone, I took out the sim and put again. It doesn't work "mobile network not available". After 5h I contacted you again and all messegaes looks identical. “Great, within 1h your card will be activated etc,” I asked if I really speak to the human. My phone got damaged in February and I had to get another phone through another contract with ID. So currently I have two ID contracts. I've been paying for two contracts. I'm due for an upgrade next month but I want to close the first account which is the one due for upgrade and continue with the second contract.Can you please advice how to terminate (after the 24 months period which is next month) the initial contract and continue with the second contract. please help, not a customer and they way I am being messed about doesn't help,I just want a payg sim to top up as and when needed, I do not want a bundle, my use is insufficient to pay a monthly fee, I have been on line and these chatbots are useless and when I ask to speak to a person I go around in circle, apologies for the rant but I have been trying to find out how to go about it for oven 1 hour,all I want is a non bundle payg sim, can someone please help me, all help and advice appreciated

Like many, ID app and online registration experience is, tah ! Please can someone with iD account powers PM me and and get me registered.Of course I have followed all the instructions but each time I get to the end of the process I just get a message about needing to contact iDGrrr

Good Afternoon,I was hoping to gain some insight into the new website bugs and issues.When going to set up a new direct debit it allows me to put all my details in, however when i press the confirm button on the bottom, it comes up with the same error everytime that the details cant be saved.Hopefully this gets sorted soon as i would like to set up a direct debit. Hope to hear back from a technician soon.Thank you in advance.kieran akers

I want to port over my number from my previous supplier and have been given a PAC Code. What do I do with this to make sure that the number is ported on a specific date.Pau

II don’t seem to be able to make calls or texts whilst in France. I can receive texts and mobile data is working so I am connected.

Text message from ID to say it's ported over from previous network, but number still rings on old phone but everything else works on New one (ID). Ive took sim out and turned phone on and off again. Any ideas. 

Hello, we currently have a sim only deal with ID mobile, and have now taken out a pay monthly deal with ID mobile (account in different name). I wish to switch the number over and then close the Sim only deal - can a PAC code be used in this case? Thanks,

I agreed a trade in when I bought my new pixel beginning of last week but still haven't got the pack to send my old phone in. Does anyone know who I can contact to chase this or get a replacement as Royal Mail in our area are losing a lot of things

I can't see how to track my usage of EU roaming data, either on the app or the web site.I can see my total data usage but I need to check how much of my roaming allowance I've used.I know my phone will keep an estimate, but I want to see the figure which iDmobile has logged.

Safe search is blocking my browsing but only when using my phone data. It’s fine when I use WiFi. I can’t change the settings in Google as it says someone else is an administrator. It’s only happened since my switch to iD

I am new to iD mobile and have just set up my voicemail message. I also recorded my name for the System greeting. I now realise that a message will play when someone tries to get through to me when I am on the phone. I don’t want this, I just want them to hear the engaged tone.  How can I turn this off?  Very grateful for any advice. Thanks. 

I have paid my bill but nothing is still working I can’t use data I can’t make phone calls nothing is working I had leave my job because of this and it’s really frustrating. I need this fixed asap. 

Hello, I would like to end my contract with iD Mobile when it expires on July 4, 2024.What steps do I need to take? For reference, I am leaving the UK on June 29, 2024, so I want to ensure the process is completed before I leave. Please let me know what to do. Thank you. 

My data stopped working 2 days ago. I tried all of the recommended steps (airplane mode, switch phone on and off, switch off automatic network selection, reset network settings etc) and nothing worked. I then spoke to an agent who gave me access to an eSIM, and have activated it - calling and texting works, but still unable to use any data. When I try and google, it always says ‘Safari couldn't open the page because the server stopped responding’. I am travelling at the moment, however I don't think it's related to that because all was fine for a week before this happened. EDIT after speaking to 5 agents, the 5th one told me I had used my 30GB roaming limit. I never received any of the supposed messages saying I was close to the limit, and there also isn't anywhere in the app to tell you how much you’ve used.
