Why can't I enter the date to switch my number 28 days after receiving the PAC code?

I tried texting a new contact based in the UK but received a “Can’t send message with ID - error 0” I have only been with ID since May but did not have any issues messaging after the switch was made. Tried looking up potential fixes like clearing cache, restarting etc. but none of that did the trick. Any suggestions?

Hi, similar to another customers post, I’m all up to date on my account but when I ring a phone Contact it automatically connects to the id customer payment line.  my data also doesn’t work, I’ve tried a network reset on my settings so the issue must be with the network.

I have for a long time been unable to top up my PAYG account either online or on the app. It is so frustrating; I end up using/asking for WIFI wherever I go, or I am stranded without data. THIS HAS BEEN FOR MONTHS NOW! I was able to recharge until March, and since then it has stopped. THIS IS FRUSTRATING! I have tried online chat also, the agents know nothing. DO SOMETHING PLEASE!

Just joined, got the phone, setup the direct debit at the start.  Just had a txt saying my bill was overdue. Not sure why the direct debit didn't go through but immediately paid the bill with a debit card. Online account said a payment had already been taken a few days ago but made another one again. The app now says 2 successful payments have been paid. One on the 30th May, and one today. So not only are all payments made, you have been twice. The phone is still disconnected, when a call is made it gives an automated msg saying I have dialed the customer payment helpline, and there is NO outstanding bill. Any idea what's gone wrong or how long it takes for ID to clear their error and online connection?

Hi so for the past few months, I've constantly been in contact with ID mobile on the live chat about the error I've been experiencing when trying to manually pay my bill, I'll enter everything correctly and then it will just come up with a red border saying "Oops... Something went wrong, try again later". The agent I spoke to about it initially was very nice and assured me I will not get in trouble due to it being a issue with I'd systems, I gave it the benefit of the doubt due to the recent update to the systems but it's wayy too long, I have screenshots from March/April with this issue. Amongst this, I have a direct debit as well that HASN'T been taking the money out of my bank account ever since I joined, every detail is correct and I always have the money in my account.This has been happening for MONTHS now and I'm getting really annoying and worried my bill isn't being paid and I will end up in debt. Please say someone else is having issues and please can someone actually sort thi

Phone coverage is either dead or very slow also useless in go roaming destinations, can't wait for contract to end

When I purchased my ID Mobile SIM 23/3/24 I was told I would recieve a ₤30 voucher within 90 days. I selected Amazon but this has not been recieve yet and actually I had forgotten about it. But ID Mobile reminded me today with e-mail  asking if I was still smiling after 90 days. In answer yes, still smiling as I like ID Mobile. They are good value and top quality - the network and data has always been available whenever I used it.Do I have to do anything more  to get the promised gift?  Any ideas

My internet is totally down, nothing is working

I've been charged £18.35 when I pay £7 a month. How do I sort this out? 

Since the new app has been launch my Mobile ID app which has been updated does not recognise my email address. Obviously this is a pain as I cannot use my mobile to access my account. I have managed to log on and update my profile/password etc on the internet/web which everything is good. Even after updating my account on the internet I am still unable to get pass the “Invalid email address”Its so frustrating that such a simple email address is unrecognisable. And yes the email address has been in use for a lot of years 

I'm already an Id customer and I got an offer for a new plan with more data, so I go through the process of putting all my details, including payment details etc in.... Then it gets stuck and says there's some kind of error? I've tried different times and every time it stops at the  payment page.And now I can't even find how to contact id to resolve it. Can anyone help?! 

Suddenly I was left with no data and when I tried to log in on th app had to re-set the details.Now it shows 9 GB and not 63 while I have received no email whatsoever.To be noted I was left stranded with no data (using the phone as map)while driving when this happened - very unfortunate situation.

I left ID about 1 month ago as I had direct debit issues. I have no access to my account online, so cannot make the payment to my final bill.What am I supposed to do? 

Payed my bill yesterday and still cannot use my mobile data or make any calls.

I have recently moved to ID mobile when upgrading my phone, I have an I phone and I have used the pac code to transfer my old number however since doing this sms messages are showing as failed to send and the texts are sending from the ID mobile number and not the transferred number. I can call and receive calls fine just text messages. I have tried changing settings but it hasn’t made a difference can anyone help please? 

I have provided my PAC no. so I can keep my old number. However an error message comes up saying there’s an issue! I’ve attached a screenshot of the message

Hi,I am traveling to Lisbon and have roaming on.set with £5 cap unlimited data and calls.Can I ask if I go over my allowance I won't be able to go over cap will I?As I hear all scary stories from like news.Please Portugal is Group 2. How can I know. I made alot of calls yesterday to easyJet but when I view my id app billing nothing shows I have gone over how can I be sure?. Please advise? Thank you all
