I am receiving a ‘message not sent’ when using text to android. I’ve tried to change my number in settings but it won’t update 

Hi everyoneIm on a sim only deal but want to keep my number onto a new contract phone. My dad wants my sim only deal. How do I go about this - is it possible?Thanks in advance :)

I pre-informed ID of my PAC code and agreed a switchover date of 24th June. I received my SIM today (21st June).Inserted in any device it just says NO SIM. Is this because my number is in the process of being switched over or is it a faulty SIM?I am using a OnePlus Nord. I noticed on a different thread a list of compatible phones - which is pretty disingenuous if this is the issue as it wasn’t highlighted during the sign-up phase. 

I am changing from a  work phone to a personal phone with iD Mobile. My PAC won’t be ready for 4 more working days. Is it possible to then switch from the assigned iD Mobile number to the one I want to keep?

I am moving from another network and ordered an esim but now I see the phone is not esim compatible can I change my order to a physical SIM 

I paid my bill yesterday, why can I still not use my phone? 

I have just joined ID mobile and whenever i receive an incoming call it is really quiet and muffled (sounds like they are underwater). But if i make an outgoing call the sound is clear. Not happy about this as i’ve just switched to id

Hi there, Looking for help, I checked coverage in my area before purchasing but every single call I make no one can hear me talk. Can someone from ID please assist? Not quite sure how to get help as I don't have Facebook or X to message directly. This issue is not only in my home it's literally every call I make!If someone could drop me a message to discuss that would be great.

Hi, my daughter is on holiday for a week and her phone isn’t working at all, tried to find a number to ring or speak to someone to check her account is set up for date roaming etc (everything is switched on her phone) but can’t seem to talk to an actual human? Please can someone help asap. thank you. 

Gave my PAC code when taking out my new contract and selected a switch date of 07/06/2024. Haven’t had my number switched and I haven’t had the “Welcome to ID email, that contains the transaction number to request a switch now.

The login email I use does not exist anymore so when you send an email with code I cannot pick it up. Advice please.

HiMy account was switched yesterday to ID Mobile and since then i cannot receive calls or texts.I am desperate as I need my phone for work and this is causing me lots of problems.I have messaged on Facebook and Twitter but haven’t yet got a response. If i knew that there was no phone number to actually speak to somebody I wouldn't have signed up to this account.Can anybody please help?Thanks

Hello id, sadly I'm in the same boat as many others it seems…Have upgraded two days ago to a slightly different rolling sim plan, tried to go into the app to check on allowances, and just keep getting the "sorry your details do not match our records" pop up. Could I please ask an agent to help?I have looked for the live chat option, but currently seems unavailable? Thank you!

I’ve been catching up on downloading my mobile bills … starting with February to discover that you file name does not reflect the actual bill date. See the screenshot below.The first in the list (06-07-2024) is actually for 7 June 2024.06-06-2024 is really for 7 May 202406-05-2024 is actually dated 7 April 2024 etcetcWhat’s this all about?  

I have tried numerous times trying to switch my number over from Sky to iD using a PAC code. I have spoken with Sky who have cleared up that there are no issues their side. I have put all the details in correctly numerous times but it just keeps saying ‘there is an issue with the information you've submitted’. I keep trying live chat but I can’t get through to a person. How can I get this resolved?

My Internet does not work properly..I have tried everything including restarting, off,/on, flight mode etc. the pages often don't load and if they do it takes ages. Whatsapp messages don't send either..they may send after an hr or so. New to id mobile.. thinking it's all a scam..100gbm of unusable data!!!

Hi, I'm currently roaming in Kos and the network that my phone has picked up is NOVA.On the iD roaming page it says that the roaming partners in Greece are Cosmote and Wind.I can't connect to Cosmote and Wind isn't an option.Will I be charged for using data on Nova? Thanks
