Moved to ID mobile from o2 six months ago - rest of the family are on ID and have had no issues at all. I have a Pixel 8, all up to date and runs perfectly except if I’m in an area where there’s little 5G my 4G is absolutely dire. I can’t make/receive calls, have no internet connection and the phone is essentially a useless brick unless I can find wifi or back to 5G! This isn’t in rural areas either - central London and other big cities as well as smaller towns. 4G just does not work. Any ideas?! 

Hello. Two weeks ago I ordered a SIM card for myself and when I wrote my personal details , the phone automatically corrected my name to the name of my girlfriend Vlada. Can you change name to Pavlo? And I not received a mail where the switch code was indicated to change the number to the old one? Can I get it again again?  Thanks

I recently bought into ID mobile and am tied into an annual contract. I’ve had problems ever since especially with the 4g signal. Despite 3-4 bars appearing, I cannot use apps, browse or do anything when out and about. It was a good deal at the time and the coverage checker showed that my area had ‘full’ coverage. This is not the case and I wondered if anyone else is having the same issues, or if anyone has found any solutions?Many thanks

Right I lost my phone and thank fully with the Apple Watch I managed to find my phone and my iPhone is now blacklisted and I want to get it removed what can I do 

Since last night I haven’t been able to receive text messages or phone calls. I can make calls and send messages.  I have been on the online chat 4 times, picked up a replacement sim, refreshed numbers on messages and phone, refreshed the network but without any luck.  when people call they get a message to say my number is not recognised 😭

Hello, Just wondering if someone could help. I have changed my direct debit details to a new bank account and ever since my data hasn’t been working. I can receive calls but my data isn’t working. My app says I have 10GB to use over 29 days!Please could someone suggest who I can contact about this!Thanks 

I have two iD plans each with their own number. Plan A is about to end and Plan B has another 12 months to run. I want to transfer the number on Plan A to Plan B and the number on Plan B to a PAYG plan. I believe this will require triangle portings of both numbers, but how can I stop the Plan B contract from being terminated early while I transfer the assigned phone number?  

My android phone did an upgrade last night.Now my SIm card is locked. I don’t understand why.I entered my 6 digit SIM code.Now it’s asking for an 8 digit PUK code. I don’t understand this either.This never happened until I got an id SIM card, SIM only deal.Can anyone help please?Thanks.

I have received an email from iD mobile to my regular email address to inform me of amount of upcoming direct debit. The amount of  the DD bears no relation to my contracted amount. When I log in as advised to see my bill details , the calculations are just plain wrong. There is no doubt in my mind. How do I get this put right ? What I need is a new email to cancel information in the first email received 08 Jun 2024.

I am on a monthly contract. I have managed to get hold of an iPhone 11. I have transferred everything over from my iPhone 7 to  iPhone 11, however I can’t receive or make calls? My iPhone 7 still seems to taking calls.What am I doing wrong?Do I need to register the new iPhone 11 with ID?Who do I call?I have esimmed across to the new phone. Summary of issue:I haven’t able to make or receive calls for nearly 6 weeks, this is an issue with where I live in Nottingham as I seemed to be fine over the weekend in rural wales on the coast!I’m currently going through the process of selling my house/ finding a new one and its added so much stress not being able to ring solicitors, estate agents, conveyancers and everyone else involved.I have a nearly brand new iphone 15 Pro, so its not the phone. Things I've tried:Tried a replacement sim Tried switching around settings for if the phone is using 5G/ 4G etc. Reset network settings multiple times Going to Currys who said this is a known issue iD are “working on” turning airplane mode on and off for set period of time Updating phones softwareiD have been utterly useless in trying to resolve the issue, no one is able to give me an update on the fix and despite them knowing this a network issue the network outage checker says everything is fine. I’ve heard nothing from them except when I

Long story short I recently ordered a new monthly sim only account and today, my old number from another mobile provider was ported over to my new ID MOBILE esim However after speaking with a customer agent online earlier today, there was a mixup with a duplicate order and it was cancelled in error / converted to a payasyougo.By the time I realised it was too late to contact the team as it was past 8pmMy question to the community is this…… have any ID Mobile customers had a similar issue in the past and being able to have their pay monthly account re-instated?I want to go in armed with information first thing tomorrow when I get back in touch with the customer support team

Hi, I've just purchased a phone through Carphone Warehouse, and joining ID Mobile. Popped my new SIM in the phone, and trying to activate it. However the device is not registering the SIM card. Tried to activate, but can't receive the text. I've tried in both SIM slots, followed the direction in the help topics to try and get this recognised, but to no avail. Don't have another compatible device (old phone is Nothing 1 - not listed under compatible handsets).Tried restarting several times, airplane mode etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Why aren't PIN and PUK details accessible through My Account? It's quite inconvenient to wait until 9am the next day, especially when starting work earlier, if the live chat is closed during the evening and weekends. Many other networks provide this service, so is there a specific reason related to iD Mobile's security or systems that prevents iD Mobile from offering it?

Hi.. first post 😊 been travelling for a few weeks in Austria and Germany roaming has been fine…Driven into Italy and it stopped workingI have reset the network settings and looked at everything I can but have got nowhere. i even noticed that I can no longer edit the APN settings myself anymore with ID mobile. im using an iPhone 11 if anyone can help.

I just wanted to enquire about something as my bill is late leaving my account as the renewal of my data, minutes and texts happens on the 22nd of every month and payment leaves my account around the 6th of every month but it's now 23rd of the following month and it is yet to exit my account
