Hi,my phone number has not transferred to my new id mobile, this was over a week and my current supplier is saying the pac code has not been activated from id. I can’t get access to anyone to discuss this. any help?

I have recently joined ID mobile from O2, I am wanting to keep my old phone number but didn’t click on the the request a switch when I signed up for my new phone contract.  I have a PAC number but was wondering how I get a transaction number and where I find it?

I’ve tried to submit a PAC code using different networks and different devices always I get the error message  The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.Your support ID is: 10294647463011408358 Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks  

Hi, I've turned my data off, yet I've received text msgs whilst in Turkey and am worried.ive not actually turned off data roaming. Says no data roaming has been used, so how am I receiving text msgs? Thanks

I paid my bill 8 hours ago. I’m travelling alone tomorrow and worried as I have no way of being in contact should something happen. Please help!!!This is appalling service. Will definitely change phone provider.

I asked ID for a new phone number. The new number came through successfully. I'm still using the same SIM.  ID mobile said I don't need a new SIM When I send text messages, people are sometimes still receiving them on my old number. How can this happen if the old number was disconnected? 

I signed up for ID Mobile and received SIM and old number supposed to be ported on 24 June.Number should have been ported already, but the new SIM does not work in my mobile nor other mobile phones! I’m sure the SIM is corrupt (unfortunately I’ve seen too late that this is often the case!). Says NO SIM. I cannot add mobile number to ID account since I cannot receive SMS now as number has already been ported!I picked up new SIM from Currys, but cannot activate it as it seems I need to activate through APP or ID web page, but cannot do anything there as no number is linked to ID account yet!Somehow in LIMBO now and can’t do anything!Please contact me ASAP, I need to use my phone now!

I can’t search in the search bar of my emails as it says Service Outage Try later. This has been ongoing for some time now and I need to search for important emails. How can this be resolved please? I need to find emails and can’t do this

Hi, I’m going travelling in Europe for 3 months and am concerned about roaming.I’m aware that we have up to 30gb free, but does anyone know the time frame in which this renews? Is it monthly with our bill? Or does it depend on when you enter the UK again? In which case I would need to make 30gb last me 3 months it seems.I’m also travelling to Switzerland, which I’m aware isn’t covered in the free 50 locations, does anyone have any advice on what I should do here?Thanks

I placed my upgrade order yday around 12am . I had two emails one confirming order the other saying it had been processed and I'd get another email when dispatched.  Well it should be next day delivery but I've heard nothing so it clearly isn't coming today.. So I want to what is happening You took the money out my bank for the upfront payment so where is my phone.  

Hi guys, I've been stupid and gone way over my data allowance (54GB more than allowed) - I've been using my WiFi as a tether during a house move and underestimated the data cost.  ID can't confirm the exact charges but I'm expecting it to be in the £100s - anyone got any experience of this? I've been on with IDs advisor's this morning, hoping that buying some add-ons or upgrading to a contract with more data will circumvent the charge but apparently that isn't possible. Thanks 

I've just checked my app and I've used 196gb of data when my allowance is only 100gb but I received no text message warning about this? I've no idea how this much data has been used and the app doesn't go into enough detail to provide this. Please can someone help me on this as I'm concerned about how much extra this is going to cost me and I've no idea how this data has been used. 

Hi.  I am at a loss.  Last week from the Carphone Warehouse online, I bought a new sim-free Galaxy S24.  In the same order I bought an ID sim-only monthly contract.  The sim card was delivered but somehow the phone has gone missing.  For this reason, ID will not transfer my EE number to my new ID sim card, even though they have set up the direct debit, etc.  The sim card and the phone are two separate things, not linked.  If my number isn’t transferred by Thursday of this week I will lose my number.  I have spent several hours, three separate times over the last two days talking to ID mobile online help, but they are next to useless, with one disconnecting me after 90 mins.  I have had this number for nearly 20 years and do not want to lose it because of work etc.  Can someone give me advice on what to do?  The last person that I was talking to on ID mobile online chat, told me that I couldn’t speak to a manager.  I read a lot of bad reviews about ID and I am starting to wish that I ha

I have paid my bill early (DD is due on 22nd) as I wanted to change my dd date so I payed this month early in full.. it still shows the dd date is the 22nd? Why is it saying this if I have already payed? Thanks in advance.

Hi. I am trying to download a temporary esim from maya mobile for an upcoming trip. I have samsung galaxy s23 fe basic. My id sim card Is a physical  one.. the add esim card function does not open 

Ever since I've upgraded to Samsung galaxy a54 5g all I've been getting is no connection on video calls. I'm unable to hear anyone just bit and pieces and it's been like that from day one of having this phone (nearly 3 weeks now). Ive never had a problem with my last phone. My signal strength should be under -70 but its between -90 to -110 which means very low and reason for concern.

I'm in France. Despite the app saying I'd used 23 out of my 30 GB roaming it told me I'm out of data. I used a WiFi source to buy 6 GB but I cannot get any internet.I have a signal and can make calls but it's as though it thinks I've no data still.  Any ideas? Thanks.

HiAs of Saturday my phone has stopped recognising my sim card. I have tried restarting, cleaning the SIM card and resetting network settings but nothing has worked, the handset is convinced there is no SIM card.I don't know whether it's related but as off a couple of weeks ago, the phone developed a thin pink line running from the top to the bottom of the screen, touching the bottom just to the right of the charging port.The pink line is annoying but the SIM card issue is catastrophic and is stopping me using my phone and has ruined my holiday. Please can you help fix it urgently.My handset is a Google pixel 8 from yourselves.ThanksJoe
